I was on my way home from Florida and had emergent car issues while still 4 hours away from home. I called everywhere and was told to come in right then and they would stay over in order to help me. I worked with Josh & Andrew, who were OUTSTANDING mechanics and overall people to me. My undercarriage shield had lost bolts and was scrapping the ground, which was another mechanics fault. Josh and Andrew fixed me up quickly and refused to let me tip them. They advised me they just wanted us home safe. The world needs more people like these two men! I am forever grateful for everything they did for me!!

Professional and courteous! They did a great job,m! They were quick and efficient! Haley was wonderful! She kept me informed and made good recommendations! It was great to see a woman! My anxiety level dropped! She made me feel very confident in the process!

My daughter, her friend, and their two young daughters were driving home and about 4 hours away. I thought I was going to have to go get them, and try to figure out what to do with her car as if was late afternoon on a Friday ! They came across this business and with the help of these fine men, who treated her as a friend and worked a little later and made sure they were all safe. As a dad, I am glad to know there are still good men like Josh and Andrew. Thanks Gentlemen !!

I stopped by for my first oil change this week, and I was actually blown away by the customer service here! They were so kind and friendly. I was extremely impressed. I was even more impressed when I had an issue unrelated to anything with my oil change, but they went above and beyond to help me. The assistant manager was so nice and helpful! I will definitely be back!

Purchased tire pressure sensors. Went to 5 locations, and not one business could program them. Was leaving the shop and saw Express Oil Change. I called, but no appointment was necessary. They got me in, programed the sensors, and was only $60.00 total.Outstanding!!

This place is wonderful! Hayley was wonderful James and Steven were so friendly, Freelon explained everything to me when they found an unexpected leak, as did Hayley. And it is full service as the manager, Josh, cleaned my windshield, etc as I got the oil changed. I went back in a few days for a quote on the leak they found and what it would take to fix it. They ALL helped once again. It is a one-stop shop with the best customer service I have had in a very long time from ANY establishment. I sat in the car and my oil change was done in close to 10-15 minutes. They checked all the lights and blinkers, etc, before leaving. I would definitely recommend!

I love this place! It was clean and the workers were so friendly and put me at ease. My husband usually changes my oil so I was nervous to take me kids and get it done but David was a great help and explained everything to me. Also James and Haley were so friendly and bright spirited. I was in and out in 20 minutes and got a synthetic oil change, air filter replacement, and rear light replacement. The waiting room was nice and clean with refrigerated water bottles and coffee. My 2 and 9 year old enjoyed watching the tv and everything was smooth and peaceful. I would highly recommend this place and will be going back next oil change!Thank you so much to everyone...especially David, James, and Haley!

James Brown is the technician who promptly greeted us as we drove up. We needed an oil change, tires checked, and fluids topped off. James and Haley took care of our vehicle. They are efficient, professional, courteous, and very friendly. I do not hesitate recommending Express Oil Change #3168 on Hwy. 82 in Tifton to anyone!

My daughter went for her first oil change. She asked for the standard oil change and was charged for the synthetic upgrade for an additional $36.00. If the way you do business is by taking advantage of young women, then we will no longer do business with you. VERY disappointed.

Express Oil Change is just that! Express! Oil changed in less than 10 minutes. Steven was thorough he did a full light check service, checked air filter. Very professional and pleasant.

I just wanted to say I was extremely happy with the service I got today. Express Oil is great and super fast for someone that s in a hurry like myself! I am from out of town but I pass through Tifton all the time. I stopped by and got some air in my tires today. Haley helped me out, she was so helpful and friendly. I will definitely be back soon and I will spread the word to my Tifton family and friends as well.
