Brought a truck to service department to just get it checked to see if there was anything wrong with it left it for 2 hour the day before they never touched it when I got back they had an hour before leaving said they could do it really quick I told them I would come back the next day if that would be better. Made an appointment for 1 got there on time and the supposed hour look over has now turned into an almost 4 hour ordeal. From 1- close I sat there.

Fantastic service department! We were traveling on I75 and got a nail in my tire. We happened upon this dealership and decided to ask them who they recommended we use to fix it. Instead of recommending someone for us, they just fixed in 35 mins. We couldn't have been more satisfied.

Bought a car in 2006 brand new. Car was out of line. I took it back griffin Ford tech said oh it's fine. After I burned up the new front tires I took it back again. They tried to sell me new tires and said it's ok. Took expedition to tire alignment shop both front tires were way out of alignment.

We really enjoyed the experience of visiting with the dealership to make this purchase. The building was very clean, offered all amenities needed and with this hot weather, a cool place to make a deal!!! We enjoyed working with the people that work there. Very nice and knowledgeable people. They made us feel welcomed! Mr Shaw was particularly nice, knowledgeable and helpful!

I didn t buy my Lincoln locally and was worried about finding somewhere close by to service it. I lucked out finding Griffin Ford-Lincoln!! A Wonderful experience from start to finish!! Happy to now call it my service department home !

Yesterday I bought my first car from Griffin Ford. I ve always wanted a mustang but they didn t have one on their Lot because they had already sold it. I requested a specific color and they had none but they searched and searched for one and tried their hardest to get me the car I wanted not only that but I could tell they genuinely wanted to help me, which is something that you don t find in many dealers or in people at all but the entire Griffin Ford is great and everyone was so kind, I felt welcomed the moment I walked through the door but a very special shout out to Harvey Shaw one of the best people ever. He made sure I understood things and I can t say enough how much I appreciate him..and Thankyou to Cody too you both were great. Everything went so easy and smooth. if you are thinking of coming here to find a car or for whatever other reasons. Do it!

The entire team at Griffin Ford were amazing!!! Emily was fantastic with sales. She drove to Valdosta just to pickup the car we wanted and brought it back to Tifton. The Sales & Finance Manager were amazing to deal with!! Loving my new car.

My daughter goes to college in the area. She needed her oil changed so I chose a dealership rather than a random mechanic and made the appt. When my daughter drove into the dealership there was absolutely nothing wrong with her car she just needed an oil change. Pulling out of the dealership after the oil change the check engine light came on, seriously!? She immediately drove back in and they said she needs over a 600 repair!!!? Sorry but the car will not be repaired there, and we will never be back for another service.

My experience here was nothing short of amazing. From the sales manager to the one who detailed the car, everything was so simple and easy. I had an amazing Salesman named Josh Moore. He was patient, kind, and helped me understand everything going on. If you need a vehicle go to him. You won t be disappointed. I definitely will be telling everyone who needs a vehicle about them. This was by far the best car buying experience I ve ever had!

The process was smooth quick and simple. The team at Griffin was patient and understanding with all of my questions as well knowing that I was searching around. They never pushed me or rushed me to make a decision and will be the first place I return to when purchasing my next vehicle. Note that they also loaned me a Birthday bow being that this was for my Daughters 16th Birthday. Made it so special. Thanks Griffin Team and especially Shane Lee for being the best at what you do!!!

This was the best and smoothest car purchase I have ever made! From the initial communication with Mitchell to the test drive & purchase with Ginny snd Logan! Ginny was so knowledgeable on the vehicle and they were so patient with all of my questions! We came to see this as the first of several cars that we wanted to compare we left with my new ride! Great experience! Worth the drive to see these folks!!

My daughter bought a 2019 Ford Explorer from this dealership and has had nothing but issues with the vehicle. She took it to service department to get transmission worked on and now they are saying they have no record of transmission ever getting worked on. Transmission has completely quit. They so not stand behind their warranty and services. After buying 3 vehicles from this dealership, this will definitely be the last one we buy from them.

I had an appt to have my car serviced. When I arrived I ask the service rep to check out a noise to see if it was normal. He quickly let me know since I was an 11:00 appt thst was not possible b/c they had lunch at 12. I only wanted to know if it was normal or needed further attention. The service was completed in 45 min. Si technically he could have checked the noise.He told me I would receive a rain check for the car wash.Very disappointed in service I live an hour away.. this employee was on a schedule not interested in my needs or my car just pushing the appt through.When I made the appt, they could have advised me if the time crunch, and I could have scheduled a different time.

