These guys are great! Very professional and the manager makes sure you're taken care of. I came in for a new tire and my brakes were squealing, now I ride smooth. Highly recommend!

Excellent customer service. Honest and over and above. From the reservation call to check out, I can't praise them enough. Thomasville Mavis was Great..even on a Friday night with an emergency flat, they treated us with out rushing.We definitely will be back. Thank you to the entire staff..

I have been here like 4 times with my Blue Ram, my light grey brown Ford taurus, my gf Jeep, and lastly, the grey truck. These guys know what to do and your vehicle ready and go with good tires. I recommend coming here!

I decided to give this place a try and boy am I glad I did. I needed new tires and an alignment. My car drives so much better. The service manager was very helpful. All around good shop.

I went in for a service to have my new tires installed. I was treated with good customer service and informed on what was taking place. I will always use Mavis for my tie services because of their consideration due their customers. This means alot to me.

Hopped in the wife s car to gas it up and the brakes sounded terrible. That s another story. Went straight to Mavis, right before closing, it was a long shot. They waved me in, looked up stock of brakes and rotors and knocked out the work that night. The store even has a play area for kids that kept my kids entertained (life saver). Thanks for coming through in the clutch Mavis Team.

Dropped in to have tps checked for my tires at 6:30 this evening. Shop looked quite busy. Todd greeted me right away and had Joseph check the tps for each tire. Joseph then topped up my tires put a new cap on a few of them and I was done in 10 minutes. You just get any better than that. I will return

I have went to many places to replace my tire and Mavis honestly made my day and I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of a great quality tire and most importantly, great customer service. Robbie and his staff have always done a great job and provided an affordable service for my SUV. I've purchased tires, breaks and all my normal maintenance at this location. Robbie always remembers me and ensures he applies any discounts based on my service and returning customer status. I highly recommend these guys. LZTurner

I bought 4 new tires from Mavis and the ones I got were made by Adventuro. I spent 830 dollars and it has been worth every cent. They were lightly used by me for 6 months and then sat for a whole year unused on my truck. I filled these tires back up and drove from southwest Georgia to metro Atlanta and back twice and moved up. I have been relying on these tires everyday to get back and forth to work 30-40 minutes one way and back. I passed over accident debris and these tires have not stranded me. 5 out of 5 I love these tires. Thank you for making affordable quality for the working class Americans. Thanks to Mavis for having them as an option and taking care of everything. Farewell south GA.

Came up here to get a good bit of work done with my brakes, alignment, and tires. Did have some issues after the work was done with brakes and alignment when I left after paying yet they did take the time to correct the issues I brought up to them with my car. Was a little stressful at first yet I give them props for taking the time to make sure the problems I noticed were corrected in a timely manner.

Despite the tag on this review, I am actually Laura Angleton, a 63-year old woman. I took my Toyota Prius in to Mavis due to soft brakes and a staccato clunking noise every time I am stopped at a light with brake pedal depressed (with noise ceasing the instant I raise my foot off the brake).The lead guy inspired my confidence with his persona of strong, capable, can-do manner, so much that I disregarded another mechanic and a friend who instantly told me, DONT go to Mavis! They re terrible! Mavis charged me $630 for brake work, claiming to replace the front brake pads and rotors. (Didn t touch the calipers, despite another mechanic instantly assessing the noise as likely a warped caliper. )My car did brake better, yes, then, but the annoying staccato clunking noise every time I was sitting still with brake pedal depressed, resumed before I even left the lot. I took car back in and they claimed to have looked at the brakes again. They still said they couldn t hear the staccato steady, incessant clunking noise (the guy also said he didn t know what the word staccato MEANT!), so chided me that that noise is just the hybrid system kicking in. Seriously!!!???I took the car to the Toyota dealership. Showed the service manager the details of what Mavis did, while he listened to the staccato clunking noise, and he just shook his head, and said These parts and repairs don t even address at all the probable issues of your noise you re hearing. I am fed up with having to do all this follow up plus getting rooked out of $ 630! I d like a substantial refund, rather than have to return for another frustrating, deceptive session with your Mavis crew! Everyone was telling me Mavis is terrible! Useless! and now I couldn t agree more! Despite their can do and SEEMINGLY earnest and capable presentation, the problems aren t truly addressed, and work done is exorbitant in price and off-base. Just ripping you off, basically! I feel like a fool! Thanks for nothing Mavis!!

