Auto Battery and Electric took wonderful care of our needs. Fast and efficient work. A great Interstate Battery with a 5 yr warranty. Installed at no extra cost. I will never use another auto parts store for my battery needs. Thank you for a job well done!

I was from out of town miles away from home and was literally referred to them from the amazing tow company that towed my car to advance auto parts. The guys there were fantastic, knowledgeable, and it was a quick transaction. My starter went out on my vehicle and they were my life saving shop with an amazing price compared to advance auto parts!!!! Awesome people and awesome part I will definitely recommend them!!! 10 stars

Auto battery & electric was recommended to me by my coworkers. My item for repair was an alternator and I had my repaired alternator back in 24 hours. If I didn't know I would have thought that it was switched as it looked brand new. The price was much less than I thought possible for the level of service. We were stranded and I'm disabled. Everyone in Tifton just ignored us like we didn't matter or weren't there with our hood up. We called 3 or 4 different places asking for a jump. That's all we needed. You would not believe the prices same people were asking. Including a tow charge! This gentleman came out and helped us for an extremely reasonable charge. He was nice and polite. He even told us we needed a new battery. I was so pleased with his respect for us and the very good advice. Call. This. Company. First. I also tipped this gentleman for his service. When everyone else ignored us. We were in front of furniture store near Golden Corral. So much for. Southern Hospitality. I'm from the South.

Excellent customer service. Honest and dependable, which is so important for a single mom like me who knows absolutely NOTHING about cars except where the gas goes in. My car wouldnt start at lunch on a workday, and on my Dad's recommendation I called them. They came to my job, towed my car to their shop, and in less than an hour i was up and running again. The best part was that the problem was my battery, which my Dad had purchased from them only a few months prior to this. It turned out to be just a bad battery from the manufacturer. The fantastic part was that these great guys were honest enough to replace my battery at no charge (they could have totally taken advantage of me, as i had no idea when or where the battery was purchased) but instead replaced my battery absolutely free, brought my car back to me at work, all for a nominal $10 service call fee. These guys are incredible. After being ripped off so many times in this field simply for being a woman, it was so refreshing to meet the DEFINITION of honesty in this type of work. I could not give them a higher recommendation!

These people were by far the kindest , caring people we had the pleasure of meeting. Their prices were reasonable . We were expecting a large bill for the repair of our alternator but ended up paying only $150 . Not only were they reasonable , they were generous with food and beverage. Good , kind people. Made us feel at home.

They are trustworthy. They knew the problem was outside of their expertise and sent me to someone who could fix my Isuzu. It so happens, I know the place they suggested, Dave's Auto is very knowledgeable. I had them fix it. I am pleased.

I told them the issues with my vehicle (thought it was electrical) and they were ready to get to it. They towed my vehicle from my residence for a fair price. They figured out the issue within an hour or 2. It wasn't something that they repair, but they towed it to a shop of my choice. Highly recommended!

Got an alternator here 10 months later it went out so I brought it back and was TOLD BY THEM it was either a wiring issue or an ECM problem (not their alternator) . Expect when I had another shop in Moultrie GA (V&M Automotive), it turned out it was the alternator ( Had it double checked at Auto Zone and O Reillys) I brought in the print out from Autozone and they finally swapped out the alternator but I had the other shop install it. The car is back on the road running good. It d been nice if they stood behind their work but it led me to a good shop so all in all everything worked out.

Our starter went out while traveling and we were lucky enough to find these kind folks who took care of the issue under an hour and were reasonably priced at $150. Thank you Gloria for chatting us up while we waited and made us feel at home. AAA good job for towing is there.

This place is professional and helpful. I went in with an issue with my vehicle. They had me pull right in with no wait. They checked my battery and starter and gave me advice of what I needed that they didn't do there. They were very helpful and didn't charge me a dime.

This place is highly recommended. The gentleman that ownes it is super nice and explained anything you don't understand about what you have brought to him. And I took an alternator to him he took it apart right in front of me and showed me why it could not be rebuilt. He explained it so I could understand. But the also had one I could buy on the spot. Way cheaper that I could buy one anywhere else. THANK you Sir for you help.

Great place to have starters or alternaters rebuilt if not rebuildable the are reasonably priced for a new one

Lots of knowledge, great customer service, & these guys go the extra mile. Had a few alternators rebuilt & they always come back in near new condition with all aluminum parts refinished to a shine.

The only place we go. You can trust what they tell you. If they test a part and it is good, they will tell you that it is good and not try to sell you a not needed part

We were forced to get a hotel room on our way home as our battery light came on near Tifton @11pm. We found out it was the alternator and called Auto Battery & Electric and they put in a new one. I was in and out of there in around 45 minutes TOTAL and at a very reasonable price. The staff there was very friendly. If you find yourself in Tifton needing battery service, do yourself a favor and give them a call.

Bad service,they told me they didn't want to fix on my vehicle for some reason..guy hang up in my face,I will never bring my vehicle there again..they want to fix on whatever cars the feel comfortable with!
