On our way home today, we experienced a bearing failure on our boat trailer. After being flagged down, we pulled off the I75. The first place we saw said that they couldn't help us but suggested we give Eric's Tire and Alignment a try. We limped across town and found their shop.They sent someone out and got started. They cleaned up the damaged spindle and installed the new bearings, races, and seals. Got us back on the road as soon as they could.It was great to find a place that would stop and help you get back on the road when they already had a full day planned out.The folks in Tifton GA have a really great shop to help keep their vehicles on the road. Stop by and give them a try. I understand that they have 4 locations in the south GA area.

I called about getting tire pressure sensors (TPS) programmed. Arrived and told what I needed, and the guy jumped on the service on it. Attempted to program the TPS, and the rear ones would not read. So it was an unsuccessful attempt. Ask about cost and no charge. Great customer service.

They are the best as a truck driver going to a shop that actually cares about their job and actually giving you a fair price is very rare but they go out of a way to help you and accommodate whatever you need done

Experienced car trouble on a vacation trip. Called Eric s Tire and they took us in right away. They weren t able to fix it in the same day because a few parts were needed but we were on our way by lunchtime the next day. Thank you Tom for helping us get back on the road.

Went to Eric's to get an alignment. They wouldn't align and said front end was bad. Quoted me $1300 to fix. Left and visited Valdosta alignment and they provided me with a perfect alignment not 2 hours later.

I was in need of having 4 tire pressure monitors programmed to my car's computer. I called their shop on Rebel Road and the manager, Tom, was super nice! He said bring the car in today. His employee Michael got the job done in just a few minutes. Dealerships want as much as $150 to $200 PER TIRE to do the same thing Eric's Tire Shop did for $30 for all four tires! I hope the folks of Tifton will give them a try because they definitely are very honest! I will be needing 2 new tires soon and guess where I'm going***to see Tom!

Headed to Nebraska from South Florida, car started vibrating bad. Saw their billboard, pulled in, got a new tire and was on the road in less than 45 mins. Exceptional service and fair price.They even let us bring the dog into the office because it was 97� outside.Service: Tires

Amazing and friendly service! Great people working here! They will take such great care of you and your car. We had a small collision on the interstate and pulled off the road to ensure everything was alright. They immediately checked our car out, and let us wait inside their shop, which was so kind! If you re looking for good, quick service, this is the place for you!

My friend and I were traveling the highway.and broke down.The vehicle we were driving was hard towork on and find parts for.Bill and the guys were amazing!They were kind, got parts ordered,delivered, and us back on the road within afew, short hours..You guys were awesome!Thanks Aqain!

I lost the power pump to my brakes in my 2003 Ford diesel van on I 75, headed down to Florida for Christmas. Mr. Tom was wonderful and the only place in town that would provide us same-day service. I had called nine other places, including the Ford and Chevy service centers, and he was my 10th call. Hooray for Mr. Tom! He found the parts and got us back on the road in only three hours!

Had tires blow out on a road trip.Eric's came to the rescue.They came out to where I was broke down took my wheels and tires back. And returned with new tires then installed them on the side of the highway.Great service! Lucky to have them nearby!

After getting mistreated by a few car repair shops in this town, Eric s treated us right. Transparent, upfront, and good work. Mind you, if you re waiting for parts, you will need to be patient because of where Tifton is. We got home in one piece and safely thanks to them! Thank you!

A rock kicked up on the highway - car making a terrible noise - pulled off to their tire shop - they directed me to their maintenance shop (just one mile away) - they put me on the rack immediately - were able to get rid of what was making the noise in 5 minutes - no charge and back on the road - AMAZING SERVICE AND PEOPLE!!!

Had an air-conditioning problem. Two shops in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, tried to rip me off. Brought it to Eric's for another opinion. Fixed it in one day for a fraction of the price. I originally took my car here to have a oil change an a tune up done.. ended up with a damaged lower/upper intake damaged bolts, had to get a new gasket.. they had my car for about two months(an yet still didn t get it fixed) had it towed to a different shop an took Eric s the bill they are refusing to pay for the damages..(the mechanic that worked on my car was terminated (according to another employee because not only did my vehicle get returned with damages other vehicles as well)..

I called to see about getting someone to come to my motorhome and change a tire. They told me their other office had mobile service trucks and to call them so I did when I asked the woman if they would service my tire she said no and hung up
