Nice mixed selection of used vehicles. Their vehicles appear to be in pristine condition. No vehicles seemed to be priced, though. That's my only issue...

Worst communication, took almost 3 months to get our car back, and it still doesn t work.Our Excursion s engine was stalling. They first thought it might be one part and replaced it and tested it for 20 miles and found out that wasn t it, so they said we needed a new computer. That part of the communication was good. But then over the course of several weeks we experienced almost zero communication. We d call and ask for an update, we d be sent to voicemail and leave a message, but no one would call us back. This would repeatedly happened several days in a row. Twice my family and I just showed up to ask them in person for updates since they wouldn t call us back. It was nearly three months before we got our car back, and the check engine light came on on the way home from Ford, and our car was still stalling. They clearly didn t test the new computer for 20 miles like they did the other part they first installed. Such a waste of time and money.

I just purchased a vehicle from Thomasville ford and I couldn't be happier. I drove from tallahassee just to ensure I got the best service and it was worth every mile. I worked with sales man Mickey and manager Bill. Both were great! They were knowledgeable, caring and were not pushy about their sales pitch. I definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle!

From my first phone call, Every interaction was professional and my sales rep Connor treated me as a priority. While this certainly isn t my first purchase from Ford itself. I do admire the non pushy sales approach and how Thomasville Ford Lincoln, gets it right about creating an exceptional customer experience. My new Lincoln, has been a constant admiration. Not only do I recommend this dealership there s a great chance I ll be back within a couple months to purchase another vehicle. Thanks again!

$5k later and we still have an oil leak. Took in November, told it was fixed. By Christmas, leak was back. Took truck back, told they knew it would still leak because it needed a part they didn t have. Never told that before. Still waiting for the part they ordered but is on back order from January. Hope they enjoy the $5k from us.

Drove up from Tallahassee to get my Ford F-150 serviced. IT WAS WORTH THE TRIP. Cost me a little more than half the price of an oil change/tire rotation at one of those 5 minute oil change joints. Another shop told me I needed tires and new brakes. They looked over the whole truck and gave me a competitive price on tires. Brakes were fine.

If I could give a 10 review, I would! Bought our 2022 Explorer King Ranch from Thomasville Ford yesterday and it was by far the BEST dealership experience we have ever had! Mickey and Gregory were amazing! We put in the credit application online, they both got to work quickly. By the time we got to the dealership that evening, they had the vehicle ready to go and our papers ready to sign. From the time we arrived at the dealership until the time we left was only about 20-25 minutes, this includes time for Mickey to show us all of the neat tips and tricks for our new vehicle! I will recommend this place and these two gentlemen to anyone! Best customer service ever, we are so glad we drove from Tallahassee to purchase from Thomasville Ford. We definitely drove home happy!

John (the service advisor) at Thomasville Ford came through for me when my local dealership did not. I spent nearly 6 months locally with no resolution. Thomasville Ford got me back in business within a month (and that was only because we had to wait for parts). Fast, attentive, and my F-150 was fixed correctly the first time. There was another customer waiting with me with the same story. A different local dealership, but also drove out of state to visit Thomasville Ford. Her local dealership had suggested replacing her transmission. Thomasville Ford found out it was simple spark plug boots. They did right by me, and her. I now consider them my dealership, and will likely buy my next truck there.

We didn't think that we would be able to get a explorer and to get one at 6.9% with Ford considering that we were at 28% with are Toyota corrola for the last 3 years. We were upside-down for the next few years but Thomasville Ford worked and got us taken care of. Thank you for all your hard work

I recently brought my 2016 F-150 to Thomasville Ford to have some work done. My vehicle has an extended warranty, so Ms. Christina DeMott was able to have the parts ordered and repairs scheduled in a timely manner. She also obtained a vehicle for me to drive to and from work while my truck was being serviced. She was courteous and efficient. Christina remained in contact with me throughout the period of scheduling and servicing. My experience with Thomasville Ford was superior, and I would recommend them to anyone needing to purchase a vehicle or have repairs or maintenance done. I give them five stars!!

