Great service and excellent knowledge. I wish I could buy my own parts instead of all the manufacturing parts, and be responsible if they fail. It s costly if you trying to keep your cost down. Overall, I am satisfied with their service and will continue to use them in the future..

Redline did an amazing job with my Volvo. When the part came without a piece and they had to reorder, they delivered my car to me, came back to get it the next day when they had the part, installed it and delivered it to me! I WILL recommend them and use them when I need something again!

RUN!!!! Had breaks repaired and was charged $2800!!! Should have cost $600. Owner Levi rips everyone off by over inflating the hours it took for repairs. Also inflates his prices for parts.He would not give me a print out of the bill. Only labor charges. What are you hiding thief? He is very rude, ignorant, abrasive and just a nasty person. You will get yours!!!RUN. Don't walk.........

Real honest people, real honest prices... even had a tow service suggestion -they have been so easy to work with and understanding in any and all hangups. Great place, they helped my mom in a stressful time to get her car issues taken care of without any attitude, always a pleasure to talk to. Thanks guys! USE THEM. ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! S T A Y A W A Y ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !I was told installing a battery would cost $200 and change if I brought my own battery. I opted to have them use their battery because they promised a 3-year warranty. They lied about the battery and installed a cheap battery instead and charged over $600. They installed a $249 from Advance Auto! The OEM battery for my car is about $400! I called them to request an itemized bill, instead, I spoke with the owner who told me never to come back and said I have no warranty. Then started to use profanity, very classy! Stay away from this shop!

Nothing but great experience from scheduling to repair to cost! Levi Glover and his team are definitely building a solid reputation for themselves! They squeezed my Jeep in on short notice and fixed the issue! Levi gave updates and kept me informed. Will recommend them highly to everyone! BUYERS BEWARE!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Asked the owner for an itemized invoice. Instead curses at you, tells you he doesn t care if you give him bad reviews, revokes your warranty, and hangs up the phone on you. Do you want to trust a mechanic like this? Stay away, far away from this shop!

Want to get your car done rightCome to Redline Automotive and they ll keep your ride right. As a woman they are the first automotive establishment to treat me like a person not a dollar sign due to lack of knowledge. Thank you for being patient with me and actually fixing the problem. I had my VW Jetta service here and it was the best experience I ve ever at a service center. They were fast, friendly and even took the time out to explain a few things that I wasn t quite understanding. I have been doing business with Levi for some time now, and everytime I have needed race tires or just normal maintenance for the daily drivers he and his awesome team and always been top notch and professional. Thomasville and surrounding areas are lucky to have a business like this

Best all around customer service experience I've had since moving to Thomasville. Very thorough in their diagnostics. They don't try and gouge you with unnecessary repairs. We had to have several major repairs and maintenance issues. This was the first time we have used Redline. We were very pleased with the manner in which the staff kept us informed on estimate, approval of the various services, and job completion; all done online. So the process was very convenient for us. I will definitely recommend them. The boys at Redline definitely took care of me. I took my truck to them for A/C repair. Shortly after it was fixed I had a warranty issue with the system.
