Got my car in and out super fast! Went the extra mile and paint match some welds they had to do on my suspension. Owner is super friendly and pricing was more than fair. Our family minivan was smoking, and I was recommended to Bryan at Certified Auto. I'm so glad I was recommended here. Bryan got me in instantly and fixed our problem. I was most impressed by the honesty and transparency here. If possible, I'd give more stars. Highly recommend this shop.

My car battery died and I broke down on I-24 East (very busy highway with lots of semi-trucks), was frazzled and anxious and got my car towed here because it looked closest. I was unannounced and since it was obvious they were busy, I felt like they wouldn t be able to fit me in quickly. But Bryan was so nice and personable and made me feel like my issue wasn t a burden, he took a quick look, ordered the part and gave me a recommendation for a nearby hotel his friends just opened. Made me feel like we d known each other for years and I could tell he was a friend to many and valued in his community here as an honest, trustworthy, hardworking person. The final price for the service (alternator) was very fair, and I m so glad I can write this review to let people know it was a great experience.

Based on their reviews, I called to schedule and pay for a pre-purchase inspection for a vehicle I was interested in buying for my son. The seller was in that area, so it seemed like a good choice rather than drive an hour back to where I live. The owner told me he doesn't charge for those and to just bring it in. I was pleasantly surprised! The seller dropped it off before I arrived, so when I got there the inspection was supposedly already done. I spoke to the owner on the phone (he had left), which should have been a sign. He told me the car was in great condition and should last a long time and I ended up buying the vehicle.Fast forward after my son driving the car modestly for about 4 weeks, and the check engine light came on. I had it looked at by my mechanic this morning and was told the turbo part of the engine is bad (2016 Chevy Cruze Rally Sport) and needs to be replaced, which will cost me about $1400. I can't believe there weren't any signs of this if they had done a complete inspection. I do take some blame for this, as I should've made sure that the car was looked while I was there (that was my assumption), but do be cautious of having your vehicle inspected here.Service: Vehicle Inspection

Bryan and the guys are top notch. My son's AC compressor went out on our way to take him to SLTC. Bryan and Nick both stopped were they were doing when I needed the freon sucked out and replaced so I could get Luke back on the road. We met by chance and left as friends. Thanks Bryan and Nick!!

I do not give many 5 star reviews but Certified Auto Repair deserves this one for sure. They did a great job fixing my son's car. It broke down in Trenton and we had no idea who to go to for repairs. Glad we chose these folks because they were able to identify and correct an electrical issue having the job done in no time. I really appreciate the professionalism and fair pricing. Everything was done over the phone until I drove down to pick up the car. Friendly, honest and fast with great communication.

Absolutely 5-Star! I cannot express the gratitude I have for Bryan at Certified Auto Repair. Our son had driven his 1997 Ford F-250 across the country to attend SLTC. Day before graduation we find out there is something wrong with truck, 2 days before his journey back across the country and a week before Christmas. Panic stricken I started calling shops as we landed. Bryan said he remembered my sons truck (issues while attending school) and to come in early next day before graduation. Bryan throughly checked the suspected issue, eliminated potential problems, found what he thought could have caused, and had sons truck back to us before evening graduation! We know other clients were pushed aside for this emergency request and for that I could never truly thank Bryan enough. I want to close by saying the invoice for the time and energy spent helping us was far below what we expected. Bryan took in my RV when everyone else in Trenton was too busy. I broke down out of town and needed to get back on the road. Certified auto did a great job repairing my vehicle and actually came in with a lower price than I was originally quoted. Any other place could have jacked up the price on me but Bryan is honest and fair. Thank you for a job well done!

Not sure what all they did but I know it was a fuse on my starter Kind of got stranded in Georgia, 660 miles away from home. My mom called him and they were shortly on their way. Looked at my car, found out what was wrong, drove back to shop to get a temporary fix, fixed it at circle k, drove back to shop and was done in all about a hour.

Brian was very helpful and friendly. He stayed late to put in my radiator on a Friday because I needed my truck that night. He was also very reasonable on the price! Thanks a bunch!!

We stopped through on our way from Michigan to Alabama. They squeezed us in and recharged our air! Very professional, super nice, now we are on our way to Alabama and much more comfortable.
