My awesome Sales Associate was Shannon Shepherd. His priceless, sought-after style of customer service and professionalism is phenomenal. Shannon was genuinely concerned about my well-being while I was on my way to and from the dealership. Being a "no pressure" kind of guy, Shannon made me feel comfortable with intelligent conversation for the duration I was there. EXCELLENT customer service to repair my daughter's car in quite a crunch! SO thankful for Savannah (service advisor) and the technician who did the work (didn't have name!) - - - I could not be more grateful!! I've never used their service dept before but have a Kia and they work on them there and I will definitely use them again in the future! So grateful! Thank you!!

Brian is awesome. This is the third time he s taken care of me and has been exceptional from my first phone call. From fixing my cam shaft sensor to repairing my rear differential and most recently my fan shroud all work has been done promptly and without secondary issues. I know he does not actually do the work but he keeps me well informed and there have been no surprises on what has been done or charges to do the work.

This place is the biggest rip off I ever seen. They didn t check the car and stated they had done just that. We have been complaining about these lights and email since we had the car. They wanted to charge 149.00 for diagnostics. We don t mind but we haven t had the car a good 5 months and it s been doing this since we had it. I have emailed texted and all. Be careful.

These folks really worked hard to help me out. Veronica in servicing stayed in regular contact with me throughout the whole process and went above and beyond to help me. Tenneson also let me buy and ship parts to them if I could find a cheaper price. Then, they even personally drove the parts back up to me in Atlanta. In the end, the cost to fix the car would have been worth more than it was worth, but I was still grateful for all their help.

I came last Friday for an oil change & tires rotated. Upon working the tires they broke the stem & then wanted to charge me for it. Well they replaced the stem & supposedly programmed the sensor in the tire at no charge. Well after leaving headed 20 mins down the highway to Atlanta, an error light came on. I came back waited another 2 1/2 hrs for them to say they can t program the sensor need to order a part. A whole day wasted. Scheduled an appointment for the following Friday which is today. Here I am. Been here since 10:50 with a 11:00 appt. for them to say at 1:20 the tool they have won t program the sensor. I haven t even seen a manager thru all of this. Just Ridiculous! I got my car from here & I only come because I have lifetime free oil changes. Make it make sense.

It wasn t anything with service department! It was great as always.Was going to buy an SUV.. our salesman was great.. Issac Clemons.The finance manager agreed to price we offered on Murano. Said going get cleaned up for us. Few minutes came back and said they misunderstood our offer. Wanted 3 thousand more dollars! This is no way to do business! They knew what we offered! You couldn t misunderstand thus! We were going to pay cash! Obviously you didn t want our business. We bought new car in March and paid cash. But no worries, another dealer was excited to get our business!

I went in not expecting to purchase a vehicle and left with one. Both DJ, in finance and Derrick, in sales were exceptionally knowledgeable gentlemen and provided outstanding customer service. Everyone we encountered were so welcoming and polite. This was a first visit but definitely will not be a last.

Thank you Ms. Veronica and Mr. Steve for upholding the values and the great costumer service standards that your loyal clients appreciate so much! You two absolutely went above and beyond to completely satisfy on last Thursday after making an appointment and still spending 3 and an half hours waiting for an oil change and more without knowledge of many factors. Ms. Veronica is always smiling and both times I ve been, when others may ignore you, she has never! She maybe finishing up a call etc. As soon as she s is done, the next guest she is taking care of with that same wonderful smile! It s unfortunate others aren t as savvy & could careless about ruining a business. Mr Steve wouldn t let that be. He listened and took his time finding out the facts and came back with a resolution that spoke volumes of his customer service excellence as well! You both are greatly appreciated!!!

I m from Albany. Got in contact with someone from Tennyson Nissan about a new/used car they was back and forth with me until they wasn t. When I called and texted back about it after I hadn t heard back from them they finally sent a sexy back that said oh you owe to much on your suv to trade right now. I was like OK then.. So went to prince in Albany and made a purchase. This person I felt with at Tennyson was not professional and didn t try to talk to me at all after he realized he couldn t make a sell. Like I said he never even called me or texted to let me know he just left me hanging.I won t even try to do business here again!

Sales folks seemed nice enough. Service guy was a jerk. Laughed at us when we scoffed at an estimated 5k in repairs for a vehicle we'd only owned 4 months. Our laugh was one of disbelief, at our situation. His was of condescension. We had bought our vehicle from carmax back home in Southern Missouri. They offered to pay for a full diagnostic to verify if there were any other issues. Same service guy said, "better get me good contact info. I seem to have a hard time getting payment from carmax"Brandon Nissan in Tampa FL gladly accepted the request, completed the diagnostic and was paid by Saturday even with the holiday.So thankful we weren't stuck at Tenneson Nissan and wouldn't recommend the service department to anyone.

I am very upset. I had to have my car towed to the Nissan dealership on March the 14th. Being that it was late in the evening when it got towed I knew it couldn't be seen till the next day. I called the 15th late that evening to give them time to see what was going on. I was told they didn't have a chance to look at it. Ok fine. Today I called and still the same answer. I am stranded without transportation because I can't get a loner car until they do a diagnostic test on my car and tell me what's going on. I have to drive out of town for work and now I'm stuck without transportation because I feel like they don't care. I literally don't know what to do.

