I would highly recommend taking your car somewhere else. The owners nephew will get your information and ask your significant other for naughty photos. I started not to say anything considering it happened months ago. But the more I ve thought about it the madder I ve got. I ll be blasting you across all social media.

Best service of any Tire Service Center. The employees are very fast and knowledgeable. I will not go anywhere else. I have been going here for 40 years. Best service ever!

Got me in immediately the first day open after a three-day weekend when everywhere else turned me away due to their schedule. Repaired my tire that was leaking for $15 and took less than 20 minutes. Very nice folks. This is my go-to shop for tire troubles for now on.

Terrible service. No management to speak of...until it's time to pay the bill. If you go here, make sure they put the lug nuts back on. And the wheel covers. The stem covers routinely come up missing. They are fast and convenient. Quality is sadly lacking.

Great customer service!!! Had some tire studs replace and I'm very happy with the outcome!!....12/31/2021 had new tires out on and tire sensors changed out. Great price and only took 30min

Joe davis is the tire guy that should be your first stop to shop for ALL name brand tires and inter tubes for a box dollie also if u are looking for a specific tire for a car truck trailer at a reasonable price and patches tires if u think it does not need a new that's why I recommend his tire dealer

The guys working outside greet you as soon as you pull up. He checked my tires for me and told me that my front tires were bad. When he checked they didn't have any tires in my size so he told me to come back later that day because they were expecting a delivery of tires that day.

My family had been customer of theirs for 30+ years and their employee moved my equipment causing transmission failure and the would not make it good. I Will never do business with Him hem again

I went there this morning and they didn't have my tires. They said it would be lunchtime before they came in. My tires are really bald on the inside (where I couldn't see) and leaking air like crazy. I also need an alignment to stop the same thing happening again. They don't do an alignment there. So I called around and found out that Jacks BP can do the tires and alignment on Friday morning. I called Alligood back around 11 and said that I was going to go with Jacks since they could do it all in one shot and the man hung up in my face. I'll never use them again. I was trying to be respectful by letting them know instead of just not going back.

I happen to work next to Alligood Tire & had a flat tire from a piece of metal in my rear tire. I rolled up & Justin had it fixed in under 15 minutes for a great price. The employees are kind, friendly & do not take advantage of female customers ($$$). Thank you Alligood!

They came out and did a service call today and repaired one of the tires on my trolley bus. I was very happy with the service price of this job I will definitely be using you guys again the price was about half the cost of what it would ve cost me in Tallahassee. The guy that came out made it look so easy and simple and he was done within 30 minutes thanks guys and I highly recommend them for emergency road service tire changing. Felt like I was in a time warp 30 years ago the things the way they were done back then. Thanks Mikes Limousine

They have some of the best tire prices in town and the service was excellent. My tires arrived quickly and were installed very quickly.

Great prices and for service. Can't beat $10 for a rotation. The prices are the same you'll find on the cheap internet tire stores and they mount and balance. They didn't have my size and ordered to get them there the same day and install that afternoon.

Best tire shop I've ever been to! Everyone there is hard working. They get you taken care of lightning fast. The best thing about Alligood is that nobody there asks stupid questions. They just work hard, doing what they're good at. They'll tell you if they see something wrong with your vehicle or trailer, but without pressuring you to buy anything from them. I highly recommend Alligood over anywhere else in or out of town.

They put a new 304 dollar tire on my trailer and broke the plastic hub cap and did not want to fix it. The worker admitted that he broke it and the owners still did not want to fix it . But after arguing with them they finally fixed it . That being said I am not a fan.

Went to get a simple tire repair on my trailer, not only did they cross thread all 8 lugs, but on one stud, they put the lug on backwards. When I told him to replace it, he said they didn't carry extra lugs. I don't recommend coming here and I'll never use them again.

I recently bought two tires from them 15 or 14 days ago and one of the tires blew out on me last night. Me and the others that were in my vehicle including my children could ve lost our lives. I called and spoke to someone who was very rude, and being sarcastic about it. He said we hit something and possibly blew the tire. We didn t hit anything and the tire has completely no tread on it at all. I m upset and confused because the tire blew from the inside out. And all the wires are showing. This place is not a good place and I would not trust them with your vehicle or your life.

I will NEVER take my car there. Got a nail pulled, they never even let me get out of the car before jacking it in the air. A day an a half later the tire comes off of the rim! Thank God I was parked! HORRIBLE! NEVER, EVER, AGAIN!

I wish I could give them zero stars.First, they are extremely unprofessional and unfriendly. The older gentleman and the middle aged one working in the office.The used tire they sold me went flat in two days. I took it to walmart to attempt to have is fixed and discovered two things. The tire was no good and unrepairable and Alligood service men had dented my rim. They said a new rim for my car would be about 300 dollars.I was so upset. I should have just went to Walmart in the first place. That was my very first and very last time going to Alligood.And I would not recommend this business to ANYONE.

Went in to Alligood to ask him a question about my tires and he was very rude and disrespectful to me in front of others that was waiting aswell. Mr. Alligood has changed for the worst and I don't recommend him to anyone living. He's no one who cares about your service anymore..
