Excellent service. I was 3 hours from home on the Saturday afternoon of a holiday weekend and got a flat on the interstate. The staff took my car in right away, inspected the damage to see whether the tire could be repaired (which it couldn t because of a thumbnail sized hole gouged in it) and was able to offer 3 different tire options in my size with no pressure of choosing one over another. I was back on the road in no time. Thank you all, well done.

Absolutely fantastic service! I needed some difficult to find tires for a trailer and needed them today. The folks at mavis had my tires mounted and balanced quickly and at a great price. I had called several places to find that I needed to order the tires or make an appointment for the next day. Mavis got me in line as soon as I drove up and had me back on the road in less than an hour! Will definitely give them a call the next time I need service.

Nice and clean place didn t have my tires only reason for 3 stars no issues on makings a appointment online employee where friendly and polite then I got the price on the work they wanted $1900.I would recommend checking around on pricing they are as high as a dealer if not more employees did notice a issue I already knew about but it was not hard to missDealer was $375.00 less

Came in for tires a few weeks ago and dealt with Daniel at the front desk. He was very friendly, informative and helpful. He kept a smile on his face and very professional. He also sold me a new set of wipers because mine were wore out. Nice place with quick and reliable service. Highly recommend.

The guys at this store were absolutely amazing. We were in town on a college tour at Coastal Carolina when we had a flat tire. They were all very friendly and considerate of our time. Great prices and great service!!!

Went in for an oil change and had some things better explained to me by Dan, who is the district manager. I appreciate the dedication to explaining what is happening to their customers and the attention to making sure you get what you need at the best price. An amazing experience and I will definitely be back.

Everyone treated me kindly. They were knowledgeable and pleasant! I definitely will visit again and spas the word on the service I received. The waiting stress was inviting as well. Very clean and orderly.

I made an appointment to get my oil changed at 9:00 a.m. I was there at 8:45 a.m. literally everybody who came after me was getting their vehicle serviced after waiting an hour and a half and my vehicle was still sitting in the parking lot I decided to leave. It is ridiculous that oil changes with appointments don't come on top priority because it should only take 15 to 20 minutes not over an hour and a half plus. Normally they're really good that's where I get my tires done but after today I won't go there anymore.

Recently had a front end alignment from Mavis. I must say that the workmanship and customer service is top notch! The pricing was much lower than I was quoted by their competitors. The have a repeat customer from my family for life!

I arrived shortly after 9am on Tuesday, 7/25/2023 after speaking with Daniel the day before. They were quite busy but I have a lot of patience. Daniel was friendly and helpful. The mechanic had a heck of a time getting the hub assembly off and I felt bad for em with this summer Georgia heat. But all and all I would definitely return for service. Some things take a while when you have parts seized up. Great group of guys and gals.

My wife took her car there for an alignment after we purchased 4 brand new tires and tire rods. When she left it was immediately pulling to the right really fast. She took it back the next morning and reported it to them and was told that he forgot to put it back on the alignment machine. Once he did and test drove it, was still pulling to the right. The mechanic stated that it will just wear out the right rear tire faster but it ll be okay and there was nothing else he could do to fix the problem. We took it to another tire shop in Thomson Ga and had the car correctly aligned like it s supposed to be. She went back to Mavis and asked for her money back but they refused to refund the money after we took the car to another shop to get it fixed. Please do not visit this shop. Take your vehicle somewhere else because you may later on regret it.

I was recently having problems with my car and decided take Mavis Tire & Brake. They quickly diagnosed the problem I was having. As well took the time explaining the problems step by step. My car doesn t drive rough anymore. I will most definitely be back again.

Came in for an oil change and tire rotation. They refused to rotate my tires because they are worn. My front tires were a bit more worn down than the back, which is why I wanted them rotated. I've seen used tires for sale at auto shops with less tread than mine. Tread depths were decent on the back, a little less on the front. I am a poor person, I have no shame in admitting that. I came here for the free tire rotation, and I wanted them rotated so I could get a few extra weeks out of them. While my car was on the lift, the sales associate came and asked me to follow her, where she led me into the work area and proceeded to tell me why they wouldnt rotate the tires. I guess I appreciate the effort? But I'm not a child and I'm not stupid, I'm just trying to make it thru a couple more paydays. That was pretty embarrassing. If its a matter of liability, I would have gladly signed a liability clause. The oil change was standard, nothing to write home about. Priced about the same as everywhere else, I paid $48 and some change after a $10 coupon. Not coming back here though.

Had a blowout today, still had five hours to get back home. Mavis got me in right away, and out super fast on short notice! Also, the really are the best price in town!

They took care of my issue in a timely manor. The staff was friendly and helpful. can't forget about how clean their bathroom was . also the waiting area was kid and family friendly lol and 1 more thing... their open on Sunday

This is a new facility and they are still working out some kinks. I left my son's car in for an alignment and after 3 hours I received a call say the technician that could do the alignment was off and would not be in to do the service. I returned the car the next day and had the alignment done.

I gave one star for not telling me how much the work was going to cost and doing it without my consent. I sent my son there to see how much the job was he got a estimate of 460.00 the next day it was 1289.00. They had my car I couldn't drive it home because they took off parts they say can't be put back on. I have never seen any shop in Thomson do this I was so upset I wanted to cry but I was lucky I pulled all my money together and God was good to me I got my car back .but never will go back. And I told all my coworkers about this.

Needed to get an alignment and a stud replaced for my daughters car. I went to Mavis and the staff there took care of it. The car drove a whole lot better, the price was very reasonable and service was excellent. Manager Rodney is very knowledgeable, courteous and kind. His team of Crystal, Lynn and Daniel are very friendly, personable and courteous as well. I m thankful for a tire center with great prices, good service and an amazing team.

I had my first in person interaction today. I called yesterday to see if I needed to set up an appointment and Daniel told me it would be best to do that. Well I tried to go online to set one up and the online scheduler wasn't working so I called back and he put me on for 10 a.m the next day (Sunday).Anyways the two stars of the show are Daniel/ Carlton who was working on my vehicle and the lady at the front desk which I regret not getting her name(I go back on Tuesday and will find out for sure) . This was Sunday 8/27/23. These wonderful people broke everything down to me, told me what needed to be done, even showed me comparisons of something I was concerned about and answered my questions( the lady at the front desk took her time to do that), they also told me what could be put off (because I was literally freaking out about the cost total lol). The mechanic(Carlton) also took the time to speak to my fiance and tell him what was wrong And believe me I will be back for the rest based on what happened today!! They were so nice, courteous, polite, sociable! Keep doing what your doing at this place because I will always come back for service like this. (Give this lady and gentleman a raise lol) It's rare you get service like this anymore and they deserve some recognition. Keep doing what y'all are doing!
