Save your money and time very bad cars . I had an 2010 infinity ex35 got last year In January 8 months later I had to buy a new computer , Cadillac converter , tune up etc. spent over 3000 out my own pocket 6 months later the fuel pump went out took it back to the dealership to get it fixed payed $500 for that now it s not running again and they told me in order for my car to be fixed I had to make a payment which I did and it still ended up not being fixed because the cost is expensive. Wanted to trade my car in for something else and they told me I still had to pay $600 down on another car . Due to my circumstances. Never go here they are a COMPLETE RIP OFF!!!!!! no warranty on the cars either and I see why. CROOKS!!!!

This is most unprofessional place I have ever had dealings with. My car broke down on in mid-July as I continued to make payments. I contacted the dealership to explain my situation in hopes that they would be compassionate. I was told by April that someone will come out to my home and pick up the vehicle to make the necessary repairs. The car sat outside my home until August 1st when the dealership finally decided to come pick it up. Mind you this is weeks after I first contacted them. At this point I was unable to get to work. I also asked the dealership if they would supply a temporary courtesy vehicle until they completed the repairs on my vehicle so that I could continue to work to ensure my payments would still be made. I was told that the dealership does not make this request. August 1st upon returning home from work I discovered that the dealership had came and picked up my car. I continued to make contact with the dealership regarding repair status on my vehicle weekly every time I called to speak with someone I continuous told lies about the repairs on my vehicle. I was told it would be taken to the repair shop on August 31,2022. Mind you I was told numerous times the 31st would be the date the car would be taken in for repairs. Upon called today I was told that it would be an additional three weeks before my car is even looked at to complete any repairs. Buyer beware stay away from this place at all cost. Save yourself the headache and money.

Southern Auto has some very dependable cars. Anytime you need repairs on your car, they will do the repairs and add the cost onto your monthly payment, which is very helpful. Anytime you need more time on your car payment, just communicate with them and they are always willing to work with you. Overall I have had a good experience with them. The only thing I wish I had done in the beginning is make the choice to pay monthly and not bi-weekly. I highly recommend this car lot to anyone looking for a nice dependable car. The staff is always nice and friendly as well.

I have purchased 3 vehicles from Southern Auto Source and I couldn't be happier with each one. Good honest people are hard to come by and believe me the customer service and help with all three purchases was smooth and excellent. I refer everyone I know looking to buy a car. The staff are wonderful and helpful. They gladly do repairs on warranty. They make room for additional repairs to be done versus finding an outside mechanic. And they are honorable. I highly recommend Southern Auto Source and plan to buy a second car from them as soon as my present vehicle is paid off.

I would not recommend anyone to go to this place. When they see that you are a young, black female and desperate they will take advantage. I do recommend that you bring your own mechanic because they claim they have the best in town and obviously they don't. I went to go get my oil change and the tech there stated that all four tires were bad. According to the website the tires were suppose to be good, they also advertised gas saver and that also was not true and when I confronted the owner, he did not want to help me at all. He don't believe that they had false advertising. The following day he took the car off the website, very suspicious when I purchased the car for over a week and it was still on their website. When he saw that I was upset he automatically assumed that I was not going to continue to pay and threaten me to repo my car and garnish my wages. WOW! I felt as he profiled me and that isn't fair to me. I did not expect a perfect car because it was used but false advertising is a big no! Also they were so desperate to sell me this car that they made an amazing deal with me and work with me which I am grateful for but there were better cars which down payment was cheaper that they could of worked a deal out for me so that has me wondering why were they so desperate to sell me this car? You think about it before you go to this place.

My husband and I have purchased our last 3 cars from here. John and his staff are so genuine and caring. John goes over and beyond to help you find the right car that fits your needs for a great price. It's a quiet peaceful atmosphere. It's is another home to me. I really enjoy going to place where no one haggles you or try to force you in a car you do not want because they are only trying to get a sale. Hands down best car buying experience you can ask for. Nice and honest people! Great used cars, no hidden fees, no haggling, none of the usual car buying "trickery" we've all come to expect when purchasing a vehicle. Southern Auto Source has finance options for everyone. We went in with less than perfect credit. With small down payment and proof of employment, we drove out a couple hours later with a new truck. After establishing on-time payment history, within couple months we were approved for purchase of second family vehicle. Unlike most buy here/pay here lots, they report to credit bureaus which is actually helping to re-establish our credit and raise our credit scores. So far so good I lease a 2011 Chevy equinox from the Manchester location and i love love love this car. Mr. Will is great and they are flexible so far. You make your payments just as you would for anything else the you are good. Extended warranty referral program and bad credit accepted to a certain extent. I would recommend Southern Auto source to everyone. God Bless.

