Had my 48 volt chargers checked for golf carts. Needed some parts for cart and they had them in stock. They also offered me a wheel and tire package that fit my needs at very good price.

This store is shameful at best. My brother (Nelson Noble)was treated in a very disrespectful manner by numerous employees at this tifton store.He noticed that his Dixie Chopper (zero-turn) mower would not start again after he removed pressure from the seat sensor. It would be apparant that the problem was generated by the seat sensor. I am no technician, but an elementary electronics base would indicate that continuity was lost by a break in a circuit, due to a bad relay. Did they attempt to fill the break (replace the seat sensor)? Did they try to jumper the break? Did they have any method to their troubleshooting at all? The real question is; do they know what the words continuity, circuit, jumper, and troubleshooting mean? He took his mower (that he bought from them) into this store, and they began repairs. They informed him 4 months later that they did not have the capacity to diagnose the problem. My brother went to pick the mower up, and this is where their ignorance was highlighted.They took his mower outside their garage door, and let him have it back. They all stood around and watched him struggle to load this inoperable large mower onto a trailer. They also demonstrated a dismissive and smug behaviour towards him. He then noticed that they had ripped out numerous wires and created a mess that looks like a spider web. Now he has to find a real technician to fix both problems now.Stay away from this store. They are incompetant, and their management obviously is ineffective.

Same review as others. Product falsely represented in purchase over telephone. NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS. Service? Good luck.More interested in you filling out paperwork than actually fixing their problems. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE FOLKS.You will regret it.

Initial experience was great. Priscilla was great and very nice. My first mistake was purchasing over the phone because I lived out of town. But I was lied to about a lot of things involving the golf cart. First, I was told it was in pristine condition, which is why I bought it over the phone. One whole side of the cart had paint chipping all over it. It was the side I later noticed they didn t send me a picture of. Was told after the fact that is how they always take pictures. How convenient. Another thing is that they were going to put new tires on it. They put two front new tires on it. Not that big of a deal if they didn t say they were going to put new tires on it not just the front two. Another problem is the way Josh treated me over the phone saying that people have different meaning of the word pristine and well what can we do to make you happy in a demeaning tone. Then the operations manager called me and told me although being lied to and mislead was at my expense, the lesson it taught his salesman was priceless. Wouldn t go back, not even for my warranty. I d rather fix it myself than deal with these people.

The cart worked fine. Made Halloween much more comfortable. There was a little glitch with the deposit refund but they sorted it out immediately upon our phone call. Would definitely recommend!

This group of folks are above and beyond excellent. I went to find a part for a really old golf cart and they actually had one. No sales people trying to push sales...just some of the best employees I've ever dealt with. Planning to buy a Golf cart from them soon and I would tell everyone to see them first of you are looking to buy one. This may be a gushing recommendation but they truly deserve it.

Priced a Scag zero turn mower and to inquire about The First Reaponder Discount Program. Sales said the discount was $250 and should have been 15% (which should have been $1650 off). Another dealer price gouging !!!! SMDH

Good service on initial purchase, however have had trouble with my cart. Bought a TXT gas brand new. Had to file warranty before leaving parking lot due to paint blemish. Told they would order new clip which was done, but took longer to get in than what was told. Every time we called nobody knew nothing about my warranty because the loss of employees. Next I had concerns about the 12V/USB ports I had them install which were staying on constantly . I was told it didn't pull a lot of power and it SHOULD BE fine. 4 months later battery is shot so had rob drive the cart back for warranty issues. Since we bought it, we've put 10 hours on it and it is garage kept. Spoke with Tifton shiver carts, they recommended we bring it to them, AGAIN. I'm closer to Valdosta, so they said just take it there and they will get us taken care of. Dropped off and they kept it one week, so I called and was told they haven't got to it yet and the mechanic was off, but he would call Monday. Well after no call all day Monday, I call and talk with mechanic who says, not ready haven't got to it. Then there was a long pause. I asked when, then and was told gonna try and get to it this week. Again nice customer service at time of purchase, but definitely not satisfied after. For $8k I recommend spend a few extra on a Polaris Ranger. 1st and last cart.

Tony Rae best sales manager. The experience that I had buy my new cart was fantastic. Tony took time to explain to me the different types of carts and what would best suite my needs! Great experience and I would encourage anyone that is interested in buying a cart to look Tony up.

Bought several golf carts from this dealer. First being a Bad Boy Hibrid (gas/electric). It stayed Torn up from the first month we had it and then had to pay for parts to fix it even though it was under warranty. Said we had got sand in the brakes which we totally impossible because we had not driven it but for a short drive. Stayed in their shop broke down for At least 4 times in one year. Wound up trading it on a 72 volt Bad Boy Buggy in November of 2016. It messed up too. They only wanted to give us $5,000 on trade and we had paid over $$15,000 for it. Only owed $1400 on the payoff. I kept it instead when they fixed it and bought a gas powered one. Customer service??? Had to wait over half the day for the owner to come give us a price on the new buggy. I believe I Wii possibly find me a dealer closer to home next time. Tifton is to far too drive for me.

Great customer service I bought a trailer today the two ladies that assisted was very polite both of the women were very professional I would recommend shivers cart for buying a trailer or golf cart and lawn mower to anybody that needs one

Prescilla was a pleasure to deal with..waited an hour at Lowes decided they didn't want my business..got a 6x12 trailer $200 cheaper than their 5x8!

Brought in my golf cart to be fixed on because it woudnt go when i pressed the gas(which is free under warranty).I also ordered and paid to have it service(oil change and brakes).They serviced it but did not fix the problem.I have a 5 year warranty and now I have to keep paying someone to tow it back and forth to this place.