Screwed up my alignment, noticed a few months later the uneven wear on tire tread. They told me I would have to pay for another not cheep alignment with rotation and probably 2 new tires!

I am editing review from Saturday when I had an issue with the staff not trying to find me in the lobby or call my cell phone when they couldn't find the wheel lock "key" to be able to replace my two front tires. I just spoke with the manager Robby today. He had stepped out when this all went on & was not aware of the issue until he saw my review that I left on Saturday. He is going to make it right and even gave me his personal cell number to contact him next time I am going to be up there. I really appreciate his owning up to what happened with his staff and I do believe he will address it with them. Robby has always been so good to take care of our 4 cars and I would hate to not use Mavis anymore because it's very convenient for me.

ABSOLUTLEY WONDERFUL service. Extremely knowlegable staff and very friendly phone answerning. The technician at Mavis really helped us out of a tight spot with our tire when other shops in town would have made us wait for longer. Thank you Mavis Tires for your wonderful help!

I have never in my life seen such incompetence. Before today's visit I have left once with less than 30lbs of air in one of my dually tires (should be 80) and also with loose lugnuts. For the past two weeks I had to wait to have my tires replaced because they were not getting delivered to the store. TWO WEEKS!!! Today they were installed and I requested a new set of lugs, which I supplied, be placed on my mag-alloy wheels. When presented with my truck, I noticed that air pressure was only at 60psi and the lugs had not been replaced. Infact, on one side, every washer was missing from every lug. Again, magnesium-alloy wheels. These are serious problems. I can only imagine how this lack of peofessionalism has cost others, if not only money, the safety of their family and others on the road. If I had not purchased my prior set there, I would have never returned for this second time...so much for benefit of the doubt. From this day on I will make every effort possible to sway anyone from getting service there.PS. The guys are nice enough...but timely service and tire safety is what should be expected.

I went in to have my oil changed and for them to check the brakes and the belts. As a woman, I was concerned they might not be honest. They did the oil change and told me my belts were fine and my brake pads still had some life. I sooo appreciated them not telling me it was time for an expensive service that I didn t need.

I had a slow leak in one of my tires. They fixed it fast. Everyone was very professional. This is now my go to place for tires.

We have taken 2 vehicles up there in 2 days for oil changes. Prior to that we took other vehicles up there. We initially dealt with David (who I don't believe is there anymore). The past 2 days we dealt with Robbie who was very helpful and knowledgeable. Quick and very friendly service.

They quote you one thing and then try to upcharge you for stuff you don't need. You have to barter them down and you still don't get near the original quoted price

My girlfriend woke up to a flat tire today and I can say Mavis Tires and Brakes told us to come in immediately. As soon as we got to the shop they welcomed us and took care of everything. Highly recommend.

Damaged a tire while traveling through the area - these guys were the only shop open in the evening and were able to get me a replacement tire by the next morning. Squeezed me into the schedule, and got me back on the road at best speed possible. Great service - thanks Mavis!

Hell in a hand basket turn a would be paying customer away. Needed four tires mounted and balanced guess a price for this service is too much to ask. Guys won t mount and balance a tire for ya if you don t buy there s. Even expecting to pay 200$ or so these guys won t mount a tire unless you buy from them new. Being a small business owner I can promise you I would have a no liability price to mount and balance a set of tires for someone. Nothing in this world is free I know. But to deni service without purchase is letting money go out instead of in

Very helpful staff from the front door to the back! These guys go above & beyond to make sure you get exactly what is needed. The manager called to let me know the status of my Jeep and also if there were any additional changes. They send follow up emails and special offers! Big thanks to this group of guys!
