I wanted to take the time to recognize Justin in AutoCare Center, Thomasville, GA. He provided me with EXCELLENT customer service today. He took the time to explain the best brands of tires to purchase for my vehicle. Also, he provided tread information, so I would select the appropriate tires based on my vehicle. Walmart in Thomasville has the worst customer service especially in sporting goods. I will not go back if at all possible

On the fence. The tires were the best price I could find anywhere for a name brand tire. I scheduled an appointment to have them installed but was put in line with all the walk-ups. Why schedule appointments?? I was there for 2 hours. I've had my tires changed at local shops in 15 mins. Next time I will order the tires from wm but take them elsewhere for installation.

Bad day whith this WalMart , auto service so slow so bad, the guy in electronics he talked with me with attitude, and I was looking around to push the balls and fruits and I found this.

First when I was giving my car details and choosing which oil change the lady only gave me the 2 most expensive option (which I didn't mind as long as my car got oil change) and then proceeded to tell me if I wanted 10w30 they would have to get it off shelf and it would be a little more expensive. Then I proceed to tell her that the cheap oil change has the option of 10w 30 so why wouldn't the expensive choice as well. She gave me some BS. Then after an hour I went and got my truck and everything looked good and I went home. Grabbing the receipt later I noticed it said they only put in 5 quarts when my truck requires 6. I've tried calling and line just hangs up. Called the store itself and the busy line comes on. I do not recommend them for an oil change at all.

They were very precise. Very informative, I needed a tire they gave me a reasonable priced tire. They did it quickly as well. So I definitely recommend them and I will be going back myself!

Went to automotives for my battery warranty. The people at the counter talked for 5 minutes, seeing I was there, and did not help me until they were done talking. Then after testing the car battery, I was not told my battery was still good and was going to take an hour to charge so I was waiting around with no response for 15 minutes until I had to ask why is it taking so long to check a charge on a battery. Very poor customer service and poor communication. Dont ever get a battery from here even with warranty, it isnt worth it. People working for minimum wage have way better customer service and communication than walmart.

Very friendly and knowledgable staff. Willie was very friendly, and helpful, and remembered me later in the afternoon. Bought new tires in the morning and ended up replacing the battery in the afternoon. There is not much information on the battery for a 91 Miata, but Willie looked at my old battery and told me before going back inside what new battery I needed.

I had absolutely great experience with getting tires here. Even the amount of time spent was great service. The technician that helped me was very kind and helpful. Will be returning for more purchases in the future just because of the customer service received here. The store was very orderly too.

Had a flat tire & came to Walmart The guy told me they couldn't save my tire and didn't take the time to properly look at it just said it can't be saved it looks like it had a spike in it...I took it to Mavis and the tire was fixed and saved...NEVER AGAIN!!

Ordered tires online, went to layaway to pay for pickup, shown my order number to associate, received my receipt, went to tire and lube, associate retrieved my tires, tires were mounted and balanced and installed. Professional service.

I want to Walmart Auto Care Center and get a fuel Injection Cleaning, and my Check Engine Light come on! I wonder why that happened??? Do everyone else knows???

They scheduled me at 7am. Tire guy came in around 9. No one had the right key to open the shop. And they acted like it was my fault. Last time I get tires put on here

Nice people but couldn't do my tires because their torque gun wasn't strong enough, or they said that because they didn't want to do it. Who knows they were friendly tho.

Always use the "originals" (they have been there back in the shop a long time) and they always take care of my vehicle and make sure it is safe on the road.

Was not satisfied with my service.I paid for the oil change that came with a vacuum and Windows clean and lube none was done. I told the attendantsJust told me he was too busy to do it

I called and they said they could put new tires on my truck so after rushing up there i waited for 30 minutes for them to tell me they couldnt do it until in the mornings they are extremely under staffed

I bought 4 new tires a year ago i was going to rotate my tires try to take off my lug nuts they have the lug nuts on so tight that I can't get them off they mess up 3 of my lug nuts the technician said that the lug nuts been on so long they swelled up somebody tell me how lug nuts swell up

Stayed 90 min and in that time they put in 2 tires between 3 people and then when they got to ours they said they didn t do what we needed done after we called and said they do!get what you pay for!
