When I got my 2006 Mercedes, my dealer friend gave me their number. Don t let anyone else work on it. he said. Eight years later I never have. I ve put close to 75000 miles on her and she still runs like a top. Paul, Edmund and Nicole get the job done. My regular service is very reasonable. Parts are pricey, after all it s a Mercedes, but the labor is worth every penny and then some. They check her from stem to stern. Mine is a diesel and I fully expect another 200000 miles. I ll probably cash in before she does..so long as German. Imports does the work.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim, Battery

Called to see about getting qork done on a 93 volvo 240. Ladie said oh no we don't work on anything that old. Umm ok some shop ya got there thanks for nothing.

I would put 0 stars if could. I called to see if I could set an appointment to get my car serviced. I spoke to a man who said someone else would call me back later to answer some of my questions. I waited and got the call back. I answered and the lady hung up immediately. I thought that maybe she didn t hear me so I waited for a callback. I called back after waiting for a while. I spoke with Nicole and she was EXTREMELY RUDE, UNPLEASANT, and DISRESPECTFUL for absolutely no reason throughout the whole phone call. She was COMPLETELY IGNORING everything I said and hung up on me.With someone like that being employed at this location, I would not trust leaving my car here.

This place does everything wrong. First of all the lady who has been answering the phone at this place, does not know what customer service is. When I call in to get a quote for maintenance its always the same thing, "we need to see your car, or inspect your car and there is a fee associated with this". Unlike most euro car maintenance shops, german import service is not willing to look up your vin number to associate the car with the correct parts over the phone. I know what parts I needed for a brake rotor and pad service, yet the lady said I would still need to pay the $70 brake inspection fee. I know what service I want completed on my car, yet they still insisted to charge me for "an inspection". Anyways, I recommend taking your business else where if you want to save money, or even deal with professionals for that matter. This was the case when I tried to take my E46 2002 330I here 5 years ago, and its sad to say that this is still the case when I called to take my F32 2015 430I GC here. Would not reccomend.

Great to deal with. First time. Everyone was friendly and helpful. They went through the car and told us what was needed and cost. Prompt service, our car was repaired and serviced quickly. Great place! Friendly staff and very personable owner. It was my first time bringing one of my Mercedes in for a routine service. I will certainly return. Very honest and dependable folks. Highly recommend.

I brought my Audi here to get 3 hoses changed out (over 2000). Three days after picking my vehicle up, there is a tapping noise in the engine. This was strange since the mechanic told me how sound the engine was and the great up keep of the vehicle. Another mechanic explained to me that they took the valve covers off and did something to the engine!!! I m beyond mortified!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I am very unhappy with my experience with German Import Service. I took my Mini Cooper in for the engine running too hot. They fixed it and several other things I wasn t told were being fixed. The very next day my engine light came back on. One of the things they had fixed was having issues again. So, upon fixing it a second time, and charging me a ridiculous amount for something they supposedly hard already done (and simultaneously not treating me with respect and acting as if the issue was my fault) the engine light came on AGAIN the next day. I took my car to Autozone to have a test done and turns out everything German Imports was fixing wasn t the real issue with my car. They simply slapped a bandaid on it and charged me close to $1300. Will not be coming back and highly advise against anyone, but especially Mini Cooper owners, to come here. Bad customer service, even worse mechanical job.

Very pleased with the people of German Import Service. We called to ask them look at our Sprinter RV because we were have a transmission issue. Despite being busy, they recognized we were from out of state and immediately looked at our issue. Well 30 min later, after a quick adjustment, we were back on the road. Thank you Paul (I hope that s right) and Nicole. Thank you reminding us of what Southern Hospitality is all about. I only regret that we don t live in Thomasville so you can do all the maintenance on our Sprinter. Well DoneGW Salina, KS

was quoted $2500, Charged $5K for repairs but sent me home on 7 cylinders. Stopped by oreillys on the way home and bought a $35 coil pack that these fools couldn't diagnose. By far the best highway robbery witnessed in recent years.

Brought my 2015 VW GTI in for a coolant leak. They installed the wrong water pump. (They brag on their website about using original vehicle parts...but they installed a non-VW waterpump)I still had a leak so I made an appointment to bring my car in again and when i showed up for my appointment, they weren't there. So I thentook my car to VW dealership in Tallahassee and that's when they discovered the wrong pump was installed and also they used the wrong coolant.Asked German Import Service for a refund for labor and the cost of the wrong pump and they refused.I would highly recommend NOT USING GERMAN IMPORT SERVICE.I now have to waste more time and money to go to court.

They wanted to charge a $200 diagnostic fee to tell you what you already know. Then you get the estimate. That's how they roll....

I went to pick up my vehicle after hours and my battery was dead. I'm sure it was an accident by leaving something on but giving me a heads up would have been nice and the thing to do.

They don't even deserve one star. My ex wife showed up in distress, and they tried to take advantage of her. They wanted $900 more than my local dealership for the repair.