I've been doing business with John at Southern Auto for 4 years. During this time period I and other family members have purchased several vehicles (7 or 8) including trucks, suv's' and luxury European sadans. I've NEVER purchased any vehicle that gave me problems or stranded me.Even minor problems were quickly resolved by the staff. Overall I rate this business 5 stars for their outstanding customer service, the warm and friendly staff, and the Christian atmosphere. This is a great locally owned car lot and I recommend anyone to go there and do business. Most importantly I need to point out that you will find a hassle free, pressure free, buying experience. The paperwork process is incredibly fast!! Once you pick out your vehicle and submit your documents....the signing process is literally minutes..!!! No kidding!I'm a happy customer for life!

I love Southern Auto. The staff there is friendly and inviting. Thank you so much John for selling me my BMW. You were right I love it!!! So far so good. Got a little fishy at first because a few days after my purchase i started smelling a coolant leak in my vehicle. I took it back, they searched for the leak and it wasn't visible. After my second payment the leak became visible and i had to refill my coolant often. I called them to check the vehicle, and they got it right in and covered the cost of the repairs. That topped me in. I appreciate their concern. I wish i would've got a loaner vehicle for the inconvenience , but over all its been a good experience. I'll recommend Southern Auto Source.

Bought a vehicle, 2 days later noticed the motor mount was broke, wheel bearing was going bad, vehicle wouldn t start to the point of running the battery dead for trying for so long to crank it. Called and spoke with John, the owner, he agreed to return my money after he confirmed the issues or to get a mechanic to fix it. So we agreed for a mechanic to fix it but per John I would have to bring it back the following week. Called the following week and John informed me the mechanic was tied up and wouldn t be about to get to it until the following week. That happened twice. In order to look like an honest company they will say I cancelled the appointments but that is simply not the case. So during the third week I had to jump it off 3 times in one day and called to speak with John but he wouldn t get on the phone. So I spoke with William and informed him since a mechanic hasn t looked at it I d be returning it and expecting my money back per John and I agreement. At that point William told me John said he will not give my money back since it s been three weeks. Even though John wouldn t let me bring it for a mechanic to fix the issues. So I returned the truck anyway expecting John to be a man of his word. Since then I have requested a copy of my contract, William advised me to seek an attorney to subpoena a copy of my contract. (They don t have it bc teddy, the receptionist, told me it was destroyed since we canceled our agreement) I also requested some sort of documentation stating I returned the vehicle and they also will not give me that. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!! THEY ARE CROOOOOOOOKS!!!!!!!!

Southern Auto Source should be everyone s go to place for a vehicle! I got my 2010 Ford Flex for an amazing price! The biweekly/monthly payments are very reasonable too! Micah was so helpful with all questions I had, and answered them in full detail. You can t go wrong with a hometown dealership! All their vehicles are in great shape too! Needing a new vehicle?? Go to Southern Auto Source today! I give this company an A++++!!

Kristen, April, & William were all so helpful. I felt comfortable with them throughout the process of purchasing my vehicle. Don't buy a car here... They are a bunch of crooks!! The owner talks down to you and will try to play your intelligence.. my car was completely totaled out and they wanted me to make a payment on a totaled vehicle in which my insurance would be covering.. if you think you would even be one day late don't go here they will call you and text you like you are 5 months behind. All around bad experience

Some of the last good people left in the automotive sales industry. I witnessed John, Teddy, William and April go out of their way to provide over and above service that most all other car sales teams would do. Their inventory is always changing so they have a wide variety of vehicles. If you see one you like, you had better act fast!

Friendly, reliable, and dependable customer service. I would and have been recommending them to anyone and everyone i know or don't know. They are honest, up front, and very helpful with everything that they can. I just recently paid of my truck and definitely will be going back for another vehicle in the future.

Bought our truck right at a year ago and we ve had problems since the day we bought it. Truck supposably came with a warranty but they weren t willing to fix anything because everything just so happened to not fall under the warranty. of course. Couldn t even get them to replace a measly spark plug. We ve dumped 2 grand into this truck trying to get it fixed. We finally decided enough was enough and took it to be traded in today at a local dealership. Turns out this truck has been in 4 accidents!!!!!! and the motor in it is shot even though they claimed a new one had been put in when we purchased it. Horrible experience and close to 15 grand down the drain on a piece of junk. Save your hard earned money and get a vehicle else where or seriously do all the fact checking before deciding on a vehicle from here!!!!

Horrible horrible experience! I traded in a Honda passport that was in great working condition for a 04 Honda Pilot. After about 4 months of driving it, the motor blew up. I had it towed, he tried to fix it. When I got it back almost two weeks later, the steering wheel wasn't right, and every time I turned my wheels would almost completely lay sideways. Had to take it in again. Check engine light repeatedly came on and would constantly skip. He told me I could come trade the suv in for whatever I wanted on his lot. So, a couple days later, I brought it to him, and he told me because i complained so much about it, I could give the car back or pay to fix it myself. I gave it back and had to spend even more money to get another car. I would give this place 0 stars but that isn't an option. Horrible customer service, and treated me and my family like we were nothing. I can't believe he is still in business!

This is THE car lot to go to, if you want a dependable used vehicle. They dont just "shut the door " to you if you've got some issues with your credit history or, if you need to arrange bi-weekly payments. I like that about them and I would recommend this business to anyone.
