I was the first person there for the morning and waited an hour for a simple oil change because the crew stood around talking. That's frustrating after working 12 hours that night, and the sole purpose of going to Walmart auto was so that it would be quick. I've never waited that long, even when I had cars ahead of me.

Always nice and as quick as they can be I haven't ever waited over an hr for my oil to be changed I usually have to wait behind 2-3 cars..

I have used a different Walmart Auto center before and they were great. However, when I took my car to this one for a simple oil change, I was basically refused service. My car was the only one there and there were multiple mechanics there. I was told that there was a tire appointment coming in soon (that person wasn t there yet) and was told that they would not start on mine until that service was completed which would take an hour. He then said that everything was a first-come first-serve basis and that this was one of their busiest days. May I remind you, that there was not a single other customer there at this time and multiple other mechanics that could have changed the oil in my car. I decided to take my business elsewhere and will make sure to tell others to do so as well.

They did me a great job. I explained what I needed and they went above and beyond to help me get it. I asked for them to check all my sons new cars fluids so they did and didn't try to upsale me on services I didn't need. They were honest and helpful it was good all around.

One of the car Care associates neglected to add the warranty to my newly purchased tires. Because I told him I wanted it, I assumed it was added to my total. Silly me for not inspecting the receipt with a magnifying glass. After experiencing a terrifying blowout on 285 at midnight, the Walmart automotive in Alpharetta informed me that my tire was not covered under the warranty so I had to pay a total of $90 to get a new tire mounted. When I go to Walmart in Trion to plead my case, Brad, greeted me with an attitude of:"NO to whatever your question is and you must prove everything to us instead of us being thankful for your patronage."Then I was told I had to return to Walmart in 2 hours to speak to the real manager. I'm debating on whether to go back because my head may blow off my shoulders if they don't compensate me for the tire I had to buy. I've been looking for a reason to completely boycott this company so we'll see what happens. To be continued...A company that is raking in billions but the customer is always wrong.

Guys was great. Had a flat they didn't have the tire for me but they helped me get one and put it on...Good people works here. Thanks fellas!

Worst customer service ever! They made me change my own tire because it was on a trailer and insisted I was going to have to unload the mower I had on it of course since I was changing it myself and using my own Jack I didn't bother so my wimpy Jack was able to lift a trailer with a mower on it they insisted there get Jack wouldn't it cost me $111 to have to change my own tire I will never get tires from Walmart again that's a lot of money to have to do the work yourself and I am 120 pound woman changing tires are not easy for me

I was very impressed and if I could give a 10 star, I would! DJ is an exceptional employee but don't get me wrong! They were all a great staff.

I would like to thank our local Wal-Mart employees who are more since the Pandemic that nearly shut down our Country, but as a Great nation in Crisis we have been given the opportunity to get more of the necessities of our essential needs with the Wal-Mart's auto-care Dapt. And I would like to thank the customers as well for wearing a mask to protect themselves and other shoppers!

It Walmart it's an auto center. Not a lot to say. It had some staff and it was not to busy so seems like good place if you need oil change of tire.
