Room was dirty, food and hair all over the bed. Base boards were brown from dirt. Room smelled horrible. But, the worst part was the service. The owner and his wife were some of the most rude people I have everrr met. They made us make our now bed each day and take out our own trash. They even made us walk out dirty towels and bed covers to their laundry room. They did not keep their word on the room prices and when I asked about it they told me I could go somewhere else. They were terrible. I will never ever go back and I do not recommend this place to anyone. They hardly speak any English and the language barrier causes alot of confusion. If my sheets got something spilled on them at 5pm and I asked for new ones I should have been provided with them instead of being told "I am not your room service." We spoke with other guests on the property and they also said they were very rude to them as well. EDITED:They came and knocked on my door 3 times before 8:30 a.m. and told me to checkout after they saw this review. Check out is 11a.m. they also told me there were no vacancies for today. Only 4 guests were at the entire facility. This place is a joke!!! Racism at its finest!!!

Don t stay here .. All the 1 star reviews are not lying ! Rats , bed bugs, spiders & webs, etc . All over the jacuzzi room the jacuzzi was full of dead bugs and dirt we had to clean the room before we even entered . Was there a couple hrs before we heard a RAT in our food by the Microwave . This place really needs looking into ! Such a shame there s no clean decent hotels in Summerville anymore !

DO NOT - I REPEAT DO NOT STAY AT THIS MOTEL !!!THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD !!THEY WERE RUDE, THE OWNER (WHO IS A MAN) TRIED TO COME IN ON MY DAUGHTER WHEN SHE WAS ALONE. (SHE'S 18) BUT I WENT TO GET FOOD AND HE TRIED TO GET INTO THE ROOM - SCREAMING PROFANITIES AT HER !!I HAD TO BUY MY OWN TOILET PAPER. I COULD LEAVE A 5 PAGE REVIEW BUT I WILL SAY -THIS PLACE WAS AWFUL; EVEN IF YOU'RE SAVING MONEY - ITS NOT WORTH IT - FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO STAY !!

This is an older, but nice hotel. It looks like the rooms have been painted & updated. Our room was clean, the beds were comfortable & they had decent towels (not those small, scratchy, cheap ones). The only issue we had is we could hear the people above us all night. We have friends as in the area and will stay here again.

Rooms are filthy, roaches coming out the wood work, you have to ask for fresh towels and wash rags, and sheets. Also seemed to be destitute surroundings.Don't stay if you plan on being in a room for a few days.

Wasn't given the room I had booked. Be sure to bring your own blanket because the beds do not have actual blankets. Room had a weird smell. Lady at check-in was not really friendly but the rest of the staff was.

The owners of this facility have very nasty attitudes!! There is no breakfast and when I asked for coffee it severely ticked her off!!! Lord forbid you need anything during your stay if the owners are working!! The house keeping ladies were AMAZING!!! Very sweet and made sure we had everything we needed and that our stay was enjoyable!!! Mrs Hattie in house keeping also works front desk at times, I hope and pray that she's working when you check in, if you decide to stay here otherwise you will be greated with the nasty attitudes of the owners!!!! There is no continental breakfast, when I asked for coffee the owner slung some honey buns on the counter with an awful attitude and only made one cup coffee!! I'm seriously not sure how this facility continues to stay open with the owners nasty attitudes. Both days I was there the owners came in fussing at Mrs Hattie about various things very loud and in front of who ever was around!!! I honestly pray for Mrs. Hattie she had such a sweet presence about her and it broke my heart to see her be treated so hateful by the owners. I'm convinced that she is the only reason why this facility is continuing to have guest!!!

I went outside to smoke this morning and left the key card in the bed. I'm locked out with my belongings still in the room. The lady at the desk will not make me another key card unless I $28 for the loss if the key card that is laying on the bed in the motel room. I'm waiting on the police to show up so I can get my belongings and get to work I'm late now

I made a reservation online a week in advance to stay on a Friday night. Called Thursday morning to confirm and was told they had no rooms and that I had no reservation. The man I spoke with on the phone was extremely rude and dismissive and just kept saying over and over that they had no vacancies and that I must have made a mistake. Guess whose credit card was still charged for staying there? And the man I spoke with on the phone? He s the owner.

This place is in major need of a renovation. There is a gaping crack under the entrance door. The flooring is improperly installed. The baseboards and walls are filthy. There are cigarette burn holes in the comforter. The mattress is lumpy, and you can feel the springs through the mattress. The hotel has great potential. I do not recommend anyone staying here until the owner has addressed these issues.

This hotel is very misleading on the website. The pictures are not even close to representing the hotel. It is dirty, in a terrible area, does not have the amenities advertised, and more. It was so bad that we did not even go in our room. I immeadeately returned the key to the owner. I was refused any refund. Please do not waste your money. There is no way anyone would want their family to stay here.

After separating with my husband, I went back to my hometown in Summerville Ga. I came to this hotel to stay for one night. I ended up staying all week. The prices are not crazy high and the worked with me and both people running it have been super nice and helpful. When you are going thru such heartache, it's nice to know you can go home..and the people here do what they can to help. I highly recommend this hotel.

I used to stay at this hotel quite often on my route through the area. Haven't been back in a while but on this trip I was was disappointed. The cleanliness of the room has gone down hill and way off track. Arrived late to a front desk personnel with an attitude, room shower had last occupant's shower items still in it, a/c was sweltering half the night. After years of being a guest here this will be my last night.

Bed bugs every. Owner saw them and tried to spray and then wanted me to stay in the same room until I demanded another room. Then put someone in the same room that evening. Next room was ok. Until sheets were changed. Bed bugs showed back up with new sheets. Plus, the owner will barge in on you every day hollering house cleaning way before check out. Very unprofessional.

Let's start with the Internet. By far the worst Internet I have ever experienced in a hotel. Now let's move on to the roaches crawling everywhere inside the Room they do not offer a refund or cashback option

The room was great but the owner is the absolute RUDEST jerk I have EVER encountered. God forbid, DO NOT try to book online. I had already paid and he tried to still not give me a room, saying he needed a "fax". It took an hour to check in.

Good room, for the price. Suite for $86. The jacuzzi was inoperable, so we pretty much wasted the money spent on a jacuzzi suite.

Beware. Do not reserve a room here. They ran my card information manually saying that my card and I.D. had been compromised. Someone came up there saying it was me and handed a fake I.D. but called out a card number and the worker didn't question it. 150.00 was charged to my card

Was a comfortable room the continental breakfast was not so much. But for my time and money I would stay there again. I probably will ahin sometime next year.
