I went to Rush Truck Center in Tifton on February 28th. I had an electrical issue that became complicated. The team pushed to find a solution and they did.There was a man who really stood out and seemed to care for his customers. His name was Jeff Wardle, he is a service manager. He didn t want to leave me discouraged about staying the night so he gladly drove me to and from the hotel. The mentioned that he was going to attend my truck first thing in the morning and they sure did.Thanks Jeff and everyone else that was very polite to me. Thanks for your help and service guys.

Man, this place was amazing to me. Craig went above and beyond and even educated me on things to help with preventative measures to prevent issues on my 2018 Isuzu npr hd. Very impressed with Craig for doing all he did. If you need a diesel mechanic and specifically for an Isuzu I wouldn t trust anyone else.

After our Motorhome DEF Valve and Sensor put us in D-rate, we had it towed to Rush Truck Center. Jason Cross the service writer was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and worked to get us back on the road. Greg the tech was competent, patient and able to re-set our computer and get us moving again. Also Jeff the QC/Service manager made sure our beautiful Coach was well cared for. We cannot say enough about this firm. Hope you do not breakdown, but if you do you are in good hands.

This is a local shop for me.dropped truck off to have a radiator put in,an ac belt tensioner and belt relpaced,and a progressive shift program taken off ecm.call on thur told them ro get rad on way I'd drop truck off on mon.was told yesterday truck was ready.belt and ten wasn't installed.they did however replace exhaust manifold gasket and bolts because service manager thought it needed it.no call to approve.truck is still in shop.bill still climbing.they have a not my problem attitude and your gonna pay the bill or else mentality. It's been 8 days for a 2 day repair.thanks rush.

I would rate this place zero. My loaded truck got towed there, and they had it sitting for two weeks before the tech looked at it. I called to follow up (first of all, they don't answer phone calls, I had to change numbers severally for them to answer) and Josh Stewart informed me that they're working with the vehicle manufacturer to find the issue, and this took almost a week (a lie). When I pushed them for answers they sent out an $8000 repair estimate, knowing they had not diagnosed the truck; the reason for this was for them to buy time. I went ahead and purchased the parts to find out two weeks later those parts were not needed when the tech looked at the truck. The truck had a loose/short wire. Thanks, God!. I had to pay 2weeks for the hotel and late fees. On top of that didn't make money for two weeks. If they only had diagnosed that truck when it got there or informed me no available tech to look at it in so many days, I could've taken my business somewhere else but they decided to lie and take advantage of me. Other Rush truck centers have fixed my trucks before and had no issues till now. I'm very disappointed with the Tifton GA shop, and I should be compensated for my lost time and money.

This place was closed before 12:30 pm even though it says open till 2 pm. Confirmed by business 5 days ago. All parts have a 30% markup so be prepared. When the employees are actually there they are helpful and friendly. Just don't go by the internet or by calling. It actually sounds open even though they are closed. Don't drive 2 hours for parts unless you confirm they are open before you leave.

I have a new international truck that is making a noise when shifting. I m not sure if it is normal or not. I stopped by and asked the service department if a tech could let me describe the problem. I was told that they couldn t pull a take off a job to hear my question. Service manager had a sarcastic tone when I left as he said have a good day.

Very disappointed in the service. No one communicated internally, and I'd have to repeat my story every time I called the first week, after that they still wouldn't reach out unless I called them, then they finally put me on their email program and sometimes updated me. All in all the truck sat for a month there, and they didn't even notify me when it was done, had to call for that too, and then they said they had "tried contacting me" but never received any form of contact. All in all a painstakingly painful process and will avoid this dealer at all costs. If you're reading this and thinking about getting stuff done here, prepare for some MAJOR down time! I'm sure Mr Rusty Rush would be very disappointed!

Nice facility professionals getting the job done here. Good stuff. Small disclaimer tho I drive a Peterbilt And this being an International Facility I can't say I've had work done here. Thought Rush has been a solid Go 2 in my professional experience. #GoodPeople

The service department says it opens at 700am daily,but only 1 guy gets into work by 730,and not 1 wrench gets turned until after 900am.You can call the service desk all day long and you'd be extremely lucky for someone to even pick up the phone...they let my truck sit on their property for 9 days without working on it,when they could have told me up front...TERRIBLE BUSINESSThey

Called rush to get a quote in Tifton ga.to fix my truck and they never called me back, it's been 3 days, and counting...I just carried it to freightliner in Tifton, to get my truck worked on,,Somebody from cooperate really needs to see what's going on in the Tifton,ga.Especially when you can't even get a phone call back...

Really happy with the service and their work..... There was a bank error with their check processing people (TRS). My bank called them and told them it was their error and to rerun the check.. they did.. it cleared. TRS mails me to tell me I owe them the returned check fee. I called TRS and disputed it.. roughly 30 days later the nasty little people at TRS recovery put their hands into my bank account and took their fee without my permission. Why does rush's review get 4 stars because of TRS? because they are the ones who work with such a company

I am not going to call these people a rip off or they take advantage of you, but 63.00 for a charge air hose and 88.00 for 2 clamps is a little excessive. Be prepared your a$$ will hurt when you walk out

Took three weeks to replace a clutch and it was not properly repaired whenever I was told to come and pick the truck up. PTO would not disengage, heavy hydraulic lines held up with plastic tie wrap instead of metal hose clamp that was on previously. Missing bolt in clutch housing. Had to leave it with them again, I live more than 1 hour away from their shop so I wasted over 2 hours of my time and the person that drove me to pick my truck up.

140.00 for a brake light switch listed everywhere online for no more than 30.00 even Walmart has it for less.Thats just ripping people off.Check prices before you go because that s just ridiculous

It was a horrible dayThey have no professionalism at allNo customer serviceMade us wait till the next day to fix our truck the next day we waited over 7 hours just for a easy fix ridiculous would never go back to that place and the price was ridiculously high

We buy parts from Rush wonderful people stop by sometime and get some parts for your truck or even get it fixed

Great place to get parts. But don't buy a international from any dealer period. The truck engines are junk
