This is a nice establishment with a friendly environment. They gave me a warm welcome and was very understanding. They helped me with a lot of questions and didn't seem in a hurry! 10/10

Most of the time shopping around for insurance becomes a headache. However, working with Tevin made things much easier because of his level of ownership. He was very knowledgeable and thorough when reviewing my policy options. Tevin is a great asset to your team!

Tevin in the Thomasville office was awesome. Professional, courtesy, polite, and will go that extra mile to help you. Could not have asked for a better experience. Tevin is the best! I spoke with several different insurance companies like Allstate that did not seem like they cared about my personal situation. All of the local offices are closed permanently. I needed to drop off a cash payment, but with no offices, it's impossible. What's the point of an agent if when you call, it's in Los Angles? After all these years, I will not be using them anymore.

I m from Lagrange, GA and we have an office, but I can never get anyone to assist me. Luckily today I spoke with Tevin and it was a pleasure, he didn t rush me off the line , had excellent customer service, answered all of my questions and he is super knowledgeable! If I could only deal with him from now on I would be a happy customer. We DEFINITELY need more Tevins! Thank you!

Made appointment for 10.00 o'clock and no one show up. I now have to find another auto insurance agent before my insurance expire. Try to call no answer and the door was lock.
