My son is a student at TU, (his engine light came on) after a quick internet search on trustworthy Thomasville mechanics, I told him to come see you guys! You restored his faith in humanity! Thank for treating him right! He now knows where to come and who to recommend! (He actually told me he's now ready to drop out of college and learn to be a mechanic!)

My new go-to place for oil change/ car needs. The staff is friendly and take care of you like family. They had already done all of the things that SHOULD be included on an oil change WITHOUT me even having to ask to do so. Highly recommend! Open early and can give you a ride to work/ home if you need one. Thanks!

The only full service gas station left. If you get full service. You can get the air checked in your tires. The windshield wipers checked along with your oil, radiator fluid, brake fluid, steering fluid, and your transmission fluid providing you have a dipstick for your transmission fluid. Awesome place.

I used Jacks bp until a few days ago when I stopped in for gas. I went a couple miles down the road and my jeep starting going crazy cutting off and I immediately had to take it to be fixed. Bad gas. They never once offer to clean my windshields or check my tires and oil and apparently can't make sure the gas is ok. This is gonna cost my husband. Jacks BP does not give full service in the full service line. You won't need it anyway when you get bad gas in your tank.

Jason, Bobby, and all of the employees run a great business. They are kind hearted, professional, honest, and do a great job. It is apparent how they treat their team members since they retain team members for years and years who are very top notch. I honestly credit this business for keeping our two over 10 year old vehicles running well.

I recommend this place to anybody in Thomasville. I don't trust people I don't know. Monday I had to drop my car off with complete strangers in a town I work in, but in which I don't live.Jack's clearly is an honest/integrity based business. Sparing you the details...they clearly didn't "over diagnose" and they were beyond fair with the labor costs they charged me.Service: A/C installation & repair

I appreciate the home town family feel. I feel safe pumping my own gas here and if I have a problem I can ask Jason, Bobby, Tracy, or John. There are mechanics on site that are knowledgeable. I recommend the small business!

The service team at Jack's Service Center is excellent. My wife took her car there for a handful of problems this past week. We requested that some tests and repairs be done, based on my assessment of the situation. After looking at the car, Jack's Service Center called me to advise against the elective repairs I had suggested. This approach is exceedingly honest and appreciably transparent. After the necessary repairs were made, and the was car picked up, my wife was very satisfied with the drivability of the vehicle. Her comfort is important to us and our busy family, in no small measure. Jack's Service Center delivered it. Moreover, the prices for the repairs were also fair. While there are a few good shops in Thomasville, in all fairness, I cannot recommend another. Good people, reasonable prices, and great work take top prize, in my book.

They are courteous and polite. They will always make you aware if they find something wrong with your vehicle. Very helpful with scheduling your service for your vehicle.

Extremely fast road side assist. Would recommend immediately to anyone who needs a repair or a roadside assist. Family has been customers since early 80 s, service has always been A+.

These guys are just awesome. I know we are taught to stay away from service station mechanics but these guys know what to do and the prices are no more Scarry than dealer or shop repairs.
