Showed up with a bad tire on on my trailer ni big dealAsked for a used oneSaid 60 no big deal got my trailer jacked up and tire off ( that was not flat or bad just old )They broke the belt in it taking it off and then tell me I have to buy a new one wth.....Been her for 1 hour for they to go to another tire shop to buy tire ND up charge me do not recommend

Awesome staff, very affordable, just all around wonderful experience with these guys every time I use them as my mechanic. The have fix my motor mounts and thermostat and fluid filter. They also have changed my tires and gave me a great price. Totally worth going to for all services

Great place to get your tire fixed or replaced with a used or new tire. Pretty good about getting you in and out. They also do other services as well like brake repair, front end repair and alignment and other services also. Will half to call to see what all they offer. Great people that own it and good have experienced employees.

If I could do zero stars I would. They are rip off artists. My car was throwing a specific code for a specific part I took it to him to change the part and mind you he got the same code we did. Went back to get it didn't even get a block from the shop and the car broke down again with the same problem.Managed to get it back to his shop where he checked it and it through the same code he was supposed to have fixed. He then tried to show us up and drove the car himself and it broke down again on him. He refused a refund and would not even check to see if the part was done properly. I had to actually have my car towed away from his shop.

Extremely nice people. We are traveling, and had a tire issue. We stopped to have it fixed. These folks were very helpful and honest. I was impressed. Highly recommend them. If I lived in this area, I would always give them my business.

I m very pleased with the service from Mr. Randy and his staff. He would not let me leave until he figured out what was causing the issue with my car. Very knowledgeable and experienced location. My smile was so big driving away I feel safe in my car again.

These people are AMAZING!! My car was initially taken back to the dealer I bought it from to get fixed. When I received it back, there was noise coming from the right side of the car. We didn t know what it was so we put our faith in Southside since my dealer has let me down since I bought the car. From the time Southside received it they were calling me to update me on the car. Turns out my dealers mechanic didn t tighten any nuts and bolts, and could have cause me a bad accident and them a lawsuit! Southside sent me pictures of the loose bolts and didn t charge me for what they initially were going to since I didn t require that service. They were awesome from the jump and restored my trust a bit in mechanics!! 100% recommend!!

I like this place,this is the only place i can trust to take my vehicles in,, they are very nice especialy Randy who everytime i get my vehicle in, He check it out to see whats going on !! He saved me one time from getting a part supposed to be broken when it wasn't. Thank you Randy !

Blew a tire on our camper headed down I75. They responded within 30 minutes of calling and changed the tire. We followed them back to shop and they quickly fixed the tire and had us back on the road. All in all about one hour detour from our trip. Very efficient and friendly folks. Would highly recommend!

Broke down on the interstate and drove 8 miles on a donut to this place, every where else were for semi's or looked like I was going to get stabbed. This place took care of me in 20 minutes while they had a lot of other customers too. Two new 18 inch low profile tires on, in less than 20 minutes for under $200 and I was back on the road again! Staff was awesome, prices were great and the owner was out there in the heat, working and then thanking me for my business! I wish he had other businesses where he could take my money! We need more good guys like this in the world!

Great southern hospitality, got me in and out in less than 20 minutes. Blew a tire on the interstate headed to Florida, donut tire was temporary so had to bye a used one asap. Loved it. Keep up the great work!

Serviceman was very helpful. Tire pressure light popped on just as I arrived in Tifton, GA. I stopped at Southside Tire for an assessment. Serviceman stopped what he was doing and resolved my issue. Very efficient...attentive.

On a road trip and needed tires on trailer replaced. Had me back on the road in under 20 minutes from when I arrived. The new tires were a good price. But, I greatly appreciate them getting me back on the road as fast as they did.

Blew a tire on our motorcycle trailer traveling down I 75. Found Southside nearby but closing in 40 minutes. They had the tire we needed, changed us, and had us back on the road in about 20 minutes. Great guys, friendly service, good price!

I had a tire leak on a long road trip. Pulled over to a gas station and it was mostly flat. I was scared to try to keep driving on it, so I looked up tire places nearby. 5 minutes and $10 later, I'm safely back on the road. Professional, fast, and friendly!

I wish I could rate as negative stars..... went by this establishment to get 4 brand new tires mounted and balanced on my vehicle, paid $60 for the service, the fella I paid even repeated it to me that I was paying for MOUNTING & BALANCING..... after I got off work I drove home on the interstate to find my car shaking violently at higher speeds so I pulled over and inspected the tires and wheels. To my surprise there were NO WEIGHTS ON ANY WHEEL, FRONT OR BACK EVEN THE OLD ONES WERE GONE

Late Friday night I was stranded at a truck stop with my Jeep that would not start. Southside Tire was my only chance at getting it fixed the next morning so that I could continue my journey back up to Chicago over the weekend. I talked with William early Saturday morning to see if I'd be able to get it replaced before they closed at noon. He called around and was able to locate the part quickly and then called me back to let me know so that I could work on getting a tow to the shop. William and another fella (Austin?) got my Jeep on the lift and had the starter replaced in a short amount of time... and it all ended up being very reasonable costwise... it works great too! Thanks so much to the Southside Tire team for their top-notch service, reasonable pricing, and their timely work.

The guy apparently buys silver from what all the local pawn shops said so I took what I knew with 100% certainty was real silver, but the guy couldn't comprehend that his nitric acid he uses to test silver was out dated/expired therefore the color it produced once put onto the silver was not showing up well. Other than that, I wouldnt know much on the tires he sells.

Not even worth one star, do not have them to do any auto repair on your vehicle.Had my vehicle towed there because of it not starting they say its one thing then its another,had to keep calling them after days of not communicating with me.Got tired of it and had vehicle tow to a #real# auto shop and come to find out they messed my vehicle up more than it was already. I wouldn't take a bicycle to these people to fix.
