I cannot say enough good things about my buying experience at Thomasville Toyota! Upon arrival, we were introduced to our salesman, Richard Pena and he was amazing! We told him exactly what we were looking for and he delivered. It was so refreshing to deal with someone who, not only cares about the product they are selling but, cares about the person they are selling it to!My car arrived earlier than expected and all communication has been prompt & thorough. Even after my completed transaction, Richard has continued to reach out and provide me with personalized service. He and his team take customer service to the next level and I will absolutely continue to make the drive from Tallahassee to have the pleasure of working with them!

Thomasville Toyota provided an experience that was night and day better compared to other Toyota dealerships in the region. While others seem to want to squeeze every drop out of a sale and discard the wrung-out buyer, the team at Thomasville Toyota work to build customer relationships for the long term. I'll happily return as a repeat customer here, and send friends and family here for a good experience as well.

Thomasville Toyota are extremely friendly & are there for your concerns. I love the people in Thomasville. I think it's awesome that they come out to see what's your interest. I lived in Iowa and not just once but 3 times I went in to Toyota and not one person come to see if I was interested. So I had moved back to Iowa from AL, so I drove back to AL to buy a car because that's were I purchased a car before going to Iowa. Thanks to all of Toyota across all States that take time for you.

My husband and I had the intention of going to test drive some vehicles at this place. When we pulled up, all the car salesman were outside which was incredibly annoying. So, I didn t park up front but in front of one of the cars we were considering. One of them was had gotten to us almost before we got out of the car. My husband calmly explained that we were here to test drive and we were just looking and the salesman asked him, What s the holdup on purchasing? I was livid. That s none of your business! Finally, I interrupted and said you know what, can we just have some time to look? We will come and get you if we have any questions. It turned both of us off so badly, we left. Not interested in being pressured because you are salivating to sell a car. There are other places that are better, patient and will work with you. The best thing to do here is go after hours and look yourself. Atleast then you can have the time and privacy you need to make a decision. The 1 star is for their service and their inventory. Do better Thomasville Toyota.

Thomasville Toyota has a great staff! Everyone was warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Will and Shedrick spent hours helping us find the right car for us. They really seemed to care about helping us find the perfect car and they did! We are already recommending Tallahassee friends drive to Thomasville when they are looking for a new Toyota.

This may be a long post, but every word is TRUE. I live in Florida, I first went to Cairo Georgia to look at a PACIFICA van, my dream vehicle, but no deal. Next stop, Thomasville. My husband specifically wanted to go to the Toyota dealership. I knew why, he could see his dream truck the Toyota Tundra 1794 or something like that. So, I played along. When we got there, we drove around the lot and did NOT see a van. Then he tells me he wants to show me his dream truck (told ya) and boy oh boy was it a doozy, 100% luxury from the bumper to the tailgate. But I quickly reminded him we were there for a van for me. Well he needed to use the bathroom so he parked and went inside. Now this is where my story really begins. He comes back and he has a smiling, happy go lucky fella walking with him and he introduced himself as Cedric Duncan. I explain what I wanted, he said I have a rental, and you can see what our van looks like. We went for a test drive. After the test drive I told him what features it had to have for me to buy one, then he said Oh so you want our Platinum Edition. Then he begin to tell me other options it offered that blew my mind, I was flying high. Then out of the blue he said it is a Hybrid . Well that did it, I was done talking because I was not about be looking for CHARGING STATIONS. Then Mr. Duncan explained to me the in and outs of a Hybrid vehicle. I was oh so WRONG. No charging station, a battery that charges itself when I am using gas and the vehicle switches back and forth as needed to keep the battery charged getting over 35 miles per gallon. It runs so quite you don t know when it s on, except it lights up. Next thing I knew we were ordering MY NEW DREAM VEHICLE (with all my bells and whistles I want and some I never knew exist).We got the deal of a life time, with all sorts of discounts thank to the finance officer, who also, gave us a nice Military Discount to boot. The process was so simple and easy. No hassle, no pressure, just facts so you can make up your own mind. In 16 days I returned and got the keys to my BRAND NEW WHITE 2024 SIENNA PLATINUM HYBRID TOYOTA VAN. If you really want great service, a beautiful vehicle, and a great deal, go to Thomasville Toyota walk in the door and yell Cedric Duncan, Mr. and Mrs. James sent me to see YOU . I Promise you, you want regret it. THANKS CEDRIC FOR MAKING MY DREAM COME TRUE! YOU ARE THE MAN!!!!!

