I had car trouble while traveling through TN, Called AAA, and these folks responded Landon, told me no credit cards and if I didn't have cash he couldn't tow my car to the repair shop . I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Completely disappointed with the lack of customer service and options to pay.Update: I want to thank Christine for follow-up and the sincere apologies.

They work hard and did a great job. I couldn't be happier. They got me out of my pickle and back on the road fast. Don't know what all these bad reviews are for. This company tows heavy trucks. Not cars. Maybe they are confused?

Landon was awesome! I was locked out of my vehicle and he was fast and friendly and was very patient with the situation. I would recommend monteagle wrecker to anyone!

The lady I spoke on the phone said it would be a flat $150 charge, the driver gets there waits 20 mins after the GA State Troopers get there and tells me I have to pay more. I call the lady and she then tells me, it s a $50 up charge for every 30 mins the tow driver has to sit and wait until the car can be hooked up. This information should have been mentioned prior on the first call. The tow driver tried to get the officer to make us pay him for sitting there, officer told him there s nothing he can do about it because officers did not call them, I did.Also Sand Mnt towing charges less and are better people to work with.Service: Car towing

Called to have a tire and rim only trailer swapped. They want $290 for a 9 mile trip. Good thing their air compressor was broke. I got a better deal from Love's Service, 19 miles away: $260

Tow truck driver James punched a hole in my oil pan while hooking up. I called the company and they agreed to replace oil pan, cost of $1400.00. Then decided not to pay. Bad business. Contacting the better business Bureau. Also will contact a lawyer.

T was Terrible ... While at the Quik Mart refueling my Cruze ... I m arrested for Disorderly Conduct and INCARCERATED in the Local PRISON. Upon release/incarceration, I m given incorrect information as to the Question! DUDE WHERES MY CAR??? After walking to my apt #3 ... I m locked out.. My Apt & Cruze Key are at ( Monteagle at SLYGO Road ) ... I rate them a 2 out of Five Stars...I was told for less than $200 dollars CASH ...I might be able to get my Vehicle & Personal Stuff Back where they belong...at #3 with Me. GOD BLESS & REWARD ACCORDING TO THY WILL...AMEN
