Joe and his team are top notch! Best customer service and most honest repair shop I ve ever been too. Prices are beyond fair and Joe goes above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied! Wouldn t take my vehicles anywhere else!

Easy to find location, The front office crew is very nice and friendly. Went to have alignment done on my truck. Was told that the ball joints needed replaced before alignment could be done and was quoted a price of 2900. Being a formal certified Ford mechanic I knew this was a crazy price. I purchased the parts for 118.00 and had installed and alignment done for 450.00. All I can say is beware of over priced mechanics charging more than average costs.

The Staff at Jim Whitehead's was AMAZING! We were on our way to South Carolina from Alabama on Highway 20, and got a flat tire. We quickly changed the tire to the undersized spare. As soon as we got on the road, we searched for tire centers that were East of us, so as to not back track. being that it was 4:40 we called one that closed at 6. They wouldn't answer their phone multiple times. They also had really bad reviews, so no loss there. I then called Jim Whitehead's and let the lady on the phone know our situation and that we would be arriving pretty close to 5, if not a couple minutes after. The lovely lady who answered the phone said if we could get there by 5 they would be happy to help. As we got closer, I realized that we would be 1 or 2 minutes after 5. I called again, and she said we could arrive before 5:05. We pulled in the parking lot at 5:01. The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient. We pulled back out of there at 5:13 with a new tire! They even checked the fill level of the spare should we have any other tire issues. Great customer service and professionalism. I highly recommend this wonderful establishment and even more wonderful people..

These guys did in 45 minutes what three walmarts over a span of two weeks couldn't do, balance my tires! Professional service and a friendly family type environment. They've gained a new lifetime customer.

Very professional, great, friendly service, prices affordable. Pee Wee has ALWAYS done a great job. Joe, the store manager, has always been nice and always eager to help. This place is top notch for our small town of Thomson.

My dad had three tire tubes replaced here for a harrow and a lawn mower today. He just wanted to say thanks to the people that work here. They had to order the tubes and everything was done and ready to go by 3. They give very fast service and the prices were reasonable too. Thanks for taking care of my dad.

My truck notified me of low tire pressure R. Front tire. Air was put in it so I could get tire fixed. Great customer service

My boss is spends hundreds of thousands of dollars with these people and they couldn't find time to change and were repair a tire unless we waited a few hours

Tough to beat Marvin's prices @ the former "Thomson Tire". I am glad that Dave & PeeWee stuck around to steer the ship. Their ability is the only reason I do business here.

Big Thanks to Pee Wee at Jim Whitehead Tire in Thomson. He fixed my tractor tire in a couple of hours after I spent all day yesterday working on it. Pee Wee is the best!
