It was horrible! They got all my parts wrong I ordered an axle four times every one of them was wrong it got to the point where they told me to take my money somewhere else! They sent my drive shaft off and it came back without a balancer! It's sad! Every time they got something wrong they caught an attitude and was mad! I used to love them know I HATE them!!

It ridiculous when the price on the product your purchasing is shown on the shelf as one price an when you get to the counter they charge $2.00 more. I wont be in there again. They just lost my buisness. All the guy at the counter could say was it was in the wrong place. This place is a joke.

Wow! We needed a new battery for our Acura. The whole transaction from start to finish took only 5 minutes! I walked in, I was greeted with a smile from James. I told him what I wanted, seconds later he was back at the counter for check out! Fast, efficient and very friendly. Good bye AutoZone!

I went in for some plastic screws, Jordan assisted then volunteered to install to insure it was the right size didn't stop until it was the perfect fit. His customer service far exceeded our expectations he was great!!

They don't offer "public restrooms" so take your business to advanced auto parts or Napa or autozone. It ought to be illegal but thats tifton for you. Go shop in valdosta I have never been told "no public restrooms" in valdosta.

While traveling thru Georgia Car had a brake issue. Manager helped with parts needed, loaned the tools I needed to fix the problem and gave me a lift back to my hotel. Very good people to deal with.

Sales clerk was super nice to me and very helpful. As a female buying auto parts, sometimes that can be difficult to get. You get treated like an idiot. Prices were fair also.

Went in because Walmart broke the air pressure valve sensor. All of the staff was very friendly to work with. They found the part after everything had been reorganized and made sure that everyone was helped in a timely manner.

They always know how to provide quality service and match pricing. I recently purchased some rotors,brake pads and also brake calipers for my 04 Impalas front end and yst another solid purchase I must say. Keep up the great work O'Reilly's!

Just because you helped your dad. Change the oil in the lawnmower does not make you a mechanic.So quit telling people especially women. How too work on something. You only make the problem worse. Never give repair advice always always recommend a professional.

Oh my gosh!!!! When I tell y all Hayden was sooo helpful and friendly. He did everything in his power to help use get back on the road to Alabama. He went above and beyond to help 3 women and a child that had no clue of what s going on get back tolling feeling safer!! Soo thank you HAYDEN for all your help

This day I was 50 miles from my home when i was pulled over because of a tail light being out. I had no money at all and eas driving on fumes . I stopped, prayed, and walked up yo The counter, told the man there my situation. Between him and 3 other employees, and a customer needing a tsil light harness installed, i had my part , i installed it, was handed $20 from the customer i installed the harness for, i was a different man . The grace and kindnesses abd generosity of O'Riley's staff and the most Awesome customers...i was a believer in gods grace ty .very very much.
