My car has been there a little over 3 months. Their not in a hurry to fix your car & every time I go there they have an excuse of why they haven't gotten to my car. I will never do buiness with this company again.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

your vehicle will not be ready on time, hard to get someone on phone, be sure to check your vehicle before leaving, the repair shop did not put frame around window and bubbles in pain which meant another week wait, I don't recommend

The worst experience ever. I have a 2016 that was severely damaged. They told me they'd stand behind their work with a lifetime guarantee. When I pick up the car I drive over an hour away home and realize the passenger door doesn't open. I also noticed dripping in the paint. I call them and they send a tow truck out immediately to pick it up. They return it a few days later with a fixed door handle but still dripping and rough spots in the paint. The tow truck driver tells me he would've never had his car repaired there and that the paint guy was hurt and they had someone not certified painting.They bring it back for the second time. The rough spots are gone but there's still dripping. I don't call them back as I need the vehicle and don't want to rent vehicles any longer. About a week later all lights on the dash turn on telling me to immediately shut off the vehicle. I get it to my dealer and they tell me there's no oil in it. They tell me the oil pan was damaged in the accident but the body shop didn't catch it. I spoke with the manager at Prince body shop. He initially questioned me like it was my fault but then agreed to pay for my local dealer to fix it.A week later after getting the car back there's a really pronounced popping noise coming from the front end. I take it to my local dealer. They find loose bolts. They tighten them down and contact the body shop themselves for repayment telling me that this was ridiculous and they apologize for someone else's mistakes.Another week later there's popping from the other side. I take it back to the same dealership. They tell me the entire subframe was loose. None of the bolts were tightened to spec. Prince Body shop refused to pay. My local dealership fixed it for free and adamantly apologized again.Now more than a month later it's back at my local dealership with popping coming from the front again.THIS HAS BEEN A TOTAL NIGHTMAREAVOID PRINCE BODYSHOP AT ALL COST

Fixed our car, they took it to a car wash too, but they forgot to plug the horn back in and a sensor for the hood.
