Although I failed to get his name, I received the best service on Monday, 10-23. He checked the oil in my car, which is burning oil, before a big road trip I was about to make. He topped it off for me and gave me peace of mind in making the trip I was about to go on. He was very professional and thorough. Thank you!

I was changing oil in my truck and after removing oil drain plug I realized I needed and new drain plug washer. I did not have a second vehicle available to drive to Advance to pick up this part. I called Advanced and Lewis answered the phone. He had waited on me earlier this day. I told him what I needed and the predicament I was in. Lewis was on lunch break and drove his personal vehicle to bring me the $2 part. This really got me out of a fix. Talking about customer service ! Thank you Lewis for going beyond expectations for your customers.

Has mostly everything you need for auto parts. Even local auto repair shops get parts from them.

I want to give a big shout out to Stephanie who works at the Trenton Advance Auto. She is my hero! Not only was she running the entire store by herself Saturday- amazingly well, I might add, but she still took the time to teach me how to change the bulbs in my headlights! She should be the face of this organization and her company should be extremely proud to have her!

WAS TOLD I TOOK A PART THAT WAS ON ORDER???? 12/22/2021Went it to get some parts, was told that they would be at the store by 4pm. It was 3pm when I ordered the parts. Decided to wait until the 26th to pick up the parts. Went it and they told me that the rotor button wasn't ordered.. then told me I already picked it up?? Returned everything I ordered from them. I would recommend another store. Staff doesn't seem to know whats going on.

I bought a Mercedes C230 (with a couple of problems) and while fixing the power steering pump found that it didn't come with the pulley...and there is no purchasable pulley that I could find. JUST as I was ready to give up & go ahead and buy another one, One of the employees (Jennifer) pulls up, who is "pretty sure she can fix it" ..and in less than an hour she had found a suitable replacement and saved me hundreds of dollars!! I love this store.

Had an emergency and called about 5 till closing time and they stayed late trying to help me find the right parts. It had been a long trip already and they were extremely helpful. The world needs more people like those guys. They went above and beyond

I like Advance auto, I like the people that work at the store that go to. The speed rewards that Advance gives you are helpful, on some of your purchases the rewards will pay the taxes. I will go there before I go anywhere else to see if they have what I need.

Advance auto parts never seems to have the cheapest deals at any store, most everyone knows that. Where the store fell short in my eyes was when I would go in and every staff member was female. Don t get me wrong, I have no problem with that, my problem was that because they were female they didn t know how to (or just wouldn t) put on windshield wipers, change a battery, or other small things other stores (not limited to advance auto parts) would gladly help with. Men can be just as clueless, I get that. As for me though, it was too much. I ve taken my business elsewhere

This store can't get their commercial accounts in line. We pay the bills they deposit the check and still have an outstanding balance on the account. Give them the info and it goes nowhere. Go to O'Reilly's!

Always helpful and they have great prices. They have lifetime warranties on their store brand parts like their competitors, however, you don't have to keep using them, if you know what I mean.

GREAT PLACE. THEY TREAT YOU RIGHT. MY HUSBAND LOVE THAT ONE IN TRENTON, GEORGIA. HE'S IN A WHEELCHAIR. THEY OPEN THE DOOR FOR HIM COMING IN AND GOING OUT TO THE CAR.
