Everyone at the team of Lake Hartwell Chevrolet is outstanding! Scott, the Internet manager went above and beyond for me while I was shopping for a new car. Jaime, the GM made all of the paperwork and process seamless with no fuss or pushy sales techniques. The sales rep that assisted me while in store, Bobby, was absolutely outstanding and helped me way beyond what was necessary. Thank you to the team down here. I really appreciate you all!

Went in to look at a 2012 Tacoma. Was met by Ryan. Non pushy and professional. Great price and deal was done. Jamie the Manager was just a nice. I recommend them for all your car buying needs. Down to earth sales and just real nice folks. My next purchase will be them for sure

Scott my saleman kept me infomed about the new car at all times. He even tracked the car and informed me where it was and the ETA date.We have the car we wanted and the correct color. We are very happy with the car and the service Lake Hartwell provided. I will recommend them to people I know.

Jeremy in the service department was great. He greeted me as soon as I walked in. He verified the reason for my visit and discussed with me how long the recall repair might take. Then, he showed me to the customer lounge area. After about an hour (which seemed shorter than that), Jeremy returned to tell me that my vehicle was ready. He gave me paperwork documenting the recall that had been performed, thanked me for my business, and told me to have a great day. He was very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend Lake Hartwell Chevrolet Service Department again.

The crew in the service department at Toccoa Chevrolet are the best group of people I have ever encountered at any Chevy dealership. Bridget is phenomenal and such a pleasure to talk to. She listened and was genuinely concerned about what I needed as a customer. She absolutely goes above and beyond to make sure customers feel welcomed. I truly felt valued and was assured that my concerns were taken seriously. The young lady that spoke to me about my car was great as well. She answered all of my questions and was attentive and detailed in her response. Even the lady at checkout was great. Seriously, the whole crew is fantastic. I will never take my car anywhere else if I can help it! This is the level of care and professionalism I expect from every dealership. I hope that crew knows how much they are appreciated! Go Vols!

My husband I have been searching for a new Chevy Tahoe for over 1 year. They are incredibly difficult to come by (the new body style) and most dealerships add on several grand to the MSRP due to low inventory. As a matter of fact, most dealerships don't even have Tahoe's on the lot! We negotiated back and forth on a few, but with prices, interests rates, and everything else being so high, it was difficult to get us into something we felt comfortable purchasing. We live south of the city (near Peachtree City). We had a filter on an auto search for a 200 mile radius. Lo and behold, a new 2023 Chevy Tahoe hit our search. It was located over 2 hours from us at Lake Hartwell Chevrolet. I immediately called and got connected with James. All I can say is my husband and I have purchased many new cars, and James BY FAR was the best Sales Rep we have EVER dealt with. He made the entire negotiating experience easy, direct, hassle-free, and enjoyable. We got a fair deal on the Tahoe, he included all of our add ons, and we made an awesome deal with James! He was honest, forthright, and no fuss. We will never buy a Chevy from another dealership. We will always drive the over 2 hours to work with James. He set it up to where we could sign mostly everything from home. We worked with Jamie in Finance and he was an absolute dream to work with as well. He was prompt, efficient, and on top of his game. I cannot say enough good things about James, Jamie, and Lake Hartwell Chevy. Whatever they are doing, they are doing it right! Thank you so much, James!!!!! We look forward to purchasing our Yukon Denali from you in 3-5 years !!!

Took truck in for AC, they failed to fix it address problem, because of oil been on AC hose lines. How ever based on getting second opinion they were no oil on the leaks and where the line was located. They made childish excuses for completing the job. And not cleaning it up. When this is there every day job. .

We had worked out a deal online, so when I went to pick-up the car, that's exactly what it was. I picked-up the car! I didn't have a 4-hour wait, they didn't try to bait-and-switch me, and they didn't try to change the deal we had made. The folks at Toccoa Chevrolet were friendly, forthright, and fast! IT WAS THE BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE (and I'm 52)!I will tell ALL my friends and ANYONE NEEDING A NEW CAR - GO CHECK OUT TOCCOA CHEVROLET! You won't be disappointed!

First scheduling of my oil change and tire rotation for my 2020 CPO Equinox was super. Appointment and scheduling was rapid and client focused. Service advisor, Cameron, greeted me by name and explained warranty benefits and upcoming service requirements. Bridget was accommodating and helpful with my questions. While waiting in the customer service lounge I was greeted by the GM, my salesman, Joe, and several other employees. I live near a super store and I choose to have my car serviced at Toccoa Chevrolet because of their customer service. Alice Y.

Appointment was at time I requested. Promised it would take about 1 and 1/2 hours, took a little less time. Little problem with the initial estimate, between $300 and $400, actually almost $500. Turned off by surcharge for using credit card, almost $15.00.

I went in for my first oil change after buying my Equinox in February. Everyone was helpful and got the job done quickly. I scheduled my mama's oil change appointment immediately after mine to help her and they were great to help us both get out as quickly and easily as possible.

Very professional! Great customer service! Attentive and understanding. Could have gouged us for $1000 part, but made a repair that saved us that money. Real mechanics that problem solve and don't just read computer codes. A breath of fresh air in the dealership arena.

We had our Camaro in the shop 3 times. Twice at another shop which we use all the time with great experience. Unfortunately they could not get the issue resolved. We brought it to the dealer and they were able to fix her with no issues. It was great. They were all very nice and diligent in working with us.

My experience was very different because I was unable to be present for the drop off and pick up of my vehicle. However, the dealership, specifically Ms. Randi, ensured I was kept informed. Before conducting the needed service I was given a call which informed me of the details leading to my mechanical issue. I am overall extremely satisfied with my service.

This is the first car my wife and I purchased from a dealership, and we could not be more pleased with the car and our experience. Joe was a pleasant, honest, and friendly salesman who helped us navigate the buying process. We are from out of state, so the process took two days. There was a small misunderstanding. However, Joe and his manager were incredibly kind and stood by the original offer that was made. This is the first time in a long time we have worked with a company that stands by its word. It was a relief and a breath of fresh air to work with men with such integrity who truly wanted to see their customers happy. At the end of the day, we were more than pleased with the buying process; we felt respected from start to finish; and we drove away with a new-to-us Chevy Bolt EV that will be perfect for our growing family. It is difficult to express the true gratitude we have toward these men and their business, but after trying to work with other dealerships, Toccoa Chevrolet is clearly leagues beyond their competitors.

We needed to get a key for a 1986 Chevrolet Caprice Classic. Because of the age of the car, all we had to do was show them the Title to verify the car was ours, And they were able to make our keys. The price was $22 for three keys. Before we called them, we called. A couple of other places like a locksmith and one other place, and the lowest price we were given to make a single key Was $250.00!!!! Not only were they the least expensive place to get keys made, instead of $250 for each key , we paid $22 for all three. The gentleman that helped us went way above and beyond to make sure we were able to get these keys because they were so old. And as far as the way we were treated, they were extremely kind, extremely helpful, and I would highly recommend anybody needing any parts or any repairs, you should definitely check out Toccoa Chevrolet before you go anywhere else! Toccoa Chevrolet shows Good old-fashioned kindness and prompt service, as well as making sure all your needs are met With a smile on their faces and the best prices anywhere. Kudos Toccoa Chevrolet!!!!! I've never been to a dealership where I got this kind of service! You are now our go to for any of our needs.
