My Ram dually experienced catastrophic failure upon entering town. I limped right by every other parts store knowing that O'Reilly's would be the right place to settle my heap and get it going again. Ms. Amanda was quick to assist with alternator and/or battery diagnosis. She identified my problem, provided the proper solution, and had me down the road in under 30 minutes. This is why I refrain from going the other parts stores. O'Reilly's is second to none and Ms. Amanda is possibly the best store manager with which I have ever had the pleasure of working.

Website is too user unfriendly. But overall, I've always liked O'REILLYs. It's a fine place with a not so great website.

I will always use o Reilly's just because they answer all my questions with no judgement. As a female we may not be as confident as men are going in to buy things for our cars, but with the staff here they don't pass judgment or laugh at my questions and I'll always come back. I was able to change my spark plugs and coil packs all on my own. So definitely stop in, for advice or parts. They'll help you.

Paul was extremely rude and kept running over me and would not let me speak. This is not the first time I ve had problems dealing with this long haired hippie. Oreillys in Thomasville georgia has lost my Business

Their day shift staff is amazing and helpful. When you need help at night they act like they don't understand what your talking about. Also you can call them and they might answer the phone or just hang up on you. Today to be exact iv tried calling one time they answered and called back 3 other times to be hung up on or didn't answer.

I rented the tools I needed to change my fuel pump. They also sold me the fuel pump cheaper than anyone in town was selling it. Really nice customer service and short wait times.

Typical Monday to get off work to find a dead battery. The gentleman that helped me this evening was wonderful. He installed my new battery in the cold without hesitation. Thank you so much!

Very helpful staff! This team always seems to go above and beyond to help you locate parts, even if you can t get it through them. Clean store, great selection, helpful knowledgeable staff. Five stars

Rave,I'd like to give special recognition to Orielly Auto Parts of Thomasville. Mr. David and the rest of the team go ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure I and the rest of the team at Valvoline get the parts and tools we need (which is especially hard with current shipping and supply chain conditions). The level of service and dedication to make sure their customers get taken care of just can't be matched. I will continue to make sure these guys are the first ones I call and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in need of a parts house with genuine people with an extensive knowledge of product.- Christian

This is MY store for everything automotive. Shane ( manager ), and all the employees are the best. I have never had a problem getting what I need. ALWAYS the right part, every time.

I cant count how many times we've had car troubles and paid someone to drive us to O'Reilly just for one of the two blonde headed girls to either order a part (we wait a day or two) or we get a part in store and when we get home we think everything is great and she has given us the wrong part or the wrong size belt, or the wrong tool to take the pulley off with it goes on and on...

Worst customer service I've ever got , I had to hang up twice to find parts numbers to 2 different parts so they could find them in their computer! The second call ended my bussiness at o'Reilly's in thomasville ga ,period!!!!

4 trips to get the corect radeator cap on a 2008 NESSON PATH FINDER finally just went auto zone Oriley orileyd me out and 3 peaple back of counter all on clock & only three customers one on way out took forever and all looked lost in the headlights
