Today I waited 3 hours for AAA because my car wouldn't start. As soon as they jumped my battery I headed to Toccoa Chevrolet and they quickly installed a new battery for me. I appreciate their fast efficient service and their friendly staff.

Been here twice, both times they can't even put a OBDII scanner on it for me. "oh you need an appointment" it takes 30 seconds! O'Reilly auto parts did it no problem...also both times I have to hunt down an employee for "assistance".

Great service quick but the cashier is a little blah. Maybe she was having a bad day. Nice, cool, comfortable customer service lounge with tablets for kids, tv, and drinks.
