I have been taking my vehicles to Auto Doctor for about 10 years now. The service here always exceeded my expectations. The communication and knowledge of Julie who is normally the first person you speak with when you call is very impressive. Grayson and his entire staff has the best customer service I have ever experienced. They are all very friendly, transparent, knowledgeable, and honest. From basic oil changes to engine replacement, they do it all and they keep you updated the entire time. I send all my family and friends here. This is a great place and they 100% stand by their work and on their word. Thanks for everything!

Extremely impressed with the work they did figuring out my forever issues others couldn t diagnose. Solved my Duramax issues with great communication, timely and in my case under the estimate. Highly recommend. Thanks for getting my getting my favorite truck ever back in great shape.

Couldn't be happier with the service we received at Auto Doctor. My husband's truck died on the side of the road. They were there within fifteen minutes to tow us, and Grayson and his team quickly assessed and diagnosed the problem. The repair was completed in a timely manner as well. The staff was communicative throughout the process, and quickly answered any questions. Returned today for a small issue we felt may be related to the repairs we'd had done. The guys quickly found the problem, and didn't charge for the assessment. We have found our go-to mechanic! Thanks Auto Doctor!!

I want start by saying how amazing Grayson and his team is starting with their office staff. My experience with Auto Doctor Diesel & Repair was nothing short of incredible! They promised they would have my truck done and had it done two days prior to the promise date. I have found myself a new diesel shop that is honest and one that truly care about getting people vehicles back on the road. It s hard to find the customer service they provided. I will be a repeat customer anytime my F250 diesel required maintenance/service. Big thanks to Grayson and his team!

My family and I where headed home to Florida, after visiting family in the Thomasville area and had some unexpected car troubles. From the minute we arrived till the minute we left, we were cared for!! The staff was beyond friendly and accommodating- it is rare to find such great customer service and knowledgeable people.They tried all they could in the most affordable and efficient manner.Today was a long day and an unexpected cost but so grateful to have found them!10 out of 10 recommend! Very helpful, good work, caring staff. Knowledgeable. Well done from the office, to staff, to owner. The problem I experienced with my diesel DPF system was very trying. after much research and trial and error, Grayson and his assistants isolated and corrected the problem. I ve got nothing but good things to say about this place. Brought my truck in for brake issues and needed it done fairly quickly as it s a work truck. They messaged with a quote first thing in the morning then called to verify. They were very timely and knowledgeable and did very good work. Fixed the issue and explained what was going on and how to fix it. They had it done in the time frame I needed it and we re great to work with. I highly recommend their services!

I requested their services for roadside assistance to change a tire (gave us a good ETA, and arrived on time) BUT they went with malfunctioning equipment, and charged me for the time they took trying to fix their equipment to be able to change my tire. 3 hours of my time lost for a job that's done in 20 minutes and charged us $580 (not including a spare tire, which we had already). I will not call them again, I don't know about you.
