My experience with Spence continues to be amazing! The employees go above and beyond to see that satisfaction is met. I had an issue with my backup camera and they scanned it but found no issues. Juan Marin went a step further, as he was getting ready to leave for the day, told me I could run back out and he would take another look. He quickly found that something had be turned off. He switched it back on and drove another vehicle behind me just to make sure it was working again rather than just letting me drive off. Thank you so very much for your patience and kindness!

I had a scheduled appointment to have my 2019 CT6 Cadillac serviced for 90K maintenance on 11 March. On 4 March I begin experiencing issues with the engine cooling system and was rescheduled to come in for immediate servicing on 6 March. Juan Marin, my servicing agent went above and beyond to take care of my vehicle needs. He was able to mitigate a difficult backlog issue with my extended warranty agency by phone while simultaneously taking care of other customers. Although dealing with my extended warranty agent proved to be challenging, Juan maintained his professional posture and provided "Top Notch" customer services to me. In my 39 years of dealing with car purchases and repairs at a dealership, this had to be one of my Best Experiences so far. It is this type of service that will keep me being a purchaser of Cadillac, GMC, Buick, and Chevrolet vehicles. They have been my only purchases for 20 years and will continue to be. Any one who is looking to buy a vehicle, whether it be your first time or 50th time, I absolutely recommend Roger and the staff here. Everything was done very courteously and never did I ever feel like I was being pressured into buying a vehicle to bump up numbers. They genuinely care about your car buying process and made it fun and seamless the entire way through!

Terrible. After many years, we will no longer use your service. It has repeatedly been a terrible experience. It has become routine that you miss diagnose, cost me $700 say the problem is fixed, we leave with the same problem and have to find a real mechanic to fix the problem. This has been a repeated problem. Your customer service, when told of the problem, is rude and arrogant. I will advise anyone I know to not use your service

On my latest visit to change my oil rotate my tires, and do the routine inspections, Spence Cadillac staff was courteous and the service was amazingly fast. Plus they gave me a coupon for a free car wash. Loved it!!

SERVICE REVIEW: A simple oil change and coolant flush took 5 hours on a Thursday. Disappointed but let me explain.I give the benefit of the doubt having worked in this industry. The staff is kind but they are clearly short-handed with new hires and it s not their fault. The wait was unreasonably long but they have coffee, snacks and a nice waiting room. Some technicians were not in uniform so I was uncomfortable to see them drive my truck and they made a mess in the engine bay (coolant splashed over the battery and reservoir so I thought it was leaking) but they got the job done and the truck is running great! There is a positive side to all of my complaints. Mainly, the time is took for a scheduled appointment was the most inconvenient aspect. Overall, I am considering taking it back and hoping for a better experience next time.

I am extremely happy with the Service Depart. and Juan. Our truck was at Dale Earnhardt Chevrolet in Tallahassee and we had it towed to Spence. All I can say if NEVER take anything to Earnhardt, their quote was $3000 more than Spence

Me and my wife bought a car from Spence and they said they still needed to service but that we could bring the car back up there the next day and drop it off and someone would bring it to my wife s work by the time she got off. I had to call the salesman 20 minutes after he said they d have it back and he had to go check and see if they d even done anything to it. Of course they hadn t so we went back and picked it up and brought it back the next day and they said they d definitely have it done and dropped back off to my wife by 12 and at 1:30 I had to call them and they finally did bring it back. Two months after buying the car the title work is still not done and we do not have a valid tag. Very poor customer service top to bottom. No one seems to want to help us and actually get all this stuff figured out. We will definitely never buy from this place again.

I drove 2 hours to Spence to look at and buy a suburban. My experience was fantastic. I spoke with Roger and test drove vehicle and purchased vehicle in 45 minutes. Great customer service no hassle. I factory ordered a vehicle through Spence and it could not have been an easier experience. Roger was extremely helpful and responsive, kept me updated every step of the way. When the day came to pick up my car, Will had me in and out within 15 minutes. If you're looking to factory order a car, this is the place to do it.
