I called them two weeks ago about a car for my daughter the sales person never called me back but acted like it was not about your credit and you said you was trying to help us lies don't wanna deal with no car lot like this all lies

Yall scammed me into a car that wasnt even 20k and now im paying triple. Hope them checks look nice cause my pockets are broke af all because i trusted you guys. 5 yrs in and still 2 left to go with 13k still to pay. Dont do buisness with them. They will feed you some "sweet deal" and they dont care cause they are getting paid. Hope sedrick is making good money off me.

Mike Anderson was amazing at helping us find exactly what we were looking for. We told him what we had to have in a vehicle and he gave us multiple options to look at with no pressure on us to commit. When we decided on what we wanted, he was very easy to deal with, personable, and the approval was quick and below the budget we gave him. I woukd highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy!

Nic and Michael was awesome. The best customer service that you could ever ask for. Thanks for all the extra that you guys did in getting my sons 2016 Tacoma to me. You both made this an awesome experience that myself or my son will never forget.

The most unprofessional lot I have ever seen, they LITERALLY said they can NOT check customer's credit due to their credit checker NOT being at work for DAYS. My own mother was told it would take just 3 - 4 hours to check her credit and get back with her, that was OVER 5 DAYS AGO !!! Stay AWAY from this place and they do NOT truthfully speak to customers in any way, just whatever gets the people out of their doors quicker is what they say.

My experience was AWESOME!! Major shout out to Mr. Michael Anderson for the help. I am IN LOVE with my 2021 Corolla! He was very nice and very helpful.

The manager was not attenative at all. He spoke to us while we were standing in front of his desk and in the middle of conversing, he started to talk to an employee, so we walked out. We informed him of what we were willing to pay cash and financing, but he stated he couldn't do either. Mr. Johnny, the salesman was very customer friendly and attenative.

Come check my boy Mike Anderson out at Cars R Us of Thomasville. If you are walking he will get you to riding. Quick and easy process, just come on out and get at my boy Mike... I had a wonderful experience, pleasant atmosphere, and very nice people with great customer service.. .Mike Anderson is the one you need to come see, he has great deals on some wheels. .

I recommend anyone that looking for a vehicle come to Car R Us that are very helpful and wonderful and will go out there's way to help get a vehicle thanks to Mr. Randall and Mr. Enrico

Everyone at Cars R Us will do everything in their power to put you behind the wheel of a car. I have had two expierences where i was in a rough situation. And they helped me out when i really needed it. I would recommend to anyone to try out Cars R Us first when shopping for a car!

My parents just stopped in to look, sales guy Ben Walker spoke to them telling them he could get them into a car. They told him they were just looking and not interested in getting any hits on their credit. He told them that at their she keeping good credit wasn't necessary. Without them signing ANY concent, he went ahead and pulled their credit. They called and spoke to the manager, Jack Barbour, who told them he couldn't do anything about it bc he didn't pull it. This is a violation of the FCRA. We will be pursuing this... Either for deletion or in court.

I wouldn't buy a car here again ever!!!!!!!!!!! Tell u what u want to here until they make the sale then Everyone know Nothing and go talk to that person then that person pass u off and so on and they have no problem double charging u on registration fees don't pay them just keep it and do it urself save urself 20 bucks not the money it's the point

All of these reviews must be coming from White Americans, My credit wasn't bad I just didn't have any, but I make $53,000 a yr, at $23 per hr, I've been on my current job for over 4 years, own two vehicles & a motorcycle/ no repos ,& I was treated like they didn't give a damn if I bought one of there cars or not.... terrible experience!

how do they run credit w/o getting social security numbers and information from the people they are running it on? i'm confused. plus, if you don't have any credit it's gonna be tough to get started w/ a 20K+ loan. so sick of the racial garbage. y'all gotta make some sense if you're gonna be posting on the world wide web.
