Coty was an absolute pro I didn t give him the most to work with (as you can see) but he couldn t have done it better. He picked up this dirty ole Mustang in Toccoa early Saturday morning and had it in the storage locker in ATL a little less than two hours later . Would 100% recommend him and will definitely be requesting service for my other projects again soon. Thanks Coty!!!

We backed our Sprinter Class C camper off the back of the site at Rabun Lake National Forest campground. It needed to be wenches out of the ditch so we called Good Sam's Roadside assistance, and they sent Coty Gettys of Boyd's automotive and towing. Coty was quick to show up, and was very professional and courteous. After he got us out of the ditch, he went above and beyond to fix our tailpipe that had been dislodged. Boyd's provided great service and Coty was very personable and helpful.

Called for a tow at 6 pm on a Mon, and Chris answered the phone, took the info, and arrived 15 minutes later with tow equipment in good condition. Moved the dead car off the side of the road and to the shop quickly, no fuss or incident. Very friendly and professional. Would use them again.

Just called to get a quote while waiting on AAA. $165 for 17 miles. Stephens Co to Franklin Co That is more that my platinum membership for AAA.No thanks I ll wait.

I was very pleased with the young man that towed my truck from my Mom's to my house and he was top notch with his service! Friendly, very responsive and was available same day! Definitely will receive my recommendation for services!! Thank y'all!!

We got ourselves and our camper into a predicament today, bottomed out the back end between a ditch and the road. They were on site within 20 minutes of calling, and worked hard in the intense heat! If anyone needs automotive assistance in the Helen area I highly recommend Boyd's! I had a flat tire that turned out to be a major problem. They came out on a Saturday afternoon & braved the stop & go in Helen. Their towing fees were fair. They hoped to return the car before 11a on Monday but to my very pleasant surprise had it back early Sunday afternoon. Everyone involved was pleasant and extremely helpful. Thank you Boyd's!

Where do I start? Okay, love these guys! So, I ll spare everyone all the inane details of what occurred during our ride home to PA from a camping trip to Disney World but we blew 2 tires on our travel trailer. After the first blow out we used the spare. So when the second tire blew, we had no spare. After calling several places, including Good Sam & AAA, it was apparent that no one was coming to assist us. We were told that no one works in GA on Sunday!? So I guess it was a bad day to blow tires in GA! Luckily, we found Boyd s! They came & towed our travel trailer to their shop, had 4 new tires on it the next day & we were on the road again! If we ever find ourselves stuck in GA again, these guys would be the only place I would call. I can t tell you guys enough how grateful my family & I are that you located & helped us in such a timely & friendly manner!

This was the best tow service I've ever used. Good price and the driver was very kind. He was also knowledgeable about my vehicle and helped trouble shoot some issues. We will definitely use them again

Very nice people. Great experience. Only took five minutes to pull my 4X4 up a little hill. I would only give three stars for the price. I was pulled with a Jeep Wrangler, not a tow truck. I held using my own chain bc he didn t have enough chain

Donnie and Chris did an amazing job this morning when I was on vacation and my vehicle broke down while on vacation. The towing insurance company gave us the run around and Chris and Donnie worked with me to help us find an amazing solution while providing quick and timely towing services. I could not recommend them more highly and I would whole heartedly suggest anyone that needs towing service to use them. My truck was stuck in a ditch, I got out to use the phone and look at my surroundings. My elbow locked the door when I got out with the keys in the ignition. Chris was able to put my problems first and get to me within 30 minutes he unlocked the vehicle in less than one minute and was able to free my vehicle safely without damage!!! A+ company A+ services

My Acura TL broke down halfway to ATL from Charlotte the other night. Luckily verizon roadside assistance dispatched Boyd's to give me a tow. Not knowing what to do and where to keep my car overnight until I could get it looked at he offered to have his son Chris Boyd take a look at it. The very next day Chris looked at it in a timely manner and diagnosed the issue for me even going above and beyond what he ended charging me which was more than fair. Chris even helped me and my father get my car on an uncooperative trailer to tow it back to Charlotte. He did this even though it was well after closing on a Friday evening. I would recommend the Boyd's to anybody around. Thanks again for your help guys!

Boyd repaired a faulty slide out room. I told Chris that we were in a time crunch. He had the analysis and repair done in under a day. Unusual today to find any RV service, especially the better known companies that can do the work when you need it.

Had a motor put in from a junkyard. 3000 miles in and it's still running good. Got charged a 5% shop fee...UPDATE. 7,000 miles later and motor is toast...no paperwork on motor to begin with, go somewhere else, sketchy....waste of 5 grand.

We were living in our camper while building a house, and two hoses sprung leaks! (These leaks had been "repaired" by Camping World twice already.) Chris came to the RV park within an hour of my call, and within another hour had repaired/replaced the original parts so this wouldn't happen again. I never even knew that mobile RV repair was a thing, but I'm so glad I chose Boyd's when the need arose!

I hAve used this service for many years And I am absolutely satisfied with the service. Never had to wait. Always speedy service and fair pricing compared to others ,excellent for commercial vehicles all others that I've found is outrageous in over charging 18 wheeler's....Always my first choice.

Mr. Boyd repaired my vehicle and gave me a very fair price for the work he did.. I have had no problems since he worked on my auto and I will take it back to him again when it needs work.
