I would like to start this review off by saying good customer service is hard to find nowadays.Darnell. Your customer service was GREAT 2/12/24. You listen to our needs and as easy as it could have been to say I don't know, go home come back with more information. You went the extra mile to make sure you cover everything. Even when we weren't 100% sure, you push in a respectful way to spread your knowledge/experience with us. I say all of that to say. THANK YOU!. I hope company's show their employees that they appreciate them. You never know who will walk through the door to steal them away.

Nice folks work here, they also know how to deliver good customer service. There are a ton of parts stores in Tucker they may all be good but I love the way they step up for each other. The guy that helped me, his shift was over and he was ready to leave for the day but rather than have me wait he took care of me. I know it only took him a couple of minutes to do a battery check but I appreciate little acts like that, it shows they care.

Thank you Brian!! The last things I needed to do to my New-to-Me car was wiper blades and a jack. Brian made sure I got the right blades for my car not only looking it up but took off the old one because the connections could be different who knew!? He also picked out a jack that even I at 60+ could handle if needed!?I was very comfortable, he installed the wipers and carried the jack to the car. There was another associate helping other customers who appeared very pleased with their service as well. I definitely recommend this Advance Auto Parts!

So I have a commercial account in diamond or platinum status I m not sure which is which I use advanced and auto zone but anyway I went in grab a drink from the cooler and grab some oil a guy name Mike follows me while I m looking for oil and says make sure you pay for your drink like I m some kind of theft I didn t hide the drink heck I m drinking it the opening I buy engine and transmission all the time! I m done with advanced I even told my main store, I just stop for some oil and got profile like dude I got on 700 dollars boots ! I don t have to steal anything done with advanced

Jason was very helpful. He stopped what he was doing and immediately waited on me. All I had was a part number for a filter and he took his time to figure out what I needed. He was very friendly and efficient. I highly recommend them for your auto part needs!

This is THE BEST advance autoparts I have been in, in the entire metro Atlanta. They have a young and vibrant staff, super super friendly, greet you with a smile, listen actively, run diagnostics with a smile and even write down results on a paper. I stopped here twice, with check engine lights that needed to be diagnosed. First time Joe helped me, and Samuel helped the second time. Very very nice young brothers. They deserve some kind of incentive or bonus or even raise from their boss. Thank you, and keep it up gentlemen!

Came in with a battery that I needed tested. Markell was great! Very friendly. Seemed genuinely happy that we had come into the store. Tested the battery. We needed a new one which I was virtually sure was the case before I went there. He took good care in installing the battery and made sure to test everything else afterward to ensure the alternator or starter had not also gone bad, neither had. Markell was patient, polite, courteous, provided great service, and made us feel welcome at their store. I will definitely be going to Advance in the future. Opposite experience at Napa just down the street. Napa is awful.

Terrible terrible customer service. Called in today to get a price on a light bulb. After the young lady asked me the make model and trim she said she can t give any prices. I asked for a price range and she rudely cut me off again to tell me I need to go online to check prices. What advance auto cannot help you with a price over the phone. When she asked if she could help with anything else I aske for her name and she hung up on me. Cant believe they could be so rude to a polite customer who spends a lot with advance.

Went in to get my battery tested. Raul was very helpful and made sure to answer any questions I had! Very professional. Do not hesitate to go into this Advance, management was very helpful and showed me various options to make this situation easier! My go to store for sure.

I went to Advance Auto because the battery in my truck died. There I met Raul and Antonio. The two of them went above and beyond to make sure I was good and that my truck was up and running. They answered all of my questions and offered excellent customer service. They were friendly and even made me laugh during this stressful /frustrating time. I appreciate them and will be back!

Nice staff, but nice doesn't equate to helpful. Picked up online order but they've only got 2 out of 5 items right. Apparently it's incredibly hard to get items off the shopping list. Ready in 30 minutes, my foot.

My car battery died and I had it jumped and brought it to a mechanic who told me I needed a battery charge AND a new alternator. I didn't believe that, left and went to Advanced Auto Parts. The man who helped me was fantastic. My instincts were right - I only needed a battery. It saved me $600 for a new alternator that was working perfectly. Thank you!

Christina and her crew are very helpful and know what you need. I have been a body shop manager and a woman in this business and it was a delight to speak to Christina about a part I needed for my Honda. Took some oil to get recycled and was told by an employee who had quite the attitude that there is a limit of 5 jugs. Had to drive down the street to Auto Zone where I was warmly greeted to dump the last three jugs. Advance Auto in Tucker won t be getting any more of my business moving forward.

I came in to get a new battery for my Nissan key fob. Brittany was super helpful and fast. She even cracked opened my key fob and put in the new battery for me. Amazing customer service!! Shout out to Brittany!!!! I was in and out in less 5 mins

I came here to get alternator tested. I called in advance to verify. When I get there an associate tells me they dont have the machine and sent me to a competitors store. In addition the guy was wearing a non AAP logo polo. They were nice but not very knowledgeable and helpful. I wont went here initially because they had the only part i needed in the area for online pick up.

I found the employees here less than helpful. They just dont care. Went to Auto zone down the street and it was completely different. Now a loyal customer of the zone and I wont go back.

The customer service is terrific but understaffed. The building not inviting but positioned perfectly for those in need. Can't wait for Advance to do a facelift of the business.

I'm a part-time mechanic. I bought front ceramic brake pads and rotors for 2014 Chrysler 200 from this place but less than 4 months my customer starts complaining squeaky noise when he hits the brake. Never been have this problem with Autozone parts. Frustrated issue

Great service here every single time. They'll always tell you if a part can be purchased cheaper and are on top of getting orders for things they don't have in stock.