They documented how Safelite improperly installed our replacement windshield, complete with photographs. They wrapped the top portion of our windshield, where it was leaking, to prevent further leaks until they had a new replacement to do the repair correctly. The work was completed with no issues and in a timely manner. Daniel Harlan was very courteous, helpful, and professional. We will highly recommend!

I wish I never rented from them, they claimed I was smoking in their vehicle, and I absolutely did not, then said they feel I did because I hung air fresheners in the car. I never thought they had a rule saying you can t give a car you re renting for 2 weeks your own smell. Not to mention the new car scent they use stinks. They kept my deposit, and actually felt they were justified in doing so. Then told me I can t rent from them anymore. It almost hurt my feelings, because I really hadn t smoked in their car. I couldn t believe they were doing me that way, but they did. They are such a rip off, and it is sad to see those people take advantage of customers like that. The fact that I ve done absolutely nothing wrong in their vehicle is what really gets me the most.

I just purchased my new Highlander from Thomasville Toyota, and it was our fourth vehicle purchased from them. It was a pleasure working with Trendon, my salesperson, and Jimmy, the sales manager. They were able to find what I wanted within two weeks. Trendon was so helpful in familiarizing me with my vehicle, and Omar did a great job going over all the paperwork. I would definitely recommend Thomasville Toyota.

As of 2/19/2024, I have not gotten a response.Thomasville Toyota offers an enjoyable and fair experience, with a welcoming atmosphere and a commitment to treating us with respect and integrity. However, the dealership faces challenges in communication and operational efficiency, exemplified by a computer glitch that led to unexpected financial implications for us. Unfortunately, no one in upper management has reached out to us to address the issue, leaving us feeling overlooked and underserved. This discrepancy between quoted prices and final payments underscores the need for improved transparency and prompt issue resolution to ensure a consistently satisfactory experience for all of us at Thomasville Toyota.

The best Toyota place around. You won t find better service or employees. Me and my mom bought a vehicle. Our sales guy was Justin. He was incredible. He did everything he could to help us. Went in thinking had brake problems after 430 pm. Daniel looked and said we can fix that now. Took my car back and found under carriage part unclipped scrubbing. Took care of it immediately. Great service ! Didn t have to worry as i leave for work in tallahassee at O245 in am! This noise started as a stick scrubbing my back tire coming back from Tallahassee this afternoon

Omar, Will, Ren, Naseem, Ken (is that how his name is spelled?) are all nice, kind, supportive and professional; they understand your requirements and helps you out the best way they can. If I buy another Toyota, I'll definitely buy it here. If you're considering this dealership, go for it!

I was so nervous as a first time buyer to purchase a car. My uncle had me to try Thomasville Toyota and see what I can get approved for. I received a call within 10 minutes and the next day I purchased a brand new car. Thanks to Richard Pena!! He is an amazing sales consultant and have very good customer service! Thomasville Toyota is the best!! Submitted a request for additional info on a vehicle in transit. Almost immediately got in touch with Justin Cannon. We exchanged a few calls, text messages and emails, and next thing, my car was reserved. No tricks, no gimmicks, no pulling the rug from underneath and try to charge you more after verbally negotiating with you. And since I was traveling from Tallahassee, Justin made sure everything was ready ahead so that I didn't have to spend too much time at the dealership. If you don't mind the drive, definitely go to Thomasville Toyota and ask for Justin!!
