Excellent service today from moment we drove in. At least 3 people worked on oil change for our Dodge truck. In and out quickly and efficiently and everyone friendly and courteous.

I paid $175 for my oil change and they didn't even check the air pressure in my tires. This place is too high for them to miss simply things like that. VERY EXPENSIVE

This business is so conveniently located and has excellent service, always. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and I never feel like I'm being taken for a ride of trying to be ripped off. They have never pushed for replacements on filters or misc. if I say I'd rather wait. The wait is minimal and reasonable even when they're busy and knowing I'll have all of my car's lights and tires checked gives me peace of mind when I take it in before/after a long road trip.I rarely write reviews but this business deserves positive feedback for the great service they provide.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Battery, Oil change

It s the only place we will go. We tried every other oil change place in Thomasville and literally the others don t come close. We ve even ended up having to have our car brought to a shop after getting an oil change from a different company. Valvoline is different because of their professional attitude and doing the job right. They make sure each step is done correctly. They ll even let you use offers and coupons if you ask and if they apply. We will keep using them for sure.

Every time I visit my local Valvoline, they are top notch. They offer additional services but never pressure me into them. Every employee I ve encountered has been polite, helpful, and not treated me like a woman in a man s place. I battled to write this or not but I am. In December I got my oil changed here because where I usually get it changed was closed for the holidays. I should have known this was a bad idea when they told me to crank my car back up when I could clearly see a filter still sitting on top of my car. The guys all laughed then put it in. Also while I was there a woman walked up complaining that their car was in the shop less than two days after having the oil changed. Second red flag. In March my car just stopped while I was driving down the road. It had been slowly leaking oil and we hadn t noticed and my car now has a blown engine that I ve been quoted up to $5000 to fix when I only bought the car for $3200. It s been extremely frustrating. Never taking any vehicle here again.

I was greeted by Tony. He made me laugh so hard that I nearly peed myself... Lol. The guy that ran the machine was helpful as well. He went over all the choices they offered me and explained my options and described the different kinda oil products they offered. Other guys were checking off my cars tires and fluids and they're routine was impressive. I was entertained by them. They finished up quickly and did a double check by testing the oil pressure for me. Told me to come back anytime before my next scheduled visit and they would Check my tires for me. (I was concerned about my tire pressure as I am not able to check my tires myself.) Yayy!!Yes I will return. Yes I will recommend that store. Service: Oil change

My experience here was very good. I had a oil change and other additions, which was done very quickly. The manager of the location that I went to, Blake, was incredibly friendly and professional. I will surely return for all my oil needs.

Needed full synthetic oil change and tire rotation, from the moment of pulling in the bay, I felt like the real Dale Earnhardt Jr, the team was prompt, accurate, and all over taking care of me like I owned the store! They had me in and out fast enough I didn t even catch their names. They were very clear with my options and pricing , by the way it was a true value$, and even the tire rotation experience was a satisfied job! 100% recommend.

My car would not start and we took the 1.5 year old battery back to only find out through our goggle search that they originally put the wrong size one in when they replaced it . We had to buy another new one that was the fight size . They gave us 15% off . So two new batteries in 1.5 years . Please beware . They lied and said on the receipt that the original one was as correct . Use caution .Service: Battery

Came and had Christian do an oil change on my rental car. He also did a radiator flush and fixed the battery on my personal vehicle. Excellent service. Very fast. Good for a quick oil change but be careful for much else... I dropped my car off this morning for an oil change and transmission service. When I went to pick up my car, I barely made it to the street before an engine light popped up and my car became almost immobile. I carry a code reader in my vehicle, but since I wasn't having problems before I dropped it off that morning, I wanted to give them the opportunity to be honest and make things right. Initially after reading the codes they told me I had a bad o2 sensor, which didn't seem likely to me considering the timing and having no prior issues before leaving it that morning. What actually happened was that in order to reach to change my transmission fluid, some things had to be removed/moved out of the way and in doing so, my car's computer got a bad reading from the sensors and caused it to go into limp mode. Amazing how quickly the problem was resolved by resetting the codes. I understand things happen and sometimes get overlooked. But honesty is very important to me, and this along with some other statements made about my vehicle really have me questioning if I will return. On top of all of that, I was told that I couldn't use the coupon mailed to me towards my service that day because I was already getting a Healthcare worker discount. Their card machine was done so I could not verify it at the time, but just received my invoice via email and see that no discount got applied. What was the point in mailing me a coupon then?Services: Transmission, Oil change

The whole crew was engaging and professional. We don't have anything like this in PA, so this was my first experience with a drive thru oil change. Calvin and Robert were amazing and thorough. Highly recommend this place to everyone!!!

