Traveling in our rv, one of our tires separates. Stop at Eric s, best move we could make. The staff we dealt with was friendly and knowledgeable. All employees were hustling and attentive. Thank you south Florida guy!! Highly recommend Eric s.

Wonderful, fast service. We are traveling with kids and had a tire leak. Another shop told us there was nothing wrong, then another said they were too busy for us. Erick's found the leak and had us going in 10 minute. Not to mention the price was extremely reasonable.

This place is amazing, we were on 75 Traveling home from an event with our trailer Full of music equipment. We caught a flat Tire on our trailer leaving us stranded on the highway. I called this company, they searched for us on the highway, came and towed our trailer to their shop and replaced our tires in less than an hour!! Very kind people, with excellent service

This was my first visit to Eric's Tire Service. I was very impressed with how fast and professional they were. They did a great job on my tires. Great prices too. They really have great techs working there. Also, the lady in the office was very friendly and personable. I will recommend to all my family and friends.

Bought tires online at walmart but because they were not the size on the door they wouldnt mount or balance them so i called erics service was excellent they told me absoluteley great service all around

the women at the desk was very rude and made a comment about my low gas in an extremely condescending tone. the mechanics do good work but i wouldnt go back just because that very rude "lady"

We were traveling home to Florida when we had issues with our tires and even though they were close to closing, they did not turn us away and serviced our vehicle quickly. They were so kind and helpful! Thanks to them we made it to our home town. Thank you again!

Late afternoon on a Friday traveling I-75 south idle pulley falls of my RV. After stopping at car dealership b/c coach was over heat the sells department at Prince Toyota was so nice trying to get me help. After many felled attempts I was advised to call Eric tire shop, a wrecker could not make it for four hours but Tom told me if you can get it to me I can help. I drove it maybe a mile down road with no power on brakes, steering, water pump. I finally made it to the shop where I was waved into a particular shop at the shop and that's where the magic began. They began looking up and under the coach in the heat of the day, one guy rolled under the coach while an older gentleman asked, "why didn't you have him pull further so you won't be in the sun," he replied, "I'm not worried about the sun I want to get him back on the road," I will never forget those words or those efforts. Although we couldn't get the part until Monday, Eric tried and called me on Saturday and told me he's found the part and it will be delivered Monday morning, by the way there was a RV park less than a half mile away where my family and I stayed safe and comfortably. I was back at the shop 8:00am on Monday, they jumped right on it and I was on the road by 8:20. Words cannot express my appreciation to all the guys God had in this little corner of the vineyard to get me home safe. Thanks again Guys.

Went for rotate and balance guy was smoking cigarette when taking tires off 2 of lug nuts was broke off and tires weren t rotated cause same 2 dirty tires was on front

There for a rotate and balance, after I left my rear tire fell off because they didn't tighten the lug nuts. I slide sideways through a very busy intersection. It ruined my wheel, brake rotor, and no telling what else. They replaced my rotor with the cheapest they could buy (I had ceramic rotors). They said they would do this and that and of course they did the very minimum. I didn't know the when was ruined until I had to go to another tire shop.

While driving my van back to Appleton WI. From Florida. My passenger side front tire seamed low on air. I pulled off the highway into Eric's.tire. they checked all 4 tires and added some air and I was on the road again. Thank you

Don t let the sketchy little shop fool you, this place is top notch! We showed up with a van on our car Dolly & needed new tires put on. In less than 30 minutes we had new tires and spent much less than we had counted on. Affordable. Friendly. Fast. We were traveling through the area otherwise we would use them for all future tire needs!

I was just here today they aired up my tires. They do those things for me when I go there never act rude about it either. They good friendly guys.I only have good comments to say about Eric Tire Service.

Mike and team were great. I had a blown tire half a mile up the road on my trailer. I stopped in and they helped me very quickly. Everyone there was very polite and professional. Price was fair especially knowing I would have paid almost anything because I was in the jam .... Yet they did not praise gouge. Thank you team at Eric's tire!!!

They are absolutely awesome. Yesterday got a flat tire on my way to work it so happen right by their exit not only did they look at my flat I got 4 new tires pretty cheap especially with me going to Florida the next day now I feel comfortable for my travel. While they were waiting on my tires to be ordered and fix that day the owner took me all the way to work to Fitzgerald that's service. Thank you so much one happy customer.

These guys are great! Friendly, Quick, Excellent Service! We were blessed to randomly call these guys as we were traveling down the highway as we realized our tire was going bad. We got all 4 tires replaced and sent on our way, without having to wait for hours for a reasonable price. Thanks!

Fantastic service! Pull up and they come out to greet you! Fast and quality work. Highly recommend.Update since leaving the original review I have to add that this place is the best tire/mechanic shop I've ever used when it comes to taking care of customers! They'll do whatever it takes to get it done!

We were driving at night on the interstate when there was chunks of tire laying in the road on the freeway it flew up and hit three of the cars I happen to be one of them, it went up under my vehicle and my vehicle started making a loud noise, I drove my vehicle to: Eric sTire Service he was able to crawl underneath the car and remove what was making the loud noise so I could continue my long journey back to the Pacific Northwest safely, thank you Eric!!! I would highly recommend taking your vehicle to this service center.!

If I could add more stars I would. We were on our way down for vacation and ended up with a low tire pressure sensor. Turns out it was going flat... FAST. We tried to fix it ourselves, but to not avail. It took us 10 minutes to get there and 20 minutes later we were back on the road with a brand new tire. I can't say that they can perform that fast for anyone else, but they took a lot of stress off us. Kudos Eric's tire service.

Pulled in with our RV hoping for a quick repair on our rear dually valve stem. They had the tire off within 5 mins, repaired the valve stem and we were back on the road inside of 30 minutes, start to finish! Incredible! All for less than a $20 bill. Thanks guys! 5 star service

AMAZING service and SUPER friendly!!!!They were able to fit us in last minute for a patch on a tire and they handled it quickly at that!We would make them our only shop if we weren t already on the way back home to Colorado!

Excellent service, really helped me out blew two tires on Sunday evening on 75 on my toy hauler and Eric came out immediately took all the tires off went to his shop put all new ones on and came back put them on. I can't say enough of what a great guy he was and how quick he had me back on the road. What a blessing that I just happened to call him otherwise I would have been on the side of the road till the next morning. I would highly recommend Eric you will find know company that is better.

We were driving to KY from FL. Our car felt like we had a flat, but we didn t from what we could see. Amazing service! He s got the eyes of a hawk. Spotted our belt blown tire from across the parking lot in the dark. Showed us, explained why it happened, got it changed out and got us back on the road in a little less than an hour. Also came after hours to the rescue. Reasonable price! Nice guy, definitely recommend.

We are so grateful for Eric! We had a blowout on our boat trailer on the way to Florida. It was 11pm and we were stranded. Eric got out of bed and arrived within a half hour. He was so pleasant. He took our tire back to the shop, put a new one on, brought it back, and let us follow him back to the shop for 4 new tires and a spare. His emergency service fee was very reasonable. I can't say enough about how much we appreciate his service!

Fast. Friendly. Professional. I can't say enough. They replaced 2 tires on a rental i had. Let me know of any other issues. Hundreds of miles away from home you want to trust who is doing any repair. And they are also the most handsome eye candy, smart. Just really nice well bred young men. Highly recommend them.
