Every body in this store is really friendly and knowledgeable about their products. I've had to return items on occasion and I've had no problems at all even without my receipt. They remembered me after the first time I used them and were very personable each time I've gone in. Online their prices were comparable or even better than their competitors and I was given the online price instore ! I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

Almost left product. I appeared to be invisible to the associates even the one who ordered the item for me. I don't think I'll be returning. Personal and My Business both spend Green Money. I won't Apologize for being Afican American, I will not be treated any less than the Last Customer. PERIOD...

I went in with a project not car related. I needed o-rings. Max and Rich pulled every drawer to help me. Great service. I will be back for all my automotive work.

Napa is the best place to go I'm number one fan my dad works there his name is Emory Watkins Jr they got very good qualities they're very nice and take the time out to help you if you need help no matter what I request and I asked anybody to go to Napa number one store

This is a very bad choice for the people that are looking for a great customer service especially the manager his very sarcastic person and doesn t respect the guarantee of the parts he sale very bad person to be operating a Napa store
