Worst shop in the USA, 4h to change a tire???? Don t even know why loves giving free money to this mechanic Don t stop or you will finish you hours, even if you are the only truck in the shop with 5 mechanic. No one work here

Well there was no mechanic on duty. He chooses to show up whenever he feels like it. This location is not a reliable location for mechanical repairs. As for tire service they are great.

Checked in at 2200 seen at 1420 the next day it was cool though because of the weekend. 39.99 mount and dismount of steers comes up to 65 tire disposal and stem. They are some nice people and very efficient service

If I can give you NO star I would this is the worst loves truck stop lubes and tires teams the entire teams . I called to schedule an oil change and I m told first come first serve when I got here I checked in around 0100 AM they told me will call you within an hour to two hours after 5 hours later I went in inquiring of the status of my oil change and I couldn t find any one I guess they closed locks on the doors I went to the store asking for help I found (Zach) supervisor he told me oh sorry we re closed right now and we will open at 0700 which is an hour away I said ok . I showed up at 0709 AM and checked in at the counter and he told me that they can t do oil change because the storage where they store the old oil it s full and they re waiting for a company to emptied it . If they told me this at the beginning when I check in 7 hours ago we won t be writing this review now . Very poor customer and professionalism skills and as a truck driver try to avoid this loves truck stop if in need of anything related to lubes and tires services.

I had a real sh!tty day. After 2.5 hours getting get the truck drivable again I finally made it to get checked in. I did get lucky and hit at a slower time. I was called in within 15-20 minutes and JB had me almost fixed before we even had all the truck info in the system. It may have been really minor, but 2+ hours on the side of the road in 100+ temps got me irritable and I was so thankful for his help.

They were working on one of the truck bays, when it was my turn I dropped my trailer went up to the bay and after about 30 minutes they told me they couldn't get to the filters they needed because they were packed in a storage trailer and it would take all night to find them

Avoid this place !Customer service of this place is below minimum! Also, We had spare tire to replace but they said they can t replace with customer s tires anymore . And then they offered me same tire for $799 plus install. And like I said , they treat customers like trash

Lake park speedco broke an o ring while doing my oil change.I stopped at this store to fix problem. The store manager called the police on me instead of talking to me about the problem.The problem was that the service manager (jack) wanted me to pay for the repair again while they wait on the refund from lake park.He called (shawn) and he talked to me on the phone and he concurred with jack.While talking with jack about the situation, the mechanic, with dreads butted in and started talking so i ignored him and kept talking to jack.He get mad and start threatening me so i called the police. When the police came, jack told the police i was the one threatening them and told them i was trespassing.The police escorted me off premises without my truck being fixed.

24hrs my @$$. Just because your roadside service is 24hrs doesn t mean you should market your shop availability as 24hrs if you have no techs on site. Nothing on your google listing or corporate website specifies your shop hours.

Only freaking loves that requires you to get out of the truck AND surrender keys. Avoid this place if you don't want to sit in a hot 80ish metal box on uncomfortable tiny chairs for the entire time they quote and do repairs. They claim its "POLICY".

Shop claims to only have love's oil, I can tell you that on their dry erase board in the office they have a goal to " upsell" at least half of the oil changes they do to love's oil. That's ok I'll take my money elsewhere.

Two hour eta was a two hour wait for two steers. Done in about forty five minutes with also steer slack adjuster adjustment.Plenty parking around shop area.

Not sure why I stopped here considering the reviews I stopped in because the blinker lights wasn t working on trailer if it consist of more than just swapping out a light you are out of luck tell me how you check wiring without a test light you don t you tell the customer they need to take it to Another shop And tear the work ticket up after you ve been waiting three hours

Waiting is long time checked in at 7pm and now they telling me to check back in at 7am the next morning and the mechanics pretty rude...they don't seem to care for truck drivers... avoid if possible...
