My experience with Tenneson Collision Center has been nothing but amazing. They had my car fixed within a week of dropping it off. It even looks better than it did before my accident. I even received a call to let me know that I needed a new tire before I picked my car up. They kept me informed and in the know the entire time they had my car. From the beginning these guys took care of my daughter s car. They got it towed, talked directly to my insurance agent, and the insurance company for me while I was working. Within 2 weeks the car was finished and ready to be picked up. The workmanship was excellent and looked good as new. The customer service throughout the entire process was top notch. Heath Carmichael was integral in making the experience a great one. What could have been a stressful experience was definitely handled with ease. I will always use them for my car needs.

100% recommend!! Customer service is beyond 5 stars. Kindness and superior body work on my suburban. Russ made a special stop Summit to pick up a part for my son's front end on his Tahoe. Paint, body work, repairs, all beyond 5 stars!

Had a small repair job when someone backed into us. Tenneson Collision was the top recommended body shop from our insurance agent and now we know why. They were ready for us when we arrived and did great work. When I picked up our car, it had also been washed and the interior was cleaned, which was an added touch. Hopefully we won't need to visit again anytime soon, but we will recommend these folks for sure!

Someone back into my car and completely destroyed my bumper ! I heard Tenneson Collision did great work and in timely manner! I called and they told me to bring it by and they gave me a very good quote as well as turn around time and even finish the job before the time they told me it take for them to do the repair! My car looks amazing !!! Definitely recommend going here for any body work needed if you are looking for professional service!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was involved in a small fender bender and called Russ Ogletree for assistance while at the accident. He was very knowledgeable and courteous over the phone and I scheduled a time to bring my vehicle to the shop for a quote. The person who hit me was from out of town and I directed him to contact Russ as well. Tenneson Collision repaired both vehicles good as new and in a very timely manner. I trust Russ and his staff at Tennison Collision Center.

It isn't often a service company goes above and beyond just the service they provide and ensure to take care of their customers on a personal level. This was the best experience I've ever had at a car shop! There was actually clear communication. I knew how much everything would cost before any work was done and I felt they were reasonably priced. They even suggested used parts when possible to reduce costs. They did a great job and they will be my first call with any future car issues.
