This is the most uncaring. Unqualified Auto Shop in Georgia! The Employees Are Lazy With A Don't Care, Dont Want To Be Here Attitude Their Only Concern Is Lunch Time! They Do Not Care About How They Treat Their Customers! I Do Not Recommend! I Will Not Go Back! It's A Sorry Lowdown Shame That They Use What I Call "Ignorance And Ignorance" Don't Waste Your Time And Money Here Their Title For Them Is "Sorry Master"

This is the absolute worst shop in the entire state of Georgia. The owner speaks to people like they owe him the world and to top it off they can t seems to fix anything correctly. I had a battery installed it took them over 3 hours to install the battery. A month later I had trouble with because the terminal bolts were loose. This should have been an easy job for a shop of this size but it wasn t. Terrible customer service and everyone there looks like they re learning on the job. Do not go to this shop for anything!!! Terrible customer service, had my truck worked on there. The mechanic was fantastic , very professional and knowledgeable. But the owner is very unprofessional , I would never recommend anyone using this establishment . Over priced. Cade McKinley ( the mechanic) is courteous, helpful.The owner was rude to my mom and told her the my car that had been there for ,7mths just sitting wasn't on his priority list

Called up there to get a tire for my neice, got quoted a price and sent her up there to get it. Instead of getting that price the "owner", as he so rudely proclaimed himself so rudely multiple times, was rude and wouldn't uphold the deal made on the phone by him or one of his employees. Would not recommend this shop to anyone, now I realize why I haven't been there before.

The owner Mike is rude and dishonest. He claimed my car needed a water pump, I took it elsewhere and they said there was nothing wrong with my water pump. I had suspected dishonesty here before but this time I had proof. They even went so far as to spray water all underneath my car and show me it, saying that was from the water pump spewing out water. I went to see where I had parked just before they put it up on the rack and low and behold not a drop of water where I had just been parked!Ivey's confirmed nothing was wrong and I didn't need a water pump, we didn't find water spewing out like you said it had even when he put the cooling system under pressure just minutes after you said it needed one and the water pump had spewed. I never did find water under my vehicle like you found that day at Tire and Auto Master all the way up until I sold it about a 6 months ago to get a new car at LaGrange Toyota. I never did have to replace the water pump. I tell everyone this incident because it is true and I'll tell it over and over again to protect others from being taken advantage of. This was not the first time that I thought you guys were dishonest with me so no way I would come back to you for anything.

Oil service technicians did not tighten oil filter on my truck causing oil loss. Also, never provided full service to include topping off all fluids as advertised. Notified owner he was not concerned with making this error on his employees part right.. NOT WILLING TO DO THE RIGHT THING!! Others in the community have reported same issues with poor service oil change...

They really helped alot. My boyfriend and I came into town for the holiday and broke down and Alex and his crew helped us a lot. And we spent way less money then we thought we would. Definitely a place to check out

They changed my oil to check all my fluids checked my tires and air them up and just so you know for every 5 oil changes you get a free oil change and the people are very friendly and accommodating

They agreed to see me 5 minutes before they closed to fix my tire, so I could go to work, when everyone else near me was closed on a Saturday or wasn't willing to let me come in so close to closing. I'm extremely grateful!

REPAIR WAS DONE ON MY CAR INCORRECTLY. TOOK BACK TO SHOP OWNER MIKE WAS RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. HE HAD NO IDEA ON WHAT HE WAS TALKING ABOUT. HE EVEN PUT HIS STAFF OUTSIDE SO HE COULD TRY AND TALK TO ME RUDELY SO IT WOULD NO BE ANY WITNESS BUT I RECORDED ENTIRE THING.ITS NOT WORRH ANY STAR..
