We had a flat tire on our boat trailer on I-75, just south of the Tifton Walmart exit--on Sunday, 7/10/23, 6:15 p.m. The Auto Care Center was closing at 7 p.m. and didn't have the tires we needed. However, Jeff & Jacob stayed and did everything they could to help my husband, calling local places for a tire and finding a tow company we could use. We found tires, got home the next day, but they made a frustrating situation better. They went above and beyond! Thank you Jeff & Jacob!

Went to go have oil change tires balanced and rotated and man said that I never told them about wanting the tires rotated and balanced. So I'm not coming back here to get my car service again.

My sister and I went to get our vehicle serviced. We were very impressed with a gentleman by the name of Raymond. He serviced our vehicle was very nice, patient, courteous and informed us of a couple of things. He really helped and did an outstanding job with a smile of course and very kind... I waited 50 minutes (I was at the front of the line) for them to tell me they couldn't change my cars oil. They lacked the necessary drain plug replacement. I understand why they couldn't proceed but you would think they would stock those parts. They also seemed understaffed. Don't waste your time here.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Absolutely horrible experience. No one seems able to communicate with anyone else, they don't know what is in stock. I have had to explain to one person 4 times what I need. I just need a tire. It's not a difficult request.

I called a few times, and they never answered. When I went in, the person who helped me was not very confident in anything pertaining to appointments or products.

We had a wonderful experience with the Auto Department at Walmart in Tifton!! Driving back to Florida after evacuating for a hurricane, we had a flat tire on 75. We had our two big dogs with us. We were SO thankful that Walmart was still open and for the very quick & friendly service we received. The staff knew were on the road with dogs, so they were very quick with changing the tire and even came out to say hi to our dogs. We really can't thank the staff here enough for the fast, friendly and professional service!!

These people are a fantastic group of auto techs. Friendly, fast service. Charles was a real gentleman and friendly as can be. Very honest and helpful. I had a blowout down I-75. Hobbled on the "donut" tire until we found this Walmart. Tire was beyond repair. Had to buy a new one on the first day of our trip. They had us in and out in less than 45 minutes. Can't ask for more. Just left with 2 new tires! Driving home from Florida and car started shaking... we needed 2 tires. We were in and out in less an hour and Ron was super friendly and informative!! Pricing was right on and service was great!! Thanks

These some dirty people ...I just got my car serviced within a week ago for a oil change with the filter and everything.April 23,2021 to be exact and here I am at 12:06am on this date of May 3, 2021 because my car has just suddenly went low on oil .I m trying to figure out how when Walmart autocare center just put 4.5 qt in my car. Smh

Management will abruptly run you out even if you're asking a question. As a supervisor of an industrial shop, i understand this for safety reasons, but personnel shouldn't be rude and cut you off from speaking.

The automotive manager ROBIN was very disrespectful, and she didn't want to do her job and help a customer... Instead she attempted to make me drive to Tifton instead of looking in her computer.. she deserves to be fired... The lady outside named Teresa should be the manager not ROBIN

Worse service I have ever received from a Wal Mart Auto Center. Pulled cars ahead of others and computers never work. Everyone takes a break at the same time. Manager of Auto Center is very rude and always complaining of having to much to do. I will not be back for an oil change.

terrible service went to get my oil changed and ended up not being able to turn my steering wheel and they could not tell me what was wrong nor would they fix it they were also super rude and not trying to help fix the problem at all!!! Do not recommend

I stop in for 1 new tire and was tols it would take no more than 45 minutes but in fact it took 2.5 hour and was a big pain becuase the people have no clue what they are doing. I will never go back there again!
