This was a great experience. Our vehicle broke down last minute and we had to leave it at the corner store. We found out this morning that we had to get the vehicle removed asap before the property owners had the vehicle towed. I quickly googled towing companies and read the reviews. I contacted a few and was only able to get Mr. Walter on the phone. His service was fast, friendly, & financial affordable on such a shot notice. I truly thank him for making what could have been a stressful situation easy. He did an excellent job & if needed I would definitely use his service again. I would also highly recommend him for any of your towing needs. Thank you Mr. Walter for such a superb service experience.

Awful service. They kept saying the car would be ready next week and it wasn't time after time. Took them about 7 months to repair my car. They changed the motor and the check engine lit up on the way home on the day we picked it up. Plus the gear stick had been changed to a broken one, and they refused to acknowledge that it wasn't the original. And the AC didn't work. It had been working when we dropped off the car. Stay away from this business if you want quick, well done repairs.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Coming from Atlanta Sunday, my alternator went out on I-75 exit 64 in Tifton. He was the only person who answered the phone, and he got there within 15 minutes. He was professional and extremely nice. I definitely recommend this company.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

Idk if it was Walter or not that picked my car up but whoever it was was excellent!! Awesome customer service, he handled my car with care and i like the fact the he was a people person, very friendly!! Walter's will always be my number 1 towing service!!

Awesome experience. He fixed my mama's truck in 1 day, compared to one of his local competitors had it for 6 months and couldn't figure out it had a loose ground wire!! Walter's Repair Shop for the win! And Andy Thompson has definitely won over 2 more customers! Thank you so much Andy!!

They have always been there for me, I remember being there every day with my sister and brother when we were kids, my step dad is actually the owners cousin, my stepdad worked there for awhile, so we was there every day, they are amazing people, I would refer them to anyone.. they are good hearted people and would you the shirt off of their back..

I called to have my 10x12 building moved one evening. I was fortunate enough to speak to the owner. He was very pleasant to do business with, and when I say he didn't mess around, I mean it. He brought it the following morning without hesitation. He also had a run in with an angry ex. He handled it like a champ.

Mr. Walter did a diagnostic reading on my vehicle when the ABS and check engine lights came on on a trip to GA. His equipment reported that there was no problem except that there had been somerough roads in my path. He re-set the equipment and I had no problems with the vehicle. He charged me $35.00 for that reading. The problem that I had was when I later read my receipt from my credit card, I found that he had evidently hit the wrong key on his credit card machine and the charge read $95.00 instead of the $35.00. I called him about this discrepancy and he assured me that the error was not intentional and that when I was back in the area that he would check the receipt and make sure that I was charged the proper amount. When I returned to Tifton, I went back to his shop with the receipt and the correction was made with an apology for my inconvenience. He is an honest man.

My vehicle started having issues while we were on the way back to ATL: AC went down, and there was an obvious water pump problem.Mechanics form Walter's Repair Services did a great job fixing all the known isuses in a timely fashion. The charge came up lower than it was expected; comparing to multiple dealerships, the total bill was about 66% of the rate the dealerships have charged the previous owner for the same type of job.Finally, there was an issue after the work has been done - power steering went away because of a very old pw steering return hose; however, this has been fixed without any negotiation free of charge.Superb work!

Passing through Tifton to get to Tampa. Car was acting up had to pull in to Walters. They were very professional and customer service was great. Got me fixed up and back on the road in no time.

Owner was the one who checked out the tires fir me was really thinking it would have been tie rods turned out all I needed was a new tire. And owner didnt chage me a penny and it was a Sunday
