I can't say enough nice things about Jeremy and this business. I came in on a random Friday to see about a new stereo. Won't share to much as it's not my business to do so but Jeremy was having a bad day. I even said I could do this another time but he insisted on helping me. In short, my new stereo was installed today and works like a dream. This guy needs a raise. True team player.

I got an 6in lift and step bar on my Ford F-150. Everything look and rides great. I recommend everyone to get work done on their vehicle here. Great friendly and fast service. They guarantee their work by double checking after product is installed and used.

Customer service was professional, respectful and very knowledgeable about service and pricing. The facility is very clean and organized. I had my vehicle windows tinted, Precision did a very good job, and the wait time was quick. I m very pleased with the product and service received. They even call after the work is done to see if there are concerns or if the customer is satisfied. Highly recommended.

Solid company, solid business etiquette. These guys worked hard, definitely treated customers above average. Went out of their way to accomplish the tint job. Every entity from customer service representative to the labor force, are rock stars. The best part is between everyone offering this type of service and product, this company had the lowest out the door price in south GA and definitely North Florida.

Needed my rear window tint replaced so I visited for the first time. I was first impressed by the appearance of the facility and then by the professionalism of the staff. I got the feeling they take pride in their work. They came out to look at my car and discuss options. They quoted me and were able to complete the work on the spot. The sales associate was friendly and helpful. He answered other questions I had about auto audio installation options. They have a small waiting room area which was nice, also.

Best customer service! Very pleased with the service of installing radio s and backup camera s to 3 of our vehicles. So pleased with the care they took of our vehicles. Will be back soon for 2 more installs! Thank you Jeremy for taking care of us so well with a great smile on your face every time!

Had tint and audio installed today. Also had a bluetooth issue that they were able to fix. Very fast and very nice quality of work. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and honest. I will do all of my business with them in the future.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!!!!Stopped in to check on the availability of ceramic tint. I was greeted by the owner. He answered all my questions and 30 minutes later my truck windows were done .

Stopped in to inquire about having my car windows tinted. I was impressed the the attentive knowledgeable friendly staff and modern clean facilities.Booked an appointment & got my windows tinted and was very pleased with the workmanship and the attention to detail. They worked so hard to get my wheels and tires here for my Jeep! It was a long process because COVID makes it hard to get anything, but I m so happy with how she turned out! Just in time for Jeep Jam!

Excellent and quick service. Got windows tinted within 90 minutes of showing up, and without an appointment. They have multiple tint specialists , which allows for faster tint work. The shop is very large and in a location where it is easy to get to and has a large parking lot.

what can I say? I will never use Precision Audio & Tint ever again. EXTREMELY deceiving & arrogant. Convinced me to finance a new head unit & door speakers... sent me the link, got approved & was told my weekly payment (which was totally do-able.) HOWEVER they never disclosed that it was a full years weekly payments that would cost more than double of what my total purchase price was. Almost $1500 for a $575 purchase? Called the 'finance company' and even they said that should've been told to me by the retailer. I would NEVER have made my purchase here had I known that they were getting kick backs from the finance company. And to top if off they never even offered to install it for us, they just said 'you don't have enough available credit to have me install it' (his words to my husband) which tells me that they wouldn't get enough kick back to be bothered with me. This retailer targets people to sign up for the financing thinking they wont read the fine print just so they can get paid by ACIMA. Watch your backs & make sure to skip this place. They just lost my business for new tires, wheels, level & lift on my new F250

I had the best customer experience ever at the Thomasville, GA location. Jeremy, the manager, and his team.has my car in and out of the shop tint ready in least than 3 hours. I am very satisfied with the quality of service, price, and overall super-friendly customer service of Jeremy and his TEAM. 5 out of 5STARS. 10 out of 10 STARS. Just overall, superb satisfaction. One happy customer for sure. Definitely would recommend these guys for all you audio and vehicle accessories. Kudos!!!

From window tint to car audio to tires, this place is the best. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. I wouldn t take my vehicles anywhere else in Thomasville because I ve been everywhere else and these guys are the only ones that have earned my business. Keep up the good work fellas!

These guys are great. Make you feel at home when you walk in. Great selection of tires and wheels. Great quality. They helped me pick out the perfect tires for my truck. The ride is perfect. And not to mention they are very good installing level and lift kits. Also had precision put window tint on our camaro and it's perfect. Thank you guys for the perfect experience.

Highly recommend Precision Audio. Visited their Bainbridge shop for a bedliner and their Thomasville shop for a toolbox. They made the whole process simple and stress-free. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely keep them in mind for any future automotive needs. Great work!

My intellilink system went out in my GMC. I was praying for a simple fix, but nonetheless, I ended up purchasing a new stereo. From the moment I walked through the doors, my experience was the best. Short lead time where others were putting me off for a month Chris got it done 5 days after I called. Really nice tint job reasonable price. Is my daughter s car and she says it s a totally different car and loves it. Will definitely recommend to everyone needing quick quality work !

I spent 800 on full vehicle ceramic tint and after 2 months have streaking on all windows. I was scammed. Today February 27th,2023 Jeremy the asst Mgr called me upset with my review told him my buddy had his 2500 silverado done exactly as I did and his ceramic tint was totally different from mine. I paid the ceramic price for quality tint but ACTUALLY RECEIVED some poor quality tint the shop guys had laying around just to get rid of thinking I'd never notice the difference. Let me tell u if u wear MAUI JIM POLARIZED SUNGLASSES as I do u can even see seams n their poor quality of workI will NEVER DO ANY BUSINESS PERIOD AGAIN

If your want the best quality service and products then this is where you need to go. They worked with my schedule to make sure we were able to get everything done to my truck that I wanted. They even called days later to make sure I was happy and satisfied with the work. I urge everyone to check them out. You won't be disappointed.
