They installed an RV Blue Ox towing base plate to our vehicle. The work was professional and speedy. We had problems with the parts supplier and they had good communication with us during the delay. Reasonable price and they stick with their estimate.

Brought in my new Jeep Wrangler to find some side steps.Being 73 years old and with 35 inch tires I wasn't sure of the best kind.We went through several and ordered some.They are perfect and the install was VERY reasonable.I would recommend Precision to anyone.

John Knelms and his crew always repairs my vehicle with professionalism and care. After my damage is fixed they wash and wax my car and it looks brand new again.I highly recommend them to everyone. My son's truck was towed here after a collision while being loaned out to Military Co-Serviceman friend as I was out of town and he was deployed. I was not notified, tag was in my name. When I found out about the wreck and inquired, the storage had totaled up to over $1,100 plus towing. I agreed to pay the unreasonable amount to find out After they took my money that Precision Management had take parts off of my truck to use as their own. No replacement. I wouldn't let these people fix my bike, and don't leave your auto's long there either.This was a couple of years ago and I just saw that I could leave a review.

From the advice I was given as a town newcomer, this was the spot to go for repairs. Inadvertently backing up my van near the garage, I had mangled the door which was open as I reversed smack dab in to the garage roof overhang.The desk attendant said that a man named John would take a look at the door latch which he did, noting that it would be $1500 to replace it at a dealership but perhaps he could prod the metal enough to allow for the latch to close.The car was in the shop, the metal pulled out, the hinges readjusted with the help of another attendant -- all within 15 minutes. Normally I would be anxious just to know it could be fixed, but this particular day I was due for dinner at my mother's house in FL 380 miles away.The story gets better. When I asked John, "How much do I owe you?" he said, "No charge. There wasn't much to it."This was a couple of months ago and I'm just now writing to recommend these folks. In between then and now I've seen many well-run offices and service centers in this town, including the post office which is another A+.But honestly, this place -- and that John --- are special. My mother still tells the story to this day, as if she'd been there.

Mr. Kevis and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I recently had to have my car repaired after a hit and run. I went to one shop prior to coming to this where I was treated horribly! I was already upset about my car being messed up because the accident was no fault of my own.... and then to come in a place and be treated with no respect or decency just made my day even worse! So I left and went to precision...... And ALL the staff there were absolutely wonderful! Mr.Kevis immediately brightened my day with his kind spirit! They also do great work! If you are in need of any automotive repairs..... Precision autocraft is the place!!!!

Went to get a door fixed on my wife's car..The staff was very professional even though they had people there the staff still took the time to check on my issue..I appreciate that because it was truly a very hot day.. Precision Auto is where you want to go when have issues with your vehicle..The friendly home town staff will truly pull out the red carpet just for you......
