I went in today for a standard fan change and when I got the bill, I was floored! April, the service advisor there (By the way, the sweetest person in the whole place) told me she would check to see if I qualified for a certain program Chrysler offers. Well, I was approved and the fan was changed under warranty! I am well pleased with their service and their customer relations! I would highly recommend visiting April if you need any work done regardless of make!

Very happy that I was pointed in the direction of Kenneth and Tommy. They made the process fast and easy and made sure I was comfortable with all the choices that were put in front of me. Very honest and knowledgeable about every question I had. Kenneth worked hard to get me financed with comfortable payments. I Highly recommend them! I m very excited about my new vehicle

Stay away! I took my truck in for service that was covered under warranty and the bill has gone from $1200 to $1400 to $4000 back to $1800 now it's at $2700 - and IT IS UNDER WARRANTY. The itemized bill says "Customer states.." SEVERAL things and the only thing I "stated" was, "the axle is broken." Thank goodness it is all on text messages! We are forced to file complaints with BBB, Georgia Bureau of Automotive Repair and forced to hire a lawyer. Stay away from this place! I am going to warn as many people as I can via social media and our local News Channel is working with us to expose this HIGHWAY ROBBERY. Please, heed my advice and stay away from these people!

Service part of the dealership is piss poor. Customer service is not great by any means. Management could be better. Doug was nice and helpful. But I will not be a returning customer. I ll just have to make the trip to Augusta or else where.

This dealership made my buying experience fun and easy. I've bought many trucks over the years, but with the laid back and friendly atmosphere at Thomson Motor Center, you can't help but to start reaching for your wallet. I didn't have to dig too deep in that old wallet because my salesman, Tommy Jackson made my deal sweet and easy, I didn't just get a new truck, I got a Recliner as well. Pulled up in an old rusty piece of truck and drove off in a nice diesel truck with a service truck custom bed already on it. Now I can keep my tools organized and not just thrown in the bed of my truck. If you want to got get rid of your old rusty truck and and drive around in style, go see Tommy Jackson in Thomson. He'll have you in and out with no haggling and the next thing you know,you're sitting in your living room watching the big game in the nice new leather Recliner that he sweetened the deal with. If you're looking for a good place to buy a new Truck, look no further my friend, I've found it.. Thomson Motor Center is right around the corner. And do yourself a favor when you get there,,,Ask for Tommy,,,"The Elvis Guy" I couldn't tell if he was joking or serious about those shoes. Either way, he was full of energy and sincere about really helping me.

We've been here twice and both times have been VERY disappointing to say the least. They say they "make buying easy", and they're able to get everyone in a vehicle. Our credit isn't perfect, but we've been working hard on straightening it out.The first time we were there a couple years ago, the salesman was an absolute jerk - very rude. This visit that same salesman tried to work with us and I told him I wouldn't work with him.This time second salesman was kind, however wouldn't call back as promised. I'd have to chase him down.The final straw was an absolute insult. We needed a truck. The vehicle that was shown to us was was a used 2002 truck that looked like it had been through the ringer. It was dented, rusted, and the interior was nasty and the seats ripped. There was NO WAY I would even get in it, much less my family.Needless to say, we'll NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!!! WE'LL DEFINITELY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

Fantastic Dealership! Much preferred over Milton Reuben. Not super crowded. Dealers treat you personal and not like you're just a number and sale. See Mac if you go!