Fair, friendly and easy to do business with. No unnecessary fees either. Buying a car is a stressful event but despite the normal stress, I had a great experience and feel very good about my purchase. They were very responsive to any inquiries and requests. I had put in inquiries at other dealerships but had not heard back. Griffin Ford immediately responded and that made an impression on me.

I took my car in for a factory warranty repair, and they made it so easy. While I didn t catch his name, the rep at the parts counter answered my abundance of questions about times and costs without a hint of frustration. The best part about my whole experience was they ordered the part and worked it in same day so I could get back on the road. My local dealership in Albany couldn t get me for over a month and a half.. it was well worth the hour drive and I will surely be going back.

Takes about a week and a half to get in for diagnosis, but I was very satisfied with all the interactions I had. The service manager, Mike, was very nice, answered all my questions, and shared the appropriate concern for mine. He was busy, but you feel like you have his complete attention when he is interacting with you. One of the best things, tho, is that I was allowed to talk to the man who serviced my vehicle, since it is an older vehicle and had a repair that I was unfamiliar with, and some issues that need further repair. I wasn't left wondering where I stood. I know you guys are very busy, but, if I hadn't been allowed to talk to the mechanic, I would have gone away very dissatisfied. I will be coming back. Thanks! I went to Griffin Dodge on a Saturday, 7/24/2021 to buy a vehicle and my Salesman was Oscar. He helped me find a truck at their Sylvester location. I drove the truck back from Sylvester to Tifton, I told Oscar I would buy the truck if they would commit to fixing the gear selector and a piece of loose leather under the drivers seat. No problem he said. Bought the truck, 30 days later I called dealership to see when they were going to address the issues. Oscar had me come in, I brought in the paperwork they needed, he took me to the Service Dept., they looked at the truck, she told me they would order parts and get in touch with me. 30 days later I call to see if the parts are in, and am now being told they're not sure who is going to pay for the repairs. I've called everyday for a week, talked to Amanda, Michael, Zack and Hunt. No one will return phone calls, no one can say how this is going to be resolved. They were happy to sale the truck, but they now won't stand behind their promise to fix the issues that were a precondition of buying the truck. My 3 previous vehicles were from Prince Chevrolet and now I'm regretting not going back there. If you can't trust a dealership at their word, they are not worth using. I'm still waiting to hear back from someone. 9/17/21, still haven't heard back from anyone. Tried to leave a message for Danny Griffin but no luck. 9/20/21 and still no contact from the dealership. 9/21/21, just spoke with Hunt, without a copy of the paperwork they signed, they are going to try to fix it under warranty, otherwise, I'm out of luck. 10/1/21 still no contact from anyone at Griffin. Notice how they won't respond to this review! They won't respond to the BBB complaint either!!

Service Department, Awesome job. Came in this morning to get my truck checked out. Got it right in had me done in no time, very nice people. My daughter has been using them for her car, she talked me into go there. Glad I did, Thank you Griffin Ford Service Department.

Definitely not a typical dealership. I never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision. The entire staff has always been courteous and cordial every time I have been there, and Mr. Donnie Bentley is a pleasure to work with. He has reached out to me several times since my purchase to make sure that I am happy. They are very customer focused and a pleasure to do business with.

I was traveling & had an issue with my daughter s tire that had to be replaced. We were so far from home & our destination, so to say I was upset is an understatement. Thankfully Griffin Ford saved the day! I called the service department, explained my situation & even though it was the end of the day the guys were able to get me right in! They replaced the tires & I was back on the road, & had the peace of mind that we were safe again. I cannot recommend this place enough!!! 10 stars!Sincerely,A grateful mom

I have purchased several vehicles in the past. This was the fastest and easiest one yet. took about 30-45 minutes to complete paperwork and then out the door we went. Sales team was great to work with as well as finance manager. Fast and simple experience.

The service team was a life saver. My water pump gave out and I was 5 hours from home. They had a full schedule but worked me in to get me back on my the road. Repair was actually less than estimate. Great. Job and great people

We truly love our Ford Explorer. It has everything we wanted. We were treated so great! Ginny sold us our last car and now this vehicle. She is a very good salesperson. She follows up on everything. Shane was so very nice to us also. Griffin Ford in Tifton, Georgia is a great dealership. Thank you guys so much for being patient with us and making this an awesome experience.
