Sincere thanks to Tim for going the extra mile on finding the correct part I needed! I literally wrecked my brain matching up a harness on my Ezgo cart after visiting 3 different battery source locations! Luckily, he was able to track down the correct harness at their warehouse and get me the part I needed the same day!

First time visiting this 'Battery Source'. Needed a key fab battery. Took a chance and stopped by not knowing if they would have it or not. They had just what I needed and installed quickly. Store was nice and well kept. Employees were eager to assist. Great experience...

I experienced the worst customer service that I have ever had in my life today at this store. The female clerk was rude and the male serviceman was very arrogant and argumentative!

Called about installing 3 marine batteries in my Ranger Z520c bass boat & was told, No problem, bring it into our store. I drove to Thomasville from Tallahassee because the Tallahassee store wouldn t install the batteries. The Thomasville staff had it done in an hour or less. The staff went out of their way after installing the batteries to help me make sure everything was wired correctly to my 36-volt trolling motor. Thanks to all 3 of you!!!!

I needed a jump box for the emergency kit I keep in the trunk of my car before going on a trip. As usual, Battery Source had just what I was looking for. Everyone there is always friendly and helpful. Battery Source always seems to have what I need.

After having a car that wouldn't start multiple times, and taking it to other battery shops and being told "well, it says it has a full charge", I was ready to despair.On the way to the dealership, I decided to swing in to Battery Source on a whim, and I'm so glad I did. Eddie literally looked in for less than 15 seconds and then diagnosed the problem. 5 minutes later, it was fixed. And he tried to send me on my way with no charge, so I insisted on buying some things just to pay for his time.Eddie is an amazing dude and this shop now has my business forever!

Battery Source of Thomasville did a great job when we needed two golf carts for our wedding at Pebble Hill Plantation. They delivered them on time and they worked great to transport our guests from the parking area to the ceremony location and then to the cocktail hour and reception. Clean, well-maintained, and fully charged! I would highly recommend them!

Needed iPad battery replaced on Monday took until Saturday for it to be completed. The company broke my screen and temper glass in the process of replacing battery and touch screen not as responsive as it used to be. Customer service is great but quality of work is horrible.

The employees here are appreciably helpful. This store's selection of even hard-to-find batteries is impressive. Prices are a tad high, as others have noted, but that is to be expected in a specialty store such as this. With the closure of RadioShack, Battery Source may well be your only in-town option for items such as cordless batteries.

John Deer gator left my father and I stranded in the woods with a bad battery. Finally got it loaded and drove it right to the Battery Source in thomasville and before I could get out of the truck a sales associate was waiting me. They changed the battery in 30 minutes and had me on my way. Great service and that is why i will be back!

Poor hours for a business. Sold me a used battery for new price. Openly admitted an employee had used it in his phone. NEvery expensive. Poor hours. Closes at 6pm. Next time...Amazon

Not sure of prices, but is always my first stop for any kind of specialty battery. Would rather pay a bit more than shop other places, then end up here anyway.
