They didn't change the sheets on our bed. Blankets had stains on them. Bathtub dripped water the entire night.People above smoked weed in their room in what was supposed to be smoke free rooms is ridiculous also. I wouldn't recommend.Rooms: Rooms are tiny. The bed was supposed to be a queen it wasn't they were twins. The bathroom is incredibly tiny.

Recently booked our stay here as we always do visiting family in the area and we received a text from the hotel stating we were VIP guests for $100 + a night this place has went to hell just like the rest of thomastons accommodations the only plus I have to say is the staff is really great the rooms are very bad nasty carpets nasty furniture pretty sure that s blood behind the night stand staining the carpet walked in the room and it looked like someone was walking out of the room with a lit cigarette and their ash fell off and it was never a thought to clean the carpetPretty sure that s a beer top by the nightstand between the chair and the night stand from a previous guest tub and the bed toilet bed linens all have cigarette burns on them. If you decide you want ice please bring it with you or you will have to go get it in the lobby and the bucket provided by them is definitely not clean it also has cigarette burns on it like how do you not clean jut the ice bucket it s plastic replacements are cheap the pool hasn t been cleaned or open in the last three years like I said the staff is definitely the best thing about this place! Do not stay in thomaston any hotel period they ALL are now nasty

So I would like to start with the positives. First the staff is so friendly and nice. Check in was super easy and they answered my questions. The pool is out of order indefinitely. For almost $150 a night this hotel doesn t cut it. The photos show the run down nature of the establishment and it should only be expected to pay $75 a night at most. It s right on the noisy road. The sheets were a little too stained as well.

Definitely not worth $115, more like $50 a night. The toilet paper holder comes out of the wall, the water would not shut off in the bathroom, the toilet was not secure to the floor, carpet was stained. The air conditioning barely worked and it was damp in the room. Just not a good place to stay at all..Rooms: Horrible.

Absolutely discussed/dirty. The shower is gross. The clerk said it s just stained for the chemicals that were use to do the repairs. They moved me to a different room with the same amount of dirty. The bathroom needs major attention. If you were to shower you should wear shower shoes. To walk around the room wear sandals/shoes. This is not worth $110.00. The health department should shut this location down for sanitation reasons.

The lady at the front desk was really nice. The room was I thought clean at first. We had stayed in the handicap double bed room. Super tight fit don't know how a handicap person can really move in that room but hey the bathroom hand plenty of space. Though it had tons of bugs on the floor that I had to get the front desk lady to come sweep them up. Then I was like does that mean they didn't clean the bathroom floor?!. The bugs were still coming in from where unsure in the bathroom. So I put a towel down to walk on only to see stains on the towel and the toilet paper had stains on it like it had gotten wet and dried. Bed sleeps good though. If you want to drink coffee you have to make it in the bathroom. Let's just say I didn't . Breakfast was cold both mornings and I went in there around 8 both mornings. Again the front desk lady was sweet and beds slept good. I hope they can improve on the bug problem because no one wants to sleep where bugs are coming in the the bathroom and have to walk on the floor after they have died.

I was actually pretty impressed. The room seemed pretty clean aside from the comforter which had cigarette burns on it even though it was a non-smoking room. It was quiet, simple and relaxing. However, I wish the body wash, shampoo, lotion, etc was a little bigger and nicer quality. One of the workers or owners did walk in on me, they knocked briefly and before I got the chance to answer it they opened the door, said sorry and shut it. Which was a little scary bc I had been napping. But overall I enjoyed my stay and will be returning!

This is the dirtiest place I have ever stayed in. The sheets looked unchanged and were stained, the chair was stained. Every surface from toilet to floor was dirty. But worst of all, the microwave and coffee pot were filled with mold. I was disgusted.

I had to go to Thomaston for military friends. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The hotel people were nice until. I had to a funeral for our retired USMC friends so we eat there. Thank you.

Beds were super comfortable, but the floors were dirty, the linens were stained & had cigarettes holes in the sheets and the rooms smelled horrible. We moved our hotel rooms so we could have non smoking rooms and all but 2 or 3 smelled of cigarettes, marijuana or backed up sewage.

I'm mixed in how I feel about this spot. The workers, all except one was very nice. However, everyday I had to ask for a new key to my rooms. I was there 3 weeks due to a house fire and they never attempted to fix my room door. They didn't even offer me a complimentary night for the inconvenience.

Bed was good. Carpet very dirty. Shower would not drain until long after you were finished. Out of our room from 11:30 until 7:30 came back no housekeeping at all not even new towels. In need of a good cleaning even nasty around door knobs. Quality needs to do better.

