On 3/23/24 at about 6pm heading back to Indy from Orlando, my Dodge went bonkers on I75. Was able to limp it to this store and asked the guy behind the counter to check the codes for the flashing check engine. He quickly was able to diagnose the malfunction and not only was able to quickly sell me the right parts, but loaned me every tool I needed to quickly get back upon the road. What I was certain would cost me a layover in town and hundreds of dollars to repair cost me only about 60 bucks and I was up and running in no time. These guys were perfect examples of what customer service should look like everywhere!!!!

Today, 03/23/2024 the 2 gentlemen working were great! Very friendly and helpful! We broke down on the way home from vacation, and they helped us in every way they could! I wish I could give them 10 stars!!!! We are now back on the road!!!

Came to ask for help with looking at a code and young man could not leave the desk because he was the only person up front. Call someone up to help. Duh! Nope didn t want to help or move from that position . It s 9:45am. Who only has 1 person there at that time? WTH

Wonderful customer service. Employees were helpful, respectful, and knowledgeable. They offer military discounts. You can go to their websites to find and purchase items online and then go to the store to pick up your purchased products. The pick-up process is easy-to-use and fast. You can opt to receive text updates in order to learn if the item(s) you purchased online are ready for pick-up. This store also provides many items "wanted" but is not needed that will upgrade the beauty and performance of your vehicles.

My alternator went out on my way from Florida to Hiawassee, GA, and they had the part in stock and the tools needed to get the job done in the parking lot. Staff was amazing and went above and beyond to help me on my travels... thanks guys!

Went to pickup a part I had ordered 2 days ago. I got there at 8:04 on 10-23 as two guys were locking the door. To top it off, one even had a attitude as if I offended him by walking to the door. Good thing O rileys is right beside them.

My car battery was refusing to hold a charge. So we went to AutoZone to buy a new one.Unfortunately, they only had only 1 battery that would work for our car and it definitely was not one of the cheaper batteries.That being said, the service was absolutely wonderful. The salesperson was not only helpful, friendly and cheerful. He also didn't give up when he had trouble removing my old battery.In the end, the old battery was removed, the new one was put in. My issue was solved and I drove alway satisfied.

Wonderful employees. These folks truly know the meaning of customer service. They were so nice to replace my turn signal bulb. They gave me the same great service for a $9 purchase as they would have given if I had spent hundreds. I will definitely be back.

Had what we needed. Associates were fairly friendly and helpful. Normally do not shop here from bad experiences in the past with bad parts but this was a packaged part so it didn't matter where it came from. Was pleasantly surprised as to improvement in sales associates from my last visit.

I give them 3 stars because, the service is slow about getting you in out. They seem not to care whether buy from them or not. Maybe if they had more employees that would help or better time management skills would help.

Amazing! 3 Ladies traveling, needing assistance with a issue on the vehicle. First stop Auto Zone, and the last stop, our problem was taken care of immediately. We were back on the road in no time! Thanks again!

Several times in the past 3 months I have been here or brought a family member here. The employees do not know half of what you are asking them to find. If you don't know okay just say it and we will take our business elsewhere. Last night my husband after working 7 days stopped in after dark to get an Idler Pulley for his pick up truck got home in Ocilla and he spent until 10:30 last night, after getting old part off and come to find out the pulley he was given was too small. I'm sorry if they don't know parts they should not be working.

Nice lady in store ( the sweet friendly black lady ) and boy that put me wipers on I tipped him 5 bucks i had in cash , that all I had on me , great friendly service

I give it a four star because it's opened early and the staff was trying to help me but still have to have some research done on trying to find the right lug nuts for myself so do your own research before you go to a parts store make sure experience faster and easier

My RV broke down on I75, called a mobile mechanic who diagnosed the problem. Called Auto Zone 5 minuted before closing on a Saturday night and the manager went above and beyond so we could get our part. Thanks to them we were able to get out RV fixed.

Was given the wrong brake calipers and had to drive 15 miles back to the store.. Partly my fault for not checking the boxes.. They wrote the right numbers but pulled the wrong parts..

Great people. We limped into AutoZone to see if they could help us and they did. It is difficult when you know nothing about vehicles. They said the radiator was bone dry. They put in 2 gallons on antifreeze and told me to fill up the radiator with water. Thanks to them, we are back on the interstate and headed home.

This place has TERRIBLE customer service. I came up to store at 8:00 on Sunday which is their posted opening time and the door was chained closed. I knocked on the door and the employees looked at me and ignored me. I called their phone and they saw me on calling them and would not pick up their phone even after I repeatedly called. I don t recommend this place for anyone. They 100% do not put their customers first. They need new management.