I took my '06 Ford 150 pickup to Thomasville Ford for service. I am 100% satisfied with their performance. They addressed all my concerns, diagnosed the source and fixed it! It now runs perfectly - like new! Thomasville Ford is now my choice for repair.

I give Thomasville Ford total of 0 stars. I took my truck in for service at 8:15am. Arrived back at the dealership at 10:00am to be told my truck was not done. Just a tire rotation and oil change. I questioned what the holdup was and apparently it had been finished for an hour and the service technician forgot to call me. I got home noticed that someone had plundered through my personal items in my center console. Whoever had actually stolen a small amount of money as well. I called the Ford place immediately to be given the run around on 3 separate calls. I would not recommend this place for anything. Make sure you remove all valuable items from your vehicle before you leave it there.

Tim James our vehicle salesman(Team Manager) was AMAZING he worked diligently to make sure he got us what we needed at a reasonable price! Chris Howard the General Sales Manager was also GREAT working right alongside Tim. Finally Brandon Hayes the Business/Finance manager was AWESOME making sure all i's were dotted and t's were crossed. He asked all the right questions about warranty & GAP protection as well. I WILL DEFINITELY DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. *I already did 2 vehicles in 2 days*

If it were possible to give 10 out of 5, I would. The service department has some of the best customer service I have ever received. John and Christina are both amazing. Christina helped me a few months ago with a water pump issue and John today with an oil change and tire sensors and both experiences were stress free because of their outstanding care. Mrs. Becky even shuttled my son and I so we didn't have to wait in the lobby. She was a delight. I will never use a different dealership as long as I am able to come here.

My 2020 raptor needed warranty work for the door lock. I went to the dealer to have it fixed they said they would have to order the part and come back in two days, no problem. I go back and they ripped apart the door drilled out the rivets in the old door actuator just to tell me they ordered the wrong part. They told me it would be another 5 days. Well 2 weeks goes by and multiple calls with no response by the dealer. After waiting a month I went to the Tallahassee ford dealer who had the part in stock. I rather wait a month to have the job done correctly the first time. Also don t be fooled if your car is under warranty Ford gives you a loaner. Thomasville will tell you they don t have any but call ford customer service and explain to them they told you they don t have loaners. The customer service rep will take care of it for you.

I really don t like writing bad reviews but I don t want someone to make the same mistake I did. I initially brought my vehicle to this location for some recalls to be addressed. I dealt with John Cray and everything went fine with those visits, so I thought. Since my vehicle was still under warranty, I asked John Cray to also address a leaking sunroof. I picked up the vehicle and they indicated it was a clogged drain. A couple months later (now vehicle was out of warranty), there was a heavy downpour and my sunroof leaked again. I took it back to them to have tires put on the vehicle and told John Cray about the sunroof still leaking and he told me there was nothing he could do, even though the issue wasn t addressed while under warranty. They put new tires on the vehicle, which were $2,000. When I got the vehicle back, it rode rough and you could tell the tires weren t balanced. I took the vehicle back to Thomasville Ford and told John Cray about the issue. They tried to balance them again and found out there were at least two bad tires on my vehicle. That was about eight months ago. I have called numerous times and showed up in person. They keep blowing me off. I eventually had to take my vehicle to another tire shop and paid to have the tires replaced. Worst experience I ve had with a dealership.

Wasn t able to get scheduled in TALLAHASSE for being booked so far out. Thomasville was able to accommodate my schedule. They made me aware of the work needed, cost associated, and when the vehicle would be ready. Will definitely return for future work. John a ray was my advisor. Great customer services. Worked with me regarding issues I was having.

I just want to give a shout out to Riley in sales! He is very professional, responds super quick, and is to the point. I was VERY interested in a vehicle that Thomasville Ford had in their inventory. After a couple of days negotiating and going back and fourth, I decided it wasn't the best option for me. I know that customers like myself who nag for hours just to move on elsewhere takes up their time. I definitely recommend Riley if you are using them to buy a vehicle! Even though I cant say I am a customer of theirs, I still believe they are great!