I dropped my vehicle off on a Thursday morning. I explained that I needed it back by at least Tuesday as we were taking a trip. I never heard from the representative so I called on Monday. After a long hold I was told the part came in but it was the wrong part. They were trying to get the part exchanged. It would hopefully be in by Tuesday but no guarantee. The dealership was going to close on Wednesday and Thursday for the holiday. So it could be Friday before I would get it back. I said that was unacceptable. The rep checked on a rental but I wasn t covered for that. But..after some checking the rep called back Monday afternoon and said that it was the right part but just looked different from the old one. They would get it installed and have it ready Monday afternoon for pickup. That did happen and I picked it up Tuesday morning. So I did get my vehicle repaired on time. But there was just a lot of stress and miscommunication that occurred in the process. I have to say i was pleased upon picking up my vehicle.

Everyone that I worked with, from the advisor to the technician, was extremely helpful. I was using a warranty for the first time and they were helping me through the process. Veronica also communicated with me regularly and asked a lot of questions to insure they replicated the issue I was having. The technician was also very helpful in showing me what was wrong and giving some tips to avoid causing issues with my Frontier.

My service advisor was not informative about the status of my vehicle. He left and went to lunch without making sure I was aware and left me waiting for an hour after my vehicle was finished. Then I had to ask another advisor for my status and he did not bring me my vehicle nor did they clean out the the plastic that was put in my vehicle. I had to go to the back of the parking lot to find my vehicle. I will not recommend Tennson Nissan to anyone for service or anything.

Review for RENTAL DEPT.I am so grateful for the speedy and exceptional customer service.My family arrived into town on Thanksgiving night for a weekend hunting trip. Unfortunately, our motor went out in our 2022 Chevrolet Silverado. We thought we would be stranded with the holiday, but thankfully for Nissian had a rental that could accommodate us.I am unsure of the lady s name, but I feel she went above and beyond for us. Within minutes and a little information, she had us taken care of.

I got my oil changed, ran a couple of errands, and went home. The next morning, when I was getting ready to leave, I realized that there was oil all over my driveway. It wasn't any fault of the technician, as apparently the crush washer failed. But Spencer sent a rollback immediately to pick up my car, and the driver had a big bag of oil dry (thank goodness!). Got the mess cleaned up, oil was replaced, and plug with new crush washer was reinstalled. Spencer even sent a driver to pick me up and bring me to my car! EXCELLENT customer service!!

My elderly parents went to Tenneson in 2020 to trade in a 2017 rogue for a 2018 dodge journey. The so called deal they cut my parents was disgusting. They paid off the rouge but charged them $9,000 too much for the Journey. The finance guy blamed it on a salesman saying they let him go because of the deals he made to people like my parents. Then in October 2023, my parents trusting the dealership and believing the issue was caused because of Nico s shady tactics, went back to see about getting the ridiculous high priced Journey out of their names and getting another affordable suv. Well, they convinced my parents to just let their Journey become a volunteer return repo and to purchase the new Rogue. My parents asked for the payments to be in the $600 s and then at signing was told the lowest he could make the payments was $750. My dad reluctantly agreed to the $750. Once the letters from the bank came in the mail to my parents the car payment was $870. When my dad called the finance guy back at the dealership he said oh that was the price of it before the taxes and add ons were added. First off, who gives a price like that?? You know the totals will not be the same price when all of that becomes added in. So tricky tactic that seems to have really worked. Now my parents are stuck with two extremely high priced suv. The finance guy told us that it is too late for him to make any adjustments that the suv is no longer his problem the bank has it now. Then the add ons he was talking about totaled up to almost $10,000 in add ons. After my parents stressed they did not want anything extra but the gap insurance. Which would only been $1,000 added in. This place is a joke and this should be elderly abuse. People BEWARE of this terrible finance guy they have at this location. I hope karma hits him with both fist!!!

Very courteous, professional treatment time I walked in the door. One little bumpy road about the numbers. But at the end of the day they got me in a vehicle I love. Other dealerships told me it couldn't be done. But Tenneson Nissan did.

Scheduled an oil change and a recall fix almost 2 weeks ago. Recall fix wasn t available on the day of the appointment after scheduling it way ahead of time and my mother had to take my car for me since I m overseas. She was told she needed the tires balanced and rotated but wasn t told she would have to pay for that out of pocket and thought it was covered under the service agreement . This was misleading to say the least and she was told the special manager for recalls servicing wasn t there so she d have to make another trip after I called specifically to make sure it could all be done on the same day and was never contacted that this couldn t be done. I ve always had great service at the other visits but am very disappointed that all of this happened and my car still isn t up to par without a recall as I know this is a safety hazard and my mother is having to drive my car this way and spent money she didn t expect to due to the lack of communication; not to mention the extra gas to drive another hour down there and back home to get the recall fixed on another day

Bought a beautiful 2020 Nissan Titan Platinum Reserve from Tenneson Nissan and am thrilled with it, as well as the very easy buying experience Jessica Royals provided. From over 300 miles away, I found the exact truck that met all my criteria on their website. I worked a smooth deal with Jessica over the phone, trusted the photos and her confirmations and it was delivered to my driveway the next day in mint condition - spectacular and oh sooo comfortable. I was kind of dreading the car buying process, but Jessica & Tenneson made it a breeze. And I sincerely feel like I got a great deal on a top-of-the-line truck. My car was in the shop, so i came here to rent a vehicle and the girls here treated me so kindly. They helped me out when i was in need, i was very grateful for them. i was also very thankful for Matt Delashmit, i was having a hard time getting my car back and he did everything he could to help me out and for that i am so grateful for. When i am ready to trade in my Camry i know who to come too! y all have such a wonderful and kind and welcoming staff, thank you for taking y all s time to help me!