We reserved this room two weeks ahead of time for 4 people for three nights. Gave us only two towels. Then we had to request for more for the next night, gave attitude when we requested. Both doors were nasty, entrance and bathroom...covered with dirt. I'm sure they are not disinfected if they were that nasty. COVID waiting to happen.

Room 207 we were immediately covered with fleas when we entered the room. Moved to another room ( beds are comfortable ) rooms are pretty clean. About 7$ shy of a hundred bucks a night with breakfast included in that. Go down for breakfast on a Tuesday morning not busy in there but no bagels, cereal wouldn t come out of dispensers, one muffin and one pack of grits in the room. Grits but no water and no microwave. Ask if there was a microwave to use and their answer behind the counter was I don t see one so how do you cook a pack of instant grits with no water and no heat source?

Pleasantly surprised. Accommodations were acceptable. This is not a four star hotel, but it is a nice place for Thomaston. The room was clean. I would stay here again. Front desk employees definitely need training in customer service.

Staff is friendly but, our king room was just plan NASTY!!! And there was a bad smell and old food was left in the fridge...and in the middle of the night a stranger knocked on our door till we answered with some crazy story and wanted water in a old can...strange! Recommend staff check behind housekeeping and beef up security ASAP!

This was going to be a two night stay. If it hadn t been for arriving so late, we wouldn t have even stayed the first night. It had a terrible odor, was dirty, and the moldy air conditioner didn t work well. The smell of weed lingers over the whole hotel. The worst part is, at about 9 am we heard someone at the door and a man that worked for the hotel unlocked our dead bolted door and attempted to enter. He didn t knock or announce himself. If not for coincidentally standing close enough to hold it shut he would ve walked in while my sister was in a towel. He preceded to look in the window. When questioned, he said just checking on you. The worst news of all, the Days Inn has the same owner, and is worse. Econolodge is just as bad.

The Quality Inn is old, dirty, noisy, and they serve the exact same food for breakfast every single day.Our room looked like it was renovated (new carpet and furniture)... but the door looked like it was previously kicked in. The deadbolt wouldn't engage because whoever tried to fix it, just moved the latch plate up 1/2 an inch for new wood to screw into... so the deadbolt hit the plate instead of lining up with the opening.On a positive note, the staff is friendly and helpful.

This was not a good place to stay. I had to stay for two nights because someone purchased the room for me and I was so disappointed. I smelled weed as soon as I exited my car. The room was not clean properly, had to clean it myself. No room servers. I would not recommend to anyone

Nasty. Filthy. . We stay at Quality Inn ..we have many points , but this was the most unclean We ever experienced. We went to 2Walmart and got cleaning supplies and wiped the room down abd covered the floor with coverlets to keep the toddlers from getting filth on them

We had mold all over the place. The lights didnt work above the sink none of them so it was really dark at night and there was one bulb in thevlights beside the bed. Our door had been taped with clear tape to hold it together in the bathroom. The breakfast eas the only thing good here! It was very unclean and way overpriced for the condition of the room we had. We has requested a non smoking room and when you got into the room where pictures has been busted were smoke smarks and then there were cigarette burns on the bathtub! Very dissappointed!!!

I've stayed here about once a year for quite a few years. Conditions are worse than they have ever been. Staff was nice enough, rooms were ok, (dated) but the outside areas were horrible. All the room doors were filthy, inside and out, carpet was dirty from mud tracked in from construction workers! This all should have been cleaned!!! Obviously the management doesn't care about keeping a clean hotel. No where else decent in town to stay.

+ super comfy shower nozzle in the showers (I'm told they are all the same)+ instant hot water (at least in my room)+ clean interior+ good deal, $65 relative to $85 in Griffin.+ pleasant staff- small pillows on my king bed-fridge made clicking noise constantly-no elevator to upstairs rooms-road noise - request a room that is not in the front!-not enough outlets on one side of the room. I had to unplug a lamp to charge my laptop.-no usb port charger by bed...the nicer places I've stayed at have it built into the lamp-walls have few smudges, appears to be from boots or wet umbrellas.-small spots of pain peeling in less noticed corners-my room with a king bed is a few feet smaller than that of Comfort Inn, Griffin. Big enough only for two.-has some smoking rooms, so there's butt receptacles stationed frequently outside-same basic breakfast as most 2-3 star hotels. Although they do have oatmeal here which another place in the area does not.-doors open outside so you have to put on shoes to get to breakfast, vending machines, pool, fitness center, etc.
