I work mobile on vehicles so alot of times I will need parts in a pinch. I called 3 different parts stores and no one had the regulator I needed at that time. Until I called the nearby advance store. Not only did they have the part, but it was five dollars cheaper than the other places. The sales clerks were very thorough with their search as well to make sure it was the correct part the first time. Thank yall so much!

Carl the store manager is awesome. Knows his stuff and made sure I left satisfied. He got me everything I needed for my project and then some. The store was stocked and looked better than I have seen in a long time. Can't wait to come back for the next project!

My battery went dead while picking up dinner for my pregnant wife. I was frustrated and a bit gruff but luckily advance auto was still open and Chris was exceedingly polite and upbeat. Called me Sir even though I'm cant be but a few years older. He made my crummy situation a breeze. Got my battery changed in a jiff. Grateful for his assistance today.

It's a little thing, but my battery was going bad, stopped in and Kelly and Yonah, were so helpful! Yonah was very knowledgeable and installed my new battery! They were both extremely kind and I am thankful for both of them.

Mike was very helpful. He helped me find the right oil and filter for my vehicle. Service was fast even though the store was busy. You can t beat the price for their oil change specials.

Needed a clamp for hose that connect to my engine since the other one broke while doing and alternator change. They both acted like I really didn't know what I needed or what I was doing. Finally got the clamp asked if they could help as I had my small baby and I'm disabled but said they couldn't help because of liability. So I'm glad I had my own screwdriver in the car. Guess everyone thought I was crazy but I got it on. If my husband was with me they would have not treated me so different I don't believe.

Zach at Advance Auto parts in Toccoa GA is amazing! We were on vacation pulling a travel trailer and our Dodge truck indicated battery issues. We went to a different store and only one worker on staff said we needed an alternator. We pulled into Advance Auto parts and Zach found out the issue right away that we had 2 dead batteries and then checked alternator which was fine. During this exchange with Advance Auto parts there was a downpour of rain and Zach remained outside and committed to helping us. We cannot thank you enough for your help and getting us back on the road quickly!

Not all associates are qualified to work at Advance. Went there thinking it was my battery SHE checked it and said my alternator was fine after checking it. So I bought the new battery. After having the same problem went back up there 2 days later and it was the alternator. My old battery seemed to be at half charge just sitting on the shelf. The girl might have people skills but is ignorant when it comes to automotive issues. Maybe she needs some automotive classesI have been a customer with Advance for years without any problems. Hope this does not happen to other customers. If you need assistance wait for an experienced associate

I bought a gas cap because my gas cap light was on on my vehicle I went back in because it did not solve the issue in the man told me I don't know what to tell you so therefore I didn't return my gas cap and get my money back so I'm still driving on a $17 gas cap that I really don't need because the issue is not been solved

Very helpful, always treats you like family. All parts stores in toccoa are always on point and if they cant find what you are looking for they point you in the right direction and even call for you from store to store. That's customer care if ive ever seen it.

Looking for a seatbelt clip that holds the strap in place and it choking you. They didn't have it. But they ask if I had a picture of it. I brought my clip out of my car,she took pictures of it.said she would order some. So people if you are needing a seatbelt to stop choking you. Look at Dance Auto Parts Toccoa Ga.

Horrible customer service. I bought a over charged alternator it blew up my battery. Jen told me since the part was installed there was nothing I could do. So not only did I pay for labor twice I had to buy a battery. I won't be spending any money there.

Received a bad alternator 17.89 volts toasted a battery and all we were told was .to bad all we replace is our part Thanks. Now I use Oriellys.