Brake Service Labor + Excellent Service + New LeadershipI saved $400 by going to T&T and supplying my own parts.I brought my own rotor and pads after thorough research on the web.They installed it for me for labor costs only at $90 per axle, and I was outta there in less than 2 hours flat! BOOM!A few days prior, while trying out another oil/brake change place near Publix, I obtained a quote for front and back rotor/pad replacement. They blew me out of the water with a $800+ quote. I guess they gotta charge alot to keep that place clean because its one thing they have going for them....As an aside, while waiting in the lobby, I watched as the workers all interacted with the patrons with great care.I overhead a conversation between a worker and customer that the establishment was under new ownership. I watched the owner, he was cheerfully helping direct activity in the garage.And there was what seemed to be a manager, and he interacted with the patrons sitting in the lobby as well... even myself, he proactively checked on how much time the brakes would take and knew it was my car that was getting brake service without asking.With a new captain and co-captain, the place is running like a tight ship.Now, I might as well go blow $400 on something since I saved that much! :D

Awesome! I like to change my own oil but I moved into an apartment with no place for my tools. I started coming here and everytime I do the guys working are always in a great mood, fast and efficient. They check all my lights and fluids as well. I'm in and on my way in less than 15 mins. The best part is I don't have to get out of the car Highly recommended to everyone!

I brought my 2009 Z06 to them to change the oil. Tried to put it on a rack and got it bottomed out with damage. I went through corporate and was contacted by the manager and nothing done. This was in December before Christmas. Never again. Disrespectful manager at time of incident.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Ladies please be warned!!!! I have just left this establishment. I visited today for a simple oil change. Told me that previous establishments stripped my oil pan bolt. At first they couldn't get it off but after using a tool with Razor Blades in it they were successful.Only charge had to charge me a few dollars more for a new bolt. Ladies there is no such tool. I requested the bolt. Was very minor damage.. If I didn't work as a Welder/ Fabricator I would have thanked them graciously because they were very kind. I wouldn't have known. I will not be back. Please be careful.

I've gotten my oil changed her in the past with no problems. But my recent interaction was the most awful experience ever. My son's vehicle broke down at this location b/c of radiator issues. The men there said they could order a new radiator and have the problem fixed in a day. That day turned into a week with the shop personnel saying it was being worked on and then turning back around saying they hadn't started yet. I was patient b/c I just wanted it fixed. The next Monday my son got a call saying it was ready. As soon as we get there we're told the grill was broken and was replaced, the radiator that the company I purchased the vehicle from had put the wrong size radiator in it, and my tires were bad which I already knew but wasn't asking for that to be fixed. After paying, I was then told my hood wasn't going to open now b/c the lash was broken when they put the new radiator in and that I should take it to Ponders and bill them for the cost. Well when I got the vehicle the hood lash was broken, the grill wasn't screwed in properly b/c of missing screws, and wires were hanging down in the front of the vehicle. I called Ponders and told them what was wrong and told them to bill the company as I was told to do. Well, the same guy that told me this said he never said any of that( even said he was out that day until I told him he was the one that told me this then he agreed he was there) and that I would have to pay to get my hood opened again. I said it was their fault b/c it opened before they worked on it, and was then told someone would review footage and call me to resolve the matter. Never received a call and I can't see if they put in a new radiator like they said or just patched up the old one or anything b/c I can no longer open my hood which isn't safe. I now have to take other measures which is frustrating. I wouldn't recommend getting anything done here unless it's a quick oil change and I'm not sure about that anymore.

Changed my oil, said it was going to be $60 then tried to charge me $82. Their customer service is beyond terrible, they like to call people names like they are 6 years old, they charged my credit card twice fraudulently for $1662.22. I will never go back. You better get the price in writing before they drain the oil because they may change it like they did for me! Buyer beware! They seem to be real "professionals ". Buyer Beware!
